Best resort I’ve stayed at in Thailand! Amazing service, staff, food, pools, and it’s actually beachfront (unlike most that advertise beachfront but are across the road). Our stay at the hotel was very nice, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Especially the bar and the bartenders To and Ton including the very good cocktails are highly recommended! They were so nice and smiled every time! Awesome 16+ hotel were the peace drips off the scenery. Plenty off space at the poolside. Nice personnel who are helpful anytime. Still got 4 days left and I’m gonna enjoy them the fullest.

All staff amazingly friendly, the rooms are so comfortable, big beds so clean the house keeping do such a great job. The breakfast here is plentiful and Great range of food. As for the swimming pools, smoke free which is awesome. A great place for a great stay. Very highly recommend.

Such a relaxing beautiful resort. Quiet peaceful friendly clean 4 pools so not crowded so chilled n right on beach and 5min beach walk to quaint kamala Main Street.

I was having a lunch at the resorts cafe. Free Wi-Fi when you order. Loved that they offer local food, Thais traditional dishes and ales found something for vegan options like this delicious fruit plate. Not too price either. For bonus exactly on the shore with such a beautiful view and friendly stuff.

There are 2 resorts at the same location — "Sunprime" and "Sunwing". Sunwing is a family friendly resort for families with kids and a lot of activities for kids to spend a good amount of time in the resort. Sunprime is a stay only kind of hotel with pool and some amenities. The rooms are quite old styled.

Not a bad hotel. On their 4 stars. The grounds are manicured, the rooms are clean. The beach is close by. The hotel has an ATM, a mini-market, a gym. But in my opinion the hotel is more for the age contingent, young couples and children here boring.

An amazing place to stay with even more amazing staff. Who cannot do enough for you. The meals in the beach front restaurant have been fantastic. Reasonably priced and ample serving sized. The pools are beautiful and the barman at the swim up bar "Ton" is extremely friendly. We will be back.

Nothing to complain in this hotel: very friendly staff, nice rooms, good food and close to the beach (yes, it is possible to swim there, although the sea is quite rough in rainy season). Awesome choice of four pools and very good choice of buffet breakfast ranging from bread and pancakes to omelette, soups, salads and fruits. Unfortunately more western than Asian choices, but that reflects the guests. Mostly German and Russian tourists. With more tourists in high season it would be too packed for my taste, but very relaxing in low season. I would recommend to book the deluxe room, since the terrace rooms are more cellar-like (although nicely furnished and clean! ), but smell moldy. Free table tennis and darts next to one of the two restaurants, but pool table costs 40 baht.

We're coming to this super, great Hotel for the third Time in January 2019. Our Joy is huge. We also stay for 3 Weeks. If you are looking for Relaxation and want to relax, you have come to the right place. Great Service, good breakfast, direct Beach Location and, above all, very friendly Staff! We can only recommend this Hotel further.

We were there the second time. The Beach is very nice and close. The Cocktails and food very tasty. Breakfast stretched out very wide, from Rolls To Lunch. The Rooms large and cozy. The Staff very friendly. The Massage is also highly recommended.
Unfortunately, the Hotel is not interested in guests coming the second time. In other Hotels, you get Attention in this regard.

Great relaxing location. Not too busy but not too far from the nightlife. Eating in the village was great, and the tailors in the area have great quality product. Beach massages were a great way to start the day too. Very happy with this hotel from all perspectives. Will come back again if I ever get the chance.

Now my favourite resort hotel in Phuket. Super friendly and generous rooms + no children. Quiet poolside.

Comfortable rooms, very clean throughout the hotel, convenient services (laundry, shuttle, maid, room service, etc), nice facilities, and two sweet swim up bars out of a handful of different pools. Also, backs up to the beach for easy access, and a great complimentary breakfast buffet.

One of the best places in Phuket. Wonderful hotel with a beautiful beach and really nice staff. Nice restaurants and bars around the hotel. The hotelrestaurant is also nice. It was our second stay in the Sunprime, and definetly not the last. Also beautiful on Songkran :)

We came here for our anniversary. Got lovely flowers on the bed spelling out happy anniversary with hearts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are more than reasonable. You are literally right next to the beach. The room is very comfortable. Would recommend to a friend.

A doctor is on site 7 days a week.

Very nice hotel complex!
The staff is always friendly, a lot of staff take care of the wellbeing of the guests.
The numerous pools are not crowded and clean.
The beach is just a 2-3 minutes walk.
The food is good, certainly one or the other is nothing for everyone.
Every day there are 2 bottles of water free of charge in the room, at the temperatures a boon.
In the Sunprime there is still a small shop, because you get from smaller things.
The prices are naturally salted!
If you go shopping on the markets or in the streets, you must do something. Many things are possible!
It would be worth mentioning that the Sunprime Kamala Beach is specially designed for couples or seniors.
The Sunwing Kamala Beach, which is located next door, is mainly intended for families with children.
Perhaps one should clarify to those who have negatively evaluated that we are not in Germany. There is a different culture here. And by the way, at your home, it's certainly not clinically pure anywhere. ;)

We were at the end of October 2017 for a total of 10 days in the Sunprime. And enjoyed it from the first to the last minute. Rooms Super clean, staff very, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant to the sea side was top and adequate. Fitness room Although small but equipped with good equipment. And the hotel is child-free zone!

Nice location… cured enough… helpful staff… speak Thai and English… 2 big flaws… mice crossing the Resort (garden) during the night hours… and I had to pay a kind of robe… that I left dirt on the first day… and never replaced by staff…

We had a great time. Everything is fine. We will return.

I would not go back… huge hotel pretending to be a 4 star. It has absurd rules like that to give only one daily change of beach towels behind issue of a badge that if you lose it costs you about 25 euros. The rooms are large and spacious and clean. On the last day it was not possible to have the room in day use even for a fee, but not because it was full just because they did not, but for those who must take an intercontinental flight at one of the night like me it is inadmissible. Finally the coarse mass food suitable for the Germans. The sea there then is not maximum indeed.

Good hotel. On the beautiful Kamala Beach. The best spa in the middle of the garden, and a super Thai massage.

Great extensive and green complex directly on the beach. Sufficiently free loungers at the pools, night swimming possible until 10 p. M. Very tasty and varied buffet (have HP), super service and friendly staff, massages top and cost as much as outside 300 baht/hr. Very quiet facility. Location perfect. The only criticism of room: Have changed 2 times, because the 1st room (2110) smelled extremely of mould and the 2nd room (3310) on the 3rd floor was so loud through the air conditioning on the roof and the sun pops in. Now we are on the 1st floor building 4 and it is ok, therefore only 4*.

An absolutely dreamy vacation spot with unbelievable access to many different pools, one with a swim up bar. One extremely nice feature is that the resort is split into two with families who have kids occupying the one side while singles and couples take the other — there are private pools for each. Thus if looking for a child free holiday this is more than ideal. The restaurant food is delicious and of a high standard and the staff are simply wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Very large hotel complex that tries to disguise the bad standing situation. But Thailand does not mean to stop by the pool. No matter how big it is.

Cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. Staff mostly very helpful and friendly. Prices for drinks I find somewhat excessive for Thailand. Best to book a room on the upper floors because of the numerous cockroaches in the ground floor rooms.

It was all super nice! Absolute Dream Holiday! Great leisure activities, good food, clean rooms and pools, the beach is not a 3 minute walk away.
The staff were rather stressed, therefore a bit impersonal atmosphere. Top facilities in the rooms, also the restaurants were nice and the food good.

Relax, Max reception and at the same time closeness with typical local markets.

I advise you to go through the restaurant Pond at Kamala Super Good and the staff super friendly I let you enjoy the flavors of Thailand.

Clean place with a decent service without more but needs to be renovated to stay a four star well maintained pool but when you calculate well what a day cost by taking only the banal breakfast it's very expensive but of course you can eat at Kamala or on the cheapest and best beach.

For European standard a very good 3 star hotel. We only booked with breakfast. The breakfast was buffet with a good variety of many things. It was also possible to eat dinner & evening meals in the hotel. At competitive prices. But also the opportunity within a 15 minute walk to go out to local restaurants.

This hotel is such a great place! It's very big but so beautiful with a combination of traditional Thailand and jungle. The people here are very kind and so helpful!

Plant has come extremely in the Years. Even the "new" rooms have been extremely old. We already have 5 rooms Apart. Almost all the rooms are very noisy because every guest has to pass by the room, they all have a musty smell, and are all very spartan furnished and are also very dirty. After a request to get a quiet room, the staff asked me very kindly to update immediately, and showed up several rooms with either air conditioning right in front of the window or a room just before the one — and exit of the pool, or in the rear hole, where hardly any TA Daylight come in.
Even in the dark, there is no light that leads the way to the ROOM. Although some rooms have a stone staircase in front of the room entrance, which is very difficult to see in the Dark.
We felt absolutely fucked by the staff. But they definitely understood Us.
At the same time we also found out that so many other guests went similar to Us. They tried to change the room.
This hotel has nothing to do with luxury.
The whole stretch of beach is extremely wasted and will be cleaned all week where we were here too.
So a rundown hotel and filthy beach we have never seen in thailand. And we already know a lot about thailand, because we stay as good as every year to Thailand in 4-5 star Hotels.
But to Kamala and this hotel will certainly never see us again. It's absolutely not worth the MONEY.

This adult hotel offers a nice relaxing holiday with tranquility, several pools and also the beach is, depending on the location of the room, 5-50 meters away. Also the own two restaurants offer delicious food and nice staff. It has a top location, small markets and more restaurants are next Door. Towel service, Taxi service everything is Offered. We were very satisfied, would come back here and can only recommend this to Anyone. Top.

Great village nestled in a tropical garden, overlooking directly on the beach. International cuisine and Italian dishes. Absolutely not recommended.

I was In this hotel to pick up some friends. The stuff was very very rude! I never saw such unfriendly woman’s at the reception. Two SECURITY GUYS (! ) come with me in the lobby! My good I feel like a really bad person! My friends stayed at the pool, and I just want call the from the far “NOT GO OUT”. Thank you so much dear management, but I will never come back here!

Absolutely sensational place to stay in Thailand! The rooms were amazing, as was the pools, food and service! The staff from the resort were one of the highlights of our whole trip! A massive shout out to our cleaner A was so beautiful, humble, caring and professional! Tawan who took wonderful care of us in the resort restaurant! Ton from the swim up bar who was such a friendly, considerate and genuinely lovely person. And a massive shout out to Mark who had the hugest smile on his face every time we saw him! His customer service skills, character and personality just made out stay! Thank you to everyone at the resort!

Nice place. Research the on and off peak and weather before you go. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is a little bit of a walk. But after the massive breakfast, you need it. Renovations were being done for the on peak season, and boy did they need it. Don't swim when the red flags are out.

I have been to a few resorts in Thailand but this was one of the best. Friendly and helpful service. Place very clean. Will definitely go back.

From the front reception to the restaurant staff to the maids. They are warm and friendly people. The restaurant staff, mainly Dam, Tawan, Katie and the rest of the staff treated us like royalty. Nice hotel a little old but maintained properly affordable meal rates pay attention the buffet price is a bit expensive. Overlooks the sea close to the village and a few restaurants by the sea. The Wifi of the hotel and very correct I wanted to report it because some on the internet said it was bad. We had a great time there.

The hotel is very large, located even the largest at Kamala Beach and directly on the beach. The restaurant is good and cheap food and the staff is very nice.
Came in the hotel, the rooms are quite old, but sufficiently large.
The showers are very large, as well as the beds.
The air conditioning is unfortunately really loud! Without air conditioning, it will but almost unbearably hot in the night!
Unfortunately, there is free Wi-Fi in the lobby and the lounge. Cell reception in the room is poorly said on german caves!
The hotel is divided into 2 areas.
The Sunprime is an adults only hotel, the Sunwing is also suitable for children.
The hotel is close to the beach to the relax very well suited. Kamala is not run over either, as opposed to Patong.
The massages are one of the highlights in the hotel. They're really good and very cheap!
Be sure you should treat you that!

I recently went to Phuket. The hotel is really nice, good and welcome atmosphere. The rooms have a good size, are very clean and have a beautiful sea view. In the hotel there is a restaurant, which is located right on the beach. The food was unique. My holidays would have been perfect, if I would not have had the stupid idea to fall for the small associated dive school from the hotel. I was completely ripped off. Suddenly the price I paid was another, as confirmed by the staff before. I think that depends on which room you book at the hotel — whether presidential suite or bungalow around the corner! Apart from the price all dives were just pathetic. In particular, the half — day trip was not what they promised. The big advertised flora and fauna of Phuket were just dead coral, sand and a lot of garbage. During all dives, the visibility was not available. No consideration was taken on the weather and the rental equipment was unreasonable, even dangerous (leaking)! The price — performance ratio of the diving school is totally unacceptable.

Good, clean, sandy beach with clear water and plenty of cafes with a varied menu to suit all tastes. Main entertainment jetski and banana.

Great family resort for kids. Lots of pools and resort hosted activities. Beach was uncrowded with lots food and shop centers.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, very clean and the people are very friendly. Maybe you won't be able to take the kids and this penalises a little but. For those that do not go with the family is very advisable. Close to the beach and swimming pool with a Bar on the water. There was excellent again.

We were just on Phuket in this Hotel (end of Nov-beginning of Dec). And I must say, it is a beautiful plant! We were in the "Pool Wing". This has existed only since 2-3 years and comes are nice over there. The view is a dream, the kitchens are clean and the taste is top-notch! The Pools are great and the people friendly! The only drawback from my point of view: it was often in the Evening and at Night, sometimes very, very loud. And although it is a "quiet" stretch of beach and the place to be. The beach and the sea were still, unfortunately, very churned up by the rain and Wind in November. Are is diving and snorkeling right on the beach rather not possible. Maybe later in the season in a different way. I would certainly immediately go back to this Hotel book.

We wanted to spend our Christmas vacation 2010 at this hotel and had our reservation confirmation.
Then question after our child's age: 5 years old
Affiliated, the reservation is cancelled, the hotel allows "no children under 15 years of age"!
Who has children and loves should and must avoid forced this hotel, I would ask for solidarity with other travellers, something can and you must not allow!
