The welcome and comfort the pool restaurant service with feet in the water is the strongest it is the welcome of all the staff.

Best Place to stay if you have kids/babies. The location is so clean, it is unbelievable. The kids animation and night shows are great. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

Long thought where to go in Phuket, not the first time here but with the children for the first time. We were advised by this hotel. Long thought and worried about what is there and how there as in the 4 star hotel never stayed. Always took proven options 5 plus. But to our surprise the hotel turned out to be good. As the guides and tour companies in Taylanbe say that for a holiday with children is the best hotel in Phuket. And in reality it is. First the food. For children there is everything and porridge and pizzas and nuggets. In general, everything you want and the main thing is delicious. Breakfasts are especially commendable as the real choice is steeper than in the marriott and everything is cooked perfectly, the chef is 5 degrees.
The rooms are different, there are old and there are newer. We took a family suite with two bedrooms and mountain views. The number of large squares is 70. Two bathrooms, two bathrooms. There's a TV in both bedrooms. There is a first channel) … Also in the room there is a refrigerator, sink, dishes, microwave.
Every day children's animation, all day at Kids Club, in the evening in the restaurant. I wasn't impressed, but the kids liked it.
Pools are big 7 or 8 with slides. There are no problems with sunbeds and umbrellas. On the cards you get clean towels. The water is clean and not cold, comfortable for children. There are massage points on site and on the beach.

Incredible resort in Kamala beach. Perfect for a family with young kids. The staff is so nice and pro active and the food is surreal. We stayed at one of the happy babies room which was fully equipped with absolutely everything your little one needs.

Lovely resort. We had the family suite which had pool views, two rooms and two bathrooms. Very spacious. Food in the resort had a very limited menu so we ate most nights out of restaurants on the beachfront. We had an amazing time. The only downfall was that we believed there was a kids club where the kids hang out while the parents retreated but in actual fact a parent must stay with the kids whilst at the kids club.

We have stayed 8 days. It’s a good hotel overall. Not the best but definitely not the worst. You get what you paid for and it’s a good value. Breakfasts and food are good, we were really happy. Pools are nice and clean. Staff are nice and massage is the best. Kamala Beach is very nice and distance to Patong is ok. Overall good experience.

Friendly family resort, clean, great food, great pools, great rooms, friendly staff, everything you could need in a family resort. Kids eat free under 12 for all meals, kids club, awesome gym loads of activities daily for young and older people.

Not one bad thing to say about sunwing, to be honest anyone that has complained should not bother about a holiday and stay home. Staff Always have a smile and are very helpful. Pools are clean and the kids loved the slides. Beds are good to sleep on. Rooms are clean. Nothing else to say other than we will be returning!

Wonderful place and we had a great time there. Stayed 7 nights with wife and 2 kids and they love the place. Breakfast and set menu dinner was good.! Lots of activities for kids and pools were amazing. Very easy access to beach. Staff were very polite.

Last day in sunwing kamala, after 1 week stay. We are going to aunang holiday inn now. Kids did not want to go away from sunwing. Hotel is good. We had a swim up room and loved it. Personal VERY friendly. Food good! and thai food VERY good priced. Room need some upgrading, but everything was working and bed was nice. Good massage! To little to do evening. Should be nice shows or something. All the rest perfect going to miss it.

We can't fault our room. I like a firm bed on holidays. Good view of the pool. Short walk to Kamala shops, restaraunts bars, beach, markets. Food was amazing drinks could have been cheaper at times. Kids loved Lolo and Bernie and all the Miniland staff were great. Would give 5 stars however it would be great if water had a refill station or two around the place. I don't understand why this day and age water still needs to be such a commodity. Make it free and I'm sure people will buy more of other drinks. All in all great spot in Phuket to stay if you want to travel around Island. Half way to North and halfway to South.

Stayed in a happy baby studio room with wife and 2 kids. Loved it. Nice room and great amenities. All the resort staff of very friendly and helpful. Many activities and interesting things for the little ones. Had great time.

This was a very nice holiday with the family. And can I make any of the cases.

Everything OK except evening service restaurant which has too tight schedules, after 20, 30 the service closes.

The hotel is lovely, the grounds are big. For a family holiday it is the most… But there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Super Hotel, the surrounding area still some foam braked compared to other places on Phuket. Nice. We will come back.

Was quite ok. We had a pool access room. Without this room the hotel would not have brought the plus points. It is very noisy and also the room walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors at every step. The cleaning of the rooms is very positive. Every day the beds were freshly upholstered. Staff at the front desk we did not find exactly friendly. Here we have already met better from Thailand. Animation program for adults is very boring — the shows in the evening don't just speak to one. We like to come back as we are absolute Thailand lovers but not in this hotel.

This is a good place for families. Lots of swimming pools and the food there is OK. Internet speed is abit slow though. The beach there is amazing.

White sand, turquoise waters. However, it is a jet ski beach so best to move to the other end of the beach to avoid fumes.

Staff is super nice. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Unfortunately, everything is already quite tapped and here, lay people seem to perform minor repairs. Another small drawback is that the air conditioning in the rooms is always mounted above the bed. To prevent a cold, we usually have the air conditioning at night. Very nice I find the pool facilities. The water quality of the pools is great. No chlorine smell or burning in the eyes. Every day animation of pools for small and large. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. There should be something to be found for every taste. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in lobby and bar, but is partly slow. To send some pictures and text messages, all the same. The Wi-Fi which can be booked and then available throughout the hotel is quite expensive and should be very slow according to other recessions, similar to the lobby. Better advice is to use a SIM card of "true move H" the "Tourists Sim", is a prepaid SIM card which you get for example in the 7 eleven and is activated directly (passport or copy of it is needed to activate. Costs 300 Baht, 3, 5 GB LTE 100 baht credit for SMS and telephony as well as free TrueMoveH Wi-Fi if available. So much:D
The location of the hotel is also quite good. One of the 3 weekly markets can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There are many ways to eat. Either directly on the hand or also in many restaurants on the promenade. Here I found "Pond Restaurant and Bar" very well.

All in all a nice, well maintained hotel. Very family friendly and the pool area is a dream for children. That the childcare is only from Sweden, I find rather difficult. Since many French, Russians and even Germans were there, the staff of childcare could also be a bit more international. My son is 3 and now speaks neither Swedish nor English.
The breakfast is quite good but will be very monotonous after 2 weeks, could vary a bit more.
As far as the staff are concerned: still worthy of improvement.
For example, I was allowed to listen to a waitress complaining to her colleagues about me, that I had "dared" to bring a drink to-go for the pool during the lunch tower. What she could not know: I am half Thai and unfortunately could understand that she was not very nice talking about me. Even if I had not understood: to blaspheme about guests in their presence, does not go at all.
Another point: Our maid took it with the cleaning not quite so accurate. On the wall lamp next to the bed was a rather thick layer of dust that did not disappear during our 2-week stay.
And the best thing in the end: My husband got electrocuted because the cable our hairdryer was defective and had a hole. When I complained to the front desk about it, the hair dryer was exchanged immediately. Anyway, I would have expected you to apologize at least. An electric shock is not fun and can be very dangerous.

This resort is good for the children and family. If your room is pool view, it would be reall6 great. Unfortunately, our rooms were not pool view, and rooms were old. I found many ants in the room. But the bedding was clean and reasonable. I had a great time with my children at the pool and beach. I recommend this resort if you were allocated to the pool view room.

Beautiful family complex. Great breakfast buffet and lots of kids animations. Nice beach and cozy little tourist resort in 5 minutes to reach.

Beyond kid friendly it's kid focussed… but the pools and location are great so adults with no kids could certainly enjoy this place too. The 3 pools around the back are nice n quiet. Breakfast is very good. Love those scrambled eggs. Rooms are very good. Problems dealt with air con dealt with super fast. Location is great… Kamala Beach is nice and shady with many trees on on beach. Great food and coffee and massages near hotel. Hotel massage good too. Love this place… and of course my son really loves it. Awesome kids club staff.

Stayed at the hotel from 29 October to 10 November. The location of the hotel is great. The beach is called "from the gate to the sea". The beach in October is dirty (the sea is stormy), in November storms stop and the beach is cleaned. The pools are clean and very comfortable for children (gentle calls and non slippery surfaces).
Breakfast was good. Varied, many and tasty.
For lunch and dinner went to the café on the beaches. They are many, but really tasty (and also the ratio of the size of a portion-price) only in two.
Entertainment for children is super. Our two-year-old ran a mini-disco.
In general, the hotel for children is the best (rested in different, saw a lot of everything:) ) )
For us only left a riddle "design" window between the room and the toilet. Very nice, until you turn on the light in the toilet. Although it is covered with a grid, but the visibility of 100%. The room was very close to the bathroom.
I would also like to indicate 2 points, which we have caused some discomfort (temporary) : 1. Housekeeping during housekeeping sometimes talk very loudly in the hallway. And as the corridor as in the dorm, the audibility unique. During the lunch time the child woke up from these screams. In the evenings, some tourists (returning from the evening animation) also speak in full voice. But it is already from the education of tourists depends.

Kids absolutely loved it… could easily spend the whole day by the pool. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back next year!

Good Western and Thai food options for kids in on-site restaurants, all included when dining with adult. We had 4 kids eat free for lunch and dinner and only had to pay for 2 adult meals. Family room was quite spacious, would have preferred a separate lounge though to watch TV while kids were in bed. Pools were good with depths at watetslides only 1.2m so kids could go on them without me having to catch them every time. Kids loved the kids club and you can leave them there unsupervised if above 4 y/o. You can also hire a baby sitter to look after kids under 4.

If you want to feel like you are in a 3 star Swedish resort, then go here. Nothing about it gives you any idea that you are in Thailand. To be fair, there are some reasonably good child friendly features such as an abundance of pushers, Ikea baby aids like bath, step stool and cutlery provided in the rooms and shaded pool areas which are quite big areas. My 'cultural needs' were not met at all. Not even a wall hanging or elephant patterned runner on the bed ha ha!

Nice family hotel great pool area with slides and play facilities. Direct access to the beach. Very spacious rooms divided into different complexes.
Baby and pool rooms have direct pool connection. The service staff give themselves a lot of trouble keeping everything in order. The room cleaning could be a bit cleaner. Price performance is perfect though.
We were here the second time as a family here and were happy to be here.

Wow! Fantastic staff, good food, awesome massages, 7! pools, and great location, what more do you need for a great family resort? Just a short walk to the beach, or to the shops. Main road has lots of great food and drink places. Family resort with kids activities everyday.

Very good value for money. As others have said it is great for families. My 3 and 5 year old love the pools and slides. The the rooms are good. The restaurant was good value which is strange for a resort. They had entertainment for the children at night do you can eat your dinner in peace.

Not my type of holiday — you will enjoy it ONLY if you're staying with kids. The place did NOT mention that it's a family resort. I stayed for a night and changed to its sister hotel Sunprime.

Highly recommend to you. Especially for families with small children. The pool rooms are very nice. Breakfast gets 2 stars.

A good hotel for children. All in English and many Swedes (also here) but overall a very good hotel in a quiet location.

Very nice hotel, is designed for families with children, and therefore the children very much in it! Everything was organised in the hotel for a comfortable stay, including rooms have a kitchenette with kitchen utensils. Even a stub in the outlets of the stand. But the food is mostly for adults, even in the children's menu of pizza, French fries, hamburgers, etc. No supčikov, vegetable dishes for kids. Animation in several languages except Russian, though children and so everything is clear.

Goods as a couple with friends there who will have 2 children. The system is super nice. Everything was very attentive friendly staff.
There are 6 pools, 2 are also quieter if you want times less hustle and bustle. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. We had a balcony facing the swimming pools Central out.
The breakfast was very diverse and has something for everyone. Some variation can be each day to prevent boredom.
We have enjoyed the 7 days and like to recommend the system.
Was also on an excursion and a food package (instead of breakfast) provided.
Continue to the beach is situated and beautiful minutes only 2-3. Along the beach there are bars and restaurants that will appeal to couples and families.
We have enjoyed the holidays.
