Beautiful view from the resort, was here coz to the cruise package after the snorkelling was an amazing experience even though the water was veey choppy due to rain and wind. It was cristal clear under the water and had an great view and was my first experience.

A great hotel for a family holiday. Delicious breakfasts and unforgettable sunsets. The hotel has an area as good as the Holiday Inn. The hotel stands on the shoreline with five and. Reuomendu.

Quiet and private villages. The food were great. Beautiful sunset. If you want more of the night life this is not the resort you should book.

It was a good Resort but it needs to be more five star cuz we stayed at a five-star hotel and it wasn't to be five stars 5 * should be more of a luxury hotel and this wasn't luxury but it was fun it was okay for what it was.

Well appointed resort, nice amenities, great service, great breakfast, beautiful location, kayaks, snorkeling, etc but very isolated at far end of island. Must take a $10 ferry or hire a longtail for $100 to get to town. (Canadian dollars)

Very large resort at the quietest Beach (Laemtong) on PhiPhi Island. Excellent breakfast, nice restaurant on the beach.

Tl;dr: Very beautiful scenery (above and below the water), but way too many people everywhere. Book a visit before sunrise, if you can (afford it). I'm not sure with the name and if this was exactly the place we visited (I'm responding to a Google survey — review). We got a tour through a promotion-voucher and we were driven around Phi Phi Island on a speed boat. The scenery is beautiful, the water is full of beautiful fish and there are even monkeys on the island (s), which are swimming around and catching fish. You shouldn't get too close to the monkeys though, since they are quite aggressive and even bite. We were able to swim around in specific areas and we were provided with snorchling equipment (we brought our own, but we didn't have to). The reason for my rather bad review is that everything was extremely crowded. There were hundreds of people on most beaches and everything was full of longboats and speedboats. There are special events where you are shipped to those islands very early in the morning, so that you can see the beautiful sunrise and a lot less people. We didn't have the money for that (at this time around 4000 Thai baht which is more than 110€ for each person). Normally, you are provided with food at each tour, which is usually very good. In our case, we loved it :)

Beautiful resort… friendly and helpful staff… pity for 2 details: Beaches with a series of wastes that come from both tourists and the local population. Wastes ranging from latex gloves, thermal cartons, bottles and cans of all kinds also broken. So very dangerous because you can't see…
2 particular a vastness of boats covering practically every strip of beach… so that natural paradise I had to share it with engines lit 15 hours a day, waves of tourists (most Chinese) who had no respect for the environment and Junk… Not bad… I reckon the next time Phi Phi is not seen.

A paradise on Earth, 4 nights fairytale.

Lovely holiday resort, great staff, nice bungalows. Lovely beach. Scuba diving at the resorts Leisure Dive Centre is fabulous and the dive instructor, Anthony, is great, really patient and puts you at ease as you learn to dive.

Located on the beautiful Laem Tong beach in Koh Phi Phi. Ideal for lounging and beach.

Superb place Paradise But the hotel is not worth 4 Star 2 at best and everything closes at 10heure at night plus no activity on the complex.

The place is a natural paradise, reached after a long boat crossing and a short walk on the sand, landing at the pier.
Arrival and check in are well organized, people arrive in waves so there is no certainty of being immediately escorted to the room upon arrival, better to get comfortable and start enjoying what this corner of Paradise has to offer.
Breathtaking views, welcoming structure and courteous staff.
In the nearby restaurants on the beach you eat well without spending an exaggeration, although the prices are a bit… Western!

Resort with potential and friendly staff how do you write a recession over a place for which you alone would give its beauty because of 5 stars? My picture for the natural resort was influenced by the influence of the hotel industry on the beauty of this patch of Earth.
We were accommodated in Bungalow 403. It was above the beach. For more dignified holidaymakers there are shuttles that take you there (incl. Luggage) with 8min foot March the whole thing can be easily found on foot. In the resort itself there is no ATM should anyone calculate it. So take cash with you. In the resort and the neighbouring restaurants the prices are adapted to the tourism. Between 300-800THB you get tired. It always goes up. Lunch at the resort is available with all you can eat for 400THB, similar to a little hostel. But it tastes good.
It is important to know that the arrivals and departures to the resort should be clarified one day before. Spontaneously goes well, is then always more expensive. So:) go to the reception and clarify, the rest somehow happens all by itself.
The bungalow itself was pretty and really OK for the price. Is not a luxury. According to my wife's statement, the plastering behaviour of the Hausceepings is not quite right. We leave the humidity in the bathroom outside as we are in Thailand. The rooms are very clean. Lucky if you have cool neighbors.

A beautiful place to relagare and be away from the routine noises of the city.

Very quiet resort at the quiet end of Phi Phi. The bungalows are very clean and well equipped. The first row has a sea view. Those who stay here are in the middle of nature. We once heard the frogs quarks at night and once tried to gnaw a mouse into our house. Who wants to go in the water does it best from the night bar Hotel. That was the better section of the beach. The beds are unfortunately very squashed at the small beach section of the hotel. Also annoying is that on the beach the tractors drive. For snorkeling you should better take a day trip to the night Bar Island (Bamboo Island, Koh Phi Phi or Nui beach) right on the beach you don't see much. Ebb and flow is very marked by the shallow beach.

Great secluded resort for relaxing.

The place is lovely with rooms dipped in the green. Ideal for a few days you totally relax.

A nice resort and great if you want peace and quiet and some lazing about. Great service and amazing welcome. Not ideal for wanting to go into the main area of Phi Phi as it is the furthest resort from there. You can walk but it would take over an hour from memory. The resort said they sometimes have staff walking to town so offer you the choice to go with them which is a good option if you want to go to the viewpoint. The resort picks you up on arrival from Tonsai Pier by longtail or you have the option of getting the ferry near the resort and then a long tail boat from the resort collects you from the ferry and brings you in and back when you leave, but the ferry only comes so often, best to ask the resort the timetable. They have a nice outdoor restaurant right by the beach and they do some Italian and Thai food. There's other resorts along the beach where you can also dine.

The hotel is nice. We had a room in a cottage 10 minutes walk from reception with a nice view to sea. We could hear only the sounds of nature, which was a very relaxing experience. The only downside was food — probably 5 restaurants of 8 owned by the same group and even the menu was the same in all the places. Thai food was ok, but western not really. I have ordered vegetable soup, which was too salty and tasted like a soup from the can, the eggplant dish with cheese was just too oily… Order only local food. Yellow curry with seafood was tasty.

Great location, good breakfast, room very clean, only the pool could be refurbished and a few new couches can be used.

We had a wonderful time here! The scenery is out of this world! It’s a quiet beach with turquoise water! We took a long tail boat to one of the main islands and went snorkeling, which was amazing! Our stay at the hotel was great too! There were some minor issues, but overall this experience was great and I would definitely come back again!

Perfectly Picturesque, nothing else. Once in a lifetime beach, untouched. You can enjoy simple things to the fullest, like Sea side food, sunrise, sunset and still water at lobby. Clear torquise water, one of the best for snorkeling and scuba.

Fraud Carried Out by This Hotel! Beware of providing Credit card authorisation to this Hotel. They are cheats who charge payment and then refuse to provide accommodation. Our Client is waiting for Checkin as I write this review and the Hotel has refused to provide accommodation despite charging the Card for Full amount of stay. Please keep your money safe, do not pay them a penny in advance! Do not deal with the fraudster reservation staff Ms Miki who derives sadistic pleasure in creating as many inconveniences as possible. I have attached the screenshot of the transaction for evidence.

Quiet, almost deserted place to relax from work and still find a Zen:) Here you are alone with nature and the sea. Nobody's bothering you here. The connection is as it is, but you can make it as it may not:) Tired of people-come here.

Great place to holiday, rather family, friendly welcome, watch out for mosquitoes, voracious, get to Kho Phi Phi by the ferry then see on the spot to get to the hotel, otherwise o ' you bill the travel in long boat a bit expensive.

If you just want to chill and do water sports then this is a place to go. Not a growded place at all. There's no shops or markets or cars. There are six places you can eat but everyone closes at 10. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Exelent location, and view! But because of their mistake, our couple bedroom wasnt available and we had to sleep in 2 bed room. But… if we wanted another couple room, we could pay more to have one… Costumer service at his Best…

I had the most magical time of my life here. If I was going to honeymoon this would be the perfect place. There is a beilliant bar durther down the beach. Gteat food and music.

This is a natural resort… Not your high end hotel… Saying that really nice place staff super friendly. If you are looking for hight end luxury this is not for you, if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a stunning surrounding then check in.

This resort is amazing. The rooms were very spacious and clean and they have mosquito nets over the beds, which is great cause there are tons of mosquitoes in the area. The staff is very friendly and the manager ensures every guest feels special and welcome. Upon arrival, the manager of the resort saw us looking at the map of the PhiPhi Islands, and offered to give us information of the area. He gave us a brief history of the islands and told us about all the areas on the map. He suggested activities to do, places to visit, things to see and restaurants to try. You can hire a longtail boat tour from the resort for 6hours, and the cost is per boat not per person, with one boat accommodating up to 6 people. The manager helped us find other guests who would like to do the tour so we could go together and share costs. The staff is just really amazing. The resort is right by the clearest, bluest waters I saw in Thailand. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms and the breakfast provided is quite fresh and tasty, although I felt it could probably improve on variety. They have an italian restaurant that makes really amazing pizza and okay burgers. Overall we had an amazing stay and if I ever go back to the PhiPhi islands, I will definitely stay at PhiPhi natural resort again without thinking about it twice.

Uncomfortable location for travel to other places. Must always use boats. There are no entertainment, no animation, or games. Manager incapable and is Italian. Choose another resort.

A quiet and relaxing resort. Prefer the restaurant to the buffet (except breakfast), friendly staff. Beach of sand invaded by boats, the other beach is covered with rocks, very damaged seabed… Uncomfortable bedding. In any case in Phi Phi you have to visit the surrounding islands.

Very nice resort, well placed, attention however the pool is abandoned and the surrounding area very dirty, the beach behind the hotel is frankly a dump or come to throw the sewage pipes of the hotel.

View is very beautiful. Food here is just ok to eat. The sea and the sky are always blue.

The location was amazing. It was a nice escape from the rest of the party people on the other side of the island. Can't say I enjoyed the room much. It was a trek to get to. I booked a beach room and they overbooked the resort so they upgraded me to a room with a pool on a deck, but it ended up sharing it with my neighbors who were a very loud and inconsiderate French couple. Go figure, being on an island and retreating away from the party scene to relax and end up next to these two. The fire show at night was neat and the outdoor massage was cool. Great location.
