Place with good relationship between price and quality. The Private room was big, clean. The staff was nice and helpful. He hotel is located 7 min by walk from the beach.

Nice apartment in Kamala beach, located 5 minutes walk from the beach… It is served by a very friendly and welcoming local family, available to assist you in everything and have bikes to rent… The apartment was cleaned daily, has no kitchen, but not necessary… With the big fridge we could keep our fruits, water and to eat we would go out to taste Thai or Western food, many very good places and with beautiful views of the beach!

-old mattress you can constantly feel the spring cores get from it back pain-room is old and rustic but clean.
-the walls are thin and you can constantly hear the road traffic-the hotel wants when you bring a bar girl with to the hotel 300 baht for every night extra.
-house roof in front of the window Never again…
-no soap, no shower gel and no shampoo-no mirror in the bathroom pipes are exposed to the ceiling in the bathroom.

Beautiful three storey guesthouse without lift, very well cared for in the interior and very kind staff. We stayed here more than a week and had a great time recommended breakfast and also rent scooters at market prices. Excellent cleaning every day the rooms are redone.

Beautiful room, nice owners. Room got cleaned every day. But it was very noisy. Away from the traffic but next to the water pump and cleaning area of the staff. So constant noise. I would recommend it but another room.

Great guesthouse. The owners were simply nice people, rooms were clean. We came as 4 some cyclists and there was a small place to park our bicycles. Great place to relax and unwind, small family run guesthouse. They are all english speaking, and Sabina, the daughter is very helpful indeed.

Super Location, great owners/ family but tired guest house. Firstly these guys are so super nice and helpful their daughter speaks great english and the owners speak a little. The place is 5 minutes to the beach down a quieter road. The hotel itself is a little older but cleaned daily. We went with someone else who was is the first room on the bottom floor (2 single beds) we were in room 9 (also on ground floor) I would avoid this room. We hardly slept. All the pipes from other rooms run though this room, the fridge and AC made noises all night. The ceilings/ floors are also paper thin so you hear everything above you.

Nothing special offers minimum level.

Everything here was great. It is owned by a family n they are one of the nicest and coolest people I have met so far in Thailand. The room was very sufficient, free Wi-Fi, and we were on the 3rd floor so we had an amazing view of the little village. Best breakfast at a geusthouse I've had in Thailand. Spent a lot of time talking to the mom June, she made us smile and laugh all the time. They also arranged diving and snorkeling trips for us and made sure we got the best price. Overall definitely 1 of my favorite geust houses and I would 100% recommend it.

Amazing! I have been travelling Thailand for a little over a month now and staying mainly in guest houses. Sabina guest house went above and beyond! They are the most beautiful family and kindest people I have ever met. June, her husband and daughter were amazing they would go out of their way for my husband and I to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and nice (not to mention the fact that our room was cleaned everyday, that has never happened for us in a Thailand guest house), the daughter booked all of our excursions and our boat to Ko Lanta when we left, She is a very helpful young lady with a great head on her shoulders and made sure we got the best prices, and to top it all off there are beautiful murals on plenty of the walls that the husband paints as he is a wonderful artist. I hope to be returning soon!
