I stayed at The NaKa for 3 times, and evetytime I always enjoy in every moment I stay here. Best customer service and professional staff. Food taste delicious. Would recommend everyone to stay here. Staff always go beyond and exceeded what I expected. Thank you so much The Naka to make my stay the best.

The heart of loei hotel If you have the opportunity to stay again, my favorite is to book a pool villa. 3 The room and tell the staff there's a small child. 1 People are very attentive to the hotel, there is a cot in the room, it is the base impression. The room is big and clean. You won't be disappointed. Sleeping, the price is high but it's 🥰🥰 worth it.

One of the most luxury private pool villa I have ever been in Phuket. Very peaceful and cool designed hotel. Nice food and lots of beach activities too.

Rude and unprofessional customer service — Responded to my enquiry with “I couldn’t tell you? ”, then once I complained the first response was a plain “Sorry ka”. I doubt the service level here and now having a second thought about ever staying.

Quiet and Luxury hotel. But my room at lower floor. Plants in front of my pool, it doesn’t looks infinitely. And the bed is old and need to change 彈弓. Disappointed! All over good is fine for me.

The idea of the hotel is great.
The staff is the best part of the hotel and I don’t mean the management. The real working people with the guests are attentive, friendly and are the highlight. But the hotel needs renovations in some areas and some basic things which are mandatory for a five star hotel. But again that’s a lack of the management.

We loved our stay at the Naka and would definitely return anytime we are in Thailand. Design of the pool villas is amazing and staff was very welcoming and attentive. While some of the wood materials are in need of maintenance, as some reviewers have mentioned, this in no way detracted from our experience. More than anything we hope the Naka is able to continue maintaining the materials (weathered from the seaside climate) so that we can return multiple times. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Don't waste your time with Naka after been to Phuket for 5 times previously! If you want to avoid an unpleasant holiday experience, do everything to avoid this silly place. As Chote said in an earlier, golf carts take forever. Front desk is very unwelcoming and tried to deny every single request possible. Rooftop glasses above the bathtub was leaking with water. It was rainstorm. I couldn't enjoy using the bathtub. This place is simply a joke.

What a stunning resort. Loved the design and the service. Amazing place if you want a quiet and peaceful break. The one bedroom pool villa is probably one of the biggest rooms I've ever stayed at in a resort! So worth it, especially the for the pool overlooking the ocean.

All bell boys are very nice and more helpful than front officer. Room is always clean and tidy. Food is also good. Television channel is not so variety nothing interesting.

The resort is private property which is beautifully maintained and a luxury stay. The property is away from main city hassle bustle and a quite peaceful and serene beauty. Ideal for someone looking for a relaxing or a romantic holiday. We stayed in a private pool Vila which is luxury at its best. Their in room service is pretty good as well. A must for people on honeymoon.

We spent 2 weeks here when we got married Aug 16 and we loved this hotel. It was the Perfect location for our wedding. The scenery was just beautiful. We chose this hotel as it was one of 3 on the island that offered a private beach for our wedding day. Everywhere else we looked were public and we really didn’t want an audience outside of our friends and family. The Hotel service was great, we were made to feel like VIPs by all the staff the whole time we were there. The private pool villas are exactly that, private. They are very nicely done and feel very luxurious, they are very dark tho, the mood lighting is great and very romantic, but needs an option for brighter lights when needed. Showers perfect for 2 and a double bath outside which was a nice touch tho not really needed as the private pool was overlooking the views. Not much storage or hanging hooks, but manageable. Excellent buffet breakfast, the room service and main restaurants food was great. Only complaint was their sky lounge restaurant, very ordinary food at very expensive prices. I would avoid bothering. The gym had good facilities and equipment. The Spa was excellent. We had great massages, facials, treatments etc. 60 of us stayed at the NAKA, so we had lots of pool parties at our villas, the staff were really helpful and made no complaints of noise etc just kept bringing us more ice I'd highly recommend staying here and we will certainly be back there if we ever went back to Phuket!

Service with top notch. Staff always have a friendly and welcoming presence. They even provided me a cake for my wedding anniversary. Room was nice and the sea view was magnificent. Certainly on me of the best hotel I've been to for the price.

Is my first time here having really good experience staffs are very professional and very friendly food is out standing we took a one bedroom pool villa room is big very spacious the restaurant set up by the main pool next to the private beach very nice. I would highly recommend next time when we come back we will try the Naka on the island.

There is the best pool villa resort I ever been. Be and my husband was so excited when we get in our villa with private pool then we forget the key in room lol but we really have nice short holiday there. Private pool with ocean view make mu husband so relaxing from his business and stressful. Staff always nice and serve us the good service. We are check in and they bring some drink it is was only water buy the way they did to us it is so much polite. We love that resort too much. Not too far from city so we still can go to patong town when ever we want. And maid always keep our room clean. Making bed when we went out to town. And everything they did it is so fast. We have the breakfast then after we be at our room everything done and clean. Also breakfast room was close to the beach we can eat and see the ocean it is so much relax. But the resort stay on hill so not yoo easy to walk from room to lobby it is too far and tired because you will walk up on hill and down and up again but that not bad we get exercise from walk like that. And the resort always available the small truck to bring you to everywhere (room, lobby, breakfast room) so you just call and wait for few min then they arrive there for bring you to the place in hotel you want. When we are leaving to the airport to flight to Australia we get upgraded for taxi that look like VIP taxi and they didn't charge for upgrade too. We will back again soon when we have vacation. I love this hotel.

Absolutely well-off, run-down, service and solution-unoriented hotel. The hotel and rooms are not maintained. (color off walls, lamps don't go, music system defect…)
The breakfast is miserable, apparently that does not bother the guests who are 90% Chinese.
Never again! For the money there are often better hotels with real 5 stars in thailand.
Here you only pay for the optic which is beautiful to look at from further away.
The staff is just of naughtyness and inability not to beat
We will never get there again.
