Bad smell inside the rooms, the water in the swimming pool is not clean enough. some facilities are borken without maintenance. Lamps no light… even drinking water is not available. their service cannot match their price.

We stayed here for one night. Kind of a good job, the pool looked dirty, which is a shame. The furniture was dirty, and old. Half of the lights didn’t work, no hair dryer? Air con in the bedroom was set on a temperature because the remote didn’t work. The door was hard to open and one of the sliding doors leading to the pool didn’t lock. And half of the lights didn’t work. Arriving to reception, wasn’t much fun. The receptionist didn’t know which online booking we used, then tried to confuse things. Which made us a bit uneasy. He didn’t help us get to the room. I’m not fussed about a welcome drink but website says that you get one… we never got one. It’s such as shame as the rooms have so much potential and amazing views and great big rooms. Also the Buddha heads on the floor is pretty disrespectful. The location is up a hill, fair enough, as we had a car. You wouldn’t want to walk it really. But it gives you the greatest views. There were no in room safe, no mini bar (which we aren’t fussed about but the Agoda page says that it does) sound proof doesn’t work.
