I came here with family and it was an absolute delight. ❤️

Absolutely astounding eco friendly resort… we were met straight off the beach with peppermint cold face washer and a cool rosella drink with the widest smiles…. Check in was efficient — shoes optional as we were escorted to our twin room through the freshly raked soft sand paths. This is a hidden gem on Phi Phi island — there are several room types for selection — ours was perfectly situated near the pool and crystal water beach — garden suite. Twice daily our room was serviced with the beautiful staff always managing to know when we weren’t in our room. If you want a getaway that has everything for a relaxing or romantic time then this is it. The food was stunning and a must to try the famous Zeavola Lava Cake for dessert…… Thai people are always beautiful but the level of service, kindness and graciousness was truly something special…. I cannot recommend nor rate Zeavola high enough…. You won’t be disappointed!

The resort is very private. Since it is in the jungle area there are plenty of mosquitoes. Do not forget to carry your repellents!

This is our last day. It has been an amazing 5days/4nights in this paradise resort. The food/menu at the restaurant (breakfast; lunch and dinner) is variegated. The taste is heavenly! The hotel staff are so very friendly and thoughtful. Thank you to all for this wonderful family holiday experience🥰 All the best.

For the same price you can get a palace in Europe. And their standards are far from european standards. They never proposed me to pick me up at Tonsai pier. People are not kind at all, they never smile, are upset when you ask for something and treat you like you were stupid. The room is not comfortable: Window of the minibar clanging when it’s windy or when you walk in the terrace. The water of shower is either too hot or alternatively hot and cold. If you want to pee during the night it’s a nightmare: you have to find first the light in the dark on a control deck, then unlock the door with the key that gives lights so you have no more lights. Food is just okay.

The food right on the beach was superb, varied menu and very friendly staff.

Special experience in the hidden gem in PhiPhi island. People in this resort is excellent, stay and feel as a family.

Luxury cabins set within the forest, with all the mod cons imaginable. Friendly and attentive staff. All set in the most amazingly beautiful backdrop. A piece of paradise!

Not what they say. Bathrooms are not in rooms. Must close up all curtains to change. Must walk outside to go to bathroom. So many misleading things. This is definitely NOT five star. Three star at best but really just fancy camping.

Beautiful beach… every room is special (private and has everything) … the people and organization are amazing. Prices are reasonable even on the resort. We didn’t have any big issues, but the hotel provided bug spray in case.

We just finished a 6 night stay at Zeavola, and it really is a special place! We loved the room, with the outdoor living space, the separate bathroom and the OUTDOORS shower! There was a real sense of privacy here, with amazing staff and service, on hand whenever you needed something. Included breakfast was really good, tasty and plenty to choose from. The beach and swimming area in front of the hotel is the best part of the whole beach. We have travelled and stayed in many good hotels but what sets Zeavola apart from so many others is the "culture" of the place: wonderful, happy and helpful staff from top down, who truly succeeded in making you feel looked after from beginning to end. The whole place has a polite, relaxed and genuine vibe — RARE INDEED! Thank you!

Zeavola is the perfect getaway to do nothing but enjoy the sun, sand and turquoise sea. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are great, the food is fantastic and the tropical surrounds are surreal. I cannot recommend Zeavola highly enough. It was way better than I ever imagined. Every day was heaven.

From the welcome at the airport until the goodbye, all details were well taken care of. Very friendly and helpful team, great size room with amenities to make the space cozy and adorable, the pool is just amazing, the spa is incredible. You can enjoy a day trip or scuba diving organized by them or just relax at the beach. We enjoyed the whole experience! We will definitely return.

Such a beautiful resort and welcoming staff. Zeavola even make my day when we had breakfast, all staff sing a birthday song to my wife.

Had a fantastic week here, Florian the General Manager is such a great guy! Satya the executive chef and his staff serve up a delicious menu and all the staff are lovely! The resort is quiet and clean and close to snorkelling and shopping. Definitely recommend this place and they are eco friendly as well! Thanks for a fabulous time!

They shouldn't call it a 5 star hotel because for one, it's not a 5 star service they provide. They don't refill the fridge or mini bar, you have to constantly ask for towels when they very well knew there's 2 people staying in the room but yet only one towel is given. Service was very inconsistent. Some of the staff were accommodating, some doesn't care. The General Manager was sitting at the beach bar chillin and never once came up to us to ask how things are. You can stay here but I think maximum of 2 nights is all you need. The rooms are nice, it has that traditional Thai touch.

Only hotel I've stayed at where I hear no a lot of times. Housekeeping did not refill our coffee nook with milk or creamer so I went to the restaurant to ask for some. They told me they cannot give me any because they are still closed. I went to the front desk and their response was housekeeping doesn't open until 8 am. We asked to switch tables during dinner and they said no as well. These are only a few…

Beautiful resort! Spent 5nights in August 2018, in Zeavola resort on PiPi, so nice, accommodation is excellent, breakfast has everything you could want, bar & restaurant food also excellent, the staff are THE BEST! A truly relaxing and wonderful stay. Excellent spa, excellent food, incredible location, "all day beachwear & barefoot" life. Lots of marine life & birds to watch. It gives you the best of the luxury resort with natural life combination. Thanks to Lion, Niko and all Zeavola team for making our stay unforgettable.

The place is fantastic. Very much a paradise. Rivialling the Maldives 100% of the way. There is a small but beautiful pool available. Though time is best spent on the beach or at the spa. Excersions available too. All of which are fun and appealing. There is a small shop on the island. And the restaurant on the beach front serves some fantastic meals of many cultures. Spa is very relaxing. Note: You need 400 baht per person in Cash if you want to visit bamboo Island. No ATM here so acquire before hand.

Very relaxing getaway resort. It's charmingly rustic and a place the modern day Robinson Crusoe would be happy to play a castaway for a few days. The manager is very friendly and humours, a great guy to have at your dinner party! We loved our short break and will love to visit again.

We only had dinner at the beach. Good service and good food. High prices as in all hotels (on the beach, a few steps, there are several simple and clean places where you eat excellent in half). I recommend the Chocolate Ball, a dessert that really surprises!

You're going to love this place! This is our 9th visit in 10 years… and we even got married here 5 years ago! The most beautiful, serene, & perfect paradise in Thailand. … beautiful beach, beautiful staff (who are now our friends) … villas in the tropical grounds and a fantastic restaurant right on the sand. We love it here and recommend any couple to come and enjoy this luxurious slice of paradise!

Beautifully rustic 5 star hotel on Phi Phi. We stay for 5 nights in a beach front villa. The hotel is incredibly quiet and chilled. The spa is amazing and we used the fully stocked gym everyday. We would definitely return.

A hotel with a special charm! The accommodation is single cabins with all comforts! The surroundings are unique: forest by the sea! Would definitely go back.

Amazing boutique resort with amazing service in an amazing location. From the personal welcoming on the beach with the little lemongrass refresher towels I love so much to the daily surprise of handmade gifts that their staff snuck into our room like ninjas, we enjoyed every moment in this paradise. The Spa packages were great and the dive centre very helpful accommodating our needs. Food was spot on, both Thai and Western dishes and the setting on the beach was perfect, especially the cool little friendly cats with bandanas that hang around the place. Just don't feed them and they'll leave you alone :) Before you listen to negative reviews regarding the privacy of the rooms, keep in mind what is trying to be accomplished with the tradition of the place. Yes somebody may have caught a glimpse of my manhood as I paraded naked around my villa but there was hardly ever anybody walking around and they were not interested in catching a peek so live it up! Both my partner and I loved the feel of the villa with the open air approach. Furniture and fittings may appear a little old but that added to the realistic, rustic feel of living in a traditional thai home. So far in my travels around SEA, Zeavola is my top pick. It has a personal touch and feels positively different to the large 5 star cattle run resorts and I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

It's a beautiful resort. With exit to the beach. Excellent attention. With Spa the breakfast very complete. And two good restaurants. Good beach and sea service more incredibly turquoise and transparent and white sandy beach and soft. Thai massages are great.

Class hotel, everything made perfect. The small wooden villas that serve as rooms are very nicely done. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Quiet Hotel in Phi Phi. Large room. It is a cabin and it is almost like in um forest. Perfect if you like nature. Very close to beach and has own swimming pool.

What can I say about this place. It's fantastic for a romantic get away which my wife and I had for our honeymoon. Perfect place to relax and unwind by the beach staff where super friendly and spoke English really well. The managers of the hotel where brilliant always made time to come over and say hello and have a chat really felt welcome at this place we really miss it and would love to come back in future. It's away from the party end of the island this place is a get away from it all but you have the option to do diving and yoga lessons and the spa is 1st class always something to do so you won't get bored. Food was excellent not 1 bad thing to say. Our room was lovely only thing was there was a smell on the last night coming from our drains we should have reported this but thought as it's our last night there would be no point. But no doubt they would have sorted this if we would have said. Well worth a visit to this paradise island!

Beautiful white sand and blue water. A star deduction however for the service and entertainment that didn't exist. Also compared to other hotels in the same category in Thailand a star deduction. The best way to get to Phi Phi pier is by longtail boat. Small restaurants are close to the hotel.

Hands down the best hotel I have been to in quite some time. It is such a unique experience. Getting there was not terribly easy or convenient but it is well worth the trip. The kindness of ALL the staff was incredible. The food was even good! Very VERY reasonable prices. Only comment is around the bugs but I guess as a natural resort, you should expect that. Will definitely be back in the future!

The site is not bad, the beach is good, the bungalows very nice, even with little details practical, the worst?, That seems to be responsible for reception… Would describe it as a "show me the money! ", Is anything but friendly, also the day that we arrived there was a wedding on the beach, and without warning or anything, we simply took the things and carried them to the other end of the beach… It is not the treatment you expect of a hotel of this supposed category…

One of my favorite places that I stayed at. The hotel is secluded and is far away from the party scene of Phi Phi island. It's perfect for a romantic retreat or for anyone seeking a quit vacation. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely and the beach is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Phi Phi.

Very nice, naturally laid out facility. After the morning shower in the outdoor shower … (There is also a normal indoor shower, of course) which welcomes us to a delicious breakfast that really offers something for every taste. For dinner, there are various themed evenings in one of the two restaurants. Foodies get their money's worth!
The villas are very well maintained and you don't feel like you're in the hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff very friendly and tip top in all areas.
For people looking for relaxation I can highly recommend the Zeavola.
Mosquito repellent is very important!
Snorkeling is best done about 150m outside right in front of the facility.

A beautiful hotel with white sand beach and fantastic view, the rooms have a super flair the living room is so to speak outside and to the sides openly important Autan Tropic then you also have no problems with mosquitoes this hotel is already very quiet who An animation or music on the beach wants to drive 15 minutes with the bot to the port.
If the food is not so expensive and you have to go over 100m at the local pubs and at least there is music at a corner of the beach I would give 5 stars.

It's like a paradise… hard to put it any other way… as long as you use mosquito repellent of course.

Simply amazing! The rooms were clean, comfy, and felt secluded — — but still offered a view of the beach. The included, breakfast buffet was fantastic! Staff was friendly and attentive (when you wanted them to be). Little gifts on the bed each day, along with different daily fruits, were a nice touch. The beach was perfect! We went with a group of ten and they handled everything as if we were just two. Highly recommend!

Good location next to the beach, all though beach is not visible from most cottages. The cottages themselves are comfortable all though not that luxurious and with a somewhat mixed and odd decoration. Still you don't lack anything and the staff is nice and helpfull. We went to the activity center who arranged a 2 hour snorkelling trip approximately 20 min away in long tail boat which was amazing. Beach bar is a great place to relax at. We ate there one night and the food was ok, but nothing to write home about. We had some of the more expensive seafood dishes, but I would avoid those in this restaurant as they were bland and not that tasty. Had better seafood at phuket despite the close location to the sea for this restaurant. Would stay here again if I was to return though and among the choices for this location this hotel is definitely one of the best with good value for money. I saw in a previous review that the beach in front is rocky and not that nice. This is only the case at low tide when the water draws significantly back and the old dead corals far out get exposed. When tide is high it is an amazing beach with Crystal clear water and perfect white sand.

Great "barefoot" resort. All amenities, activities or just kick back & enjoy the beach! Excellent staff & service!

We arrived at the resort after a 10 day trip around Bangkok and up to chiang Rai. This place was the perfect place to relax and unwind. You can only access this resort by boat and on arrival you are met on the beach with a cool cloth and a cold drink. The accommodation is amazing. If you don't like open plan living then don't come here. We loved it. Expect to be bitten by mossies as yes this is paradise but a tropical one! Using repellant is not always effective but I guess a price to pay for the sheer laid back, barefoot, casual chic that this place offers. The managers Florian and Lion are always around talking to guests, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is heavenly. We cannot fault this place. If you want a slice of heaven get on that boat and splash down at the Zeavola resort. Best place EVER…

Top top top holiday. I can say Koh Phi phi Island is one of the best holiday ever, the view at Maya Bay is so stunning. Zeavalo hotel was a unique experience I would give them the highest rate possible, they treat you so well. We have been visiting the Islands around with a boat — what a great way to explore and relax. In one word The Paradise. When you live in a busy capital city, you realize what's the meaning of life when you go on places like this. I am hopping I will go back one day.

Zeavola is positively heaven on Earth! A true paradise! I could go on forever about Zeavola, but I will keep it short. Our Pool Villa was wonderful! The view was amazing. Our bed was decorated beautifully when we arrived a swan heart and flowers. The villa is combination of outdoor and indoor living and from every vantage point you have the spectacular view. Just walking the ground of Zeavola is amazing. Gorgeous and lush. The beach was wonderful and there was always a chair for us with the comfort of the big bean bag pillows. The water is calm and clear. Gorgeous gorgeous beach! The food is excellent with a wide variety. Most importantly, the staff. The staff is very attentive and will go above and beyond to meet your every need. We stayed in Phuket a total of 2 weeks and only 3 nights were at Zeavola. I wish we could have spent more time! I have no hesitation highly recommending this wonderful place in Koh Phi Phi and would return in a minute! A highlight of our stay was taking their Sunset Cruise! It was wonderful and if staying at Zeavola make sure you do this! The Sunset is wonderful and you have a front row seat for it, compliments of their wonderful staff! They treat you like royalty! Love love love Zeavola!

Highly recommend, especially as a honeymoon destination. We went there for our honeymoon in November 2016 and stayed in one of the pool villas, which was just out of this world. It was absolutely incredible – we had a week of blissful relaxation in idyllic, beautiful surroundings. The staff were always so friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble to ask for. The food was so delicious, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! We spent a lot of time relaxing on bean bags on the beach in front of the crystal blue water, and having food and beverages brought to us – the height of luxury!

Beach front isn't all that nice. Rocky and uneven in spots. The spa was amazing! To say the least. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Only downer is the staff is not very fast at anything. So ordering receiving our meal/drinks and even paying all took some time, at times I felt like the wait staff was on vacation too. Would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.

Tourist trap, thus place claims it is "rustic luxury" but it is half pregnant neither rustic neither luxury. Our sheets were dirty, there is no clean water for showering only salt water. The food is below average and the drinks aren't made with fresh ingredients. It seems like the type of place that 10 years ago when it was first built was decent but has decayed over time. The beach chairs are terribly uncomfortable even with the bean bags they have placed to try and fix the fact that the chairs are bad and poorly kept. We went for our honeymoon and my husbands birthday and they asked if we wanted separate beds when we arrived despite the fact that we let them know we were on our honeymoon and it was my husbands birthday as well. The place is overrated and overpriced using the word "rustic" as an excuse for everything. Also very limiting to get to know the island need to pay round trips for the boats and they only allow 2 hours to stay wherever you go.

I had a wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. The service is just perfection! The most perfect honeymoon place ever!

Recently had our wedding here. It was perfect. The staff was attentive, courteous and adhered to our every request. The wedding planner was professional and prompt. I've stayed at dozens of hotels and by far this is my favorite. We will return to this lovely piece of heaven in the near future.

A place beautiful, an exquisite and very well located.

Loved the place, love the staff, loved the sea! Unfortunately, the weather did not help us while we stayed there (end of November) but, we still managed to have a unique experience. Due to bad weather conditions we had to stay back one night and missed our flights home. The hotel staff helped us a lot in re-organizing everything, from transportation to the airport to changing our flights. They even gave a 50% discount for the extra night we had to spend in the island. Very friendly, extremely helpful and above all: Treat us like friends and not just customers. Definitely going back and strongly suggesting to people to visit this unique place.

After one day only I can say that it very nice although not perfect. Food, accommodation and service is 4 stars only but the atmosphere is 5 stars.

This hotel is rather expensive for what you get. But having said that, you have to remember where you are — a tiny island in the andaman sea. Fairly quiet and out of the way, which is good for seclusion but not so good to get onto the main part of the island if you want to explore other restaurants etc. As expected, the thai hospitality and level of service is second to none.
