Calm area away from crowds. Rooms are not so fancy but for the price it is fine. The staff isn't so cheerful and we asked to upgrade but they wouldn't allow it. They are constructing something in the middle but no loud noise so don't worry. I like the service because they are fast. Close to everything and at night no loud music nearby so that is a major plus. AC in the rooms and small fridge as well as TV which I don't use. All in all not so bad, and now I'm off to the pool.

Must say at first I was going to give less stars, but the staffs quick responses and friendly demeanor truly turned the experience 180 degrees. For the price these are more than what one needs on phi phi. The rooms a spacious, and the area is quite away from the town center. At first our ac wasn’t cooling but they quickly fixed the issue. Overall, thank you to the staff for making our time on phi phi amazing.

In single word — it’s just awesome. Location is very very close to center, their bar is in the prefect location just the view of the sea heavenly Very good break fast, more than u need, but don’t be late for Even 1 Minutes unless not gonna get ur breakfast.

Clean, tidy resort with courteous staff. It is only for you that the house is extremely light-deaf. So it may be that conversations of other hotel guests sound as if they were almost in their own room. Also, you may be on Saturdays at 5 o'clock in the morning. Awakened from the call to prayer of the mosque next door. Otherwise 1a!

Great place to stayu in Phiphi out of the party area. Only problem is the mosque early in the morning waking up everybody, but it not in their hands. They mention it when you book. We actually didn't have much problem due the noise but other guest did. Breakfast buffet is great and pool quite nice after a busy day island hopping.

Great place to stay. My wife and I we came a few week ago, 100% recommended if you are planning to spend your day enjoying tours and beautiful white sand beaches.

Not a bad lodging for the money. The rooms have air conditioning, shower, refrigerator.

Good for one or two nights the rooms are clean but very sketchy. The bathroom towels are rough and we lived. The toilet works badly but I think it's the fact of being on an island. The breakfast and simple but good and the staff of the reception and very nice.

A very centrally located hotel, but away from the nightly noise from the numerous bars. Clean rooms, well maintained, friendly staff, travel agency for Day low at DerRezeption, Eastern free Wi-Fi throughout the area. Swimming pool and close to the beach round off the good overall package. Good value for money. I would book again at any time.

With the presence of warm water the problem is not even hot but warm. You'll either wash for 30 seconds. Under the ice shower or 15sec. Under the boiling water. The furniture is old, everything is falling apart. No time to open the closet, as the handle fell off, the shower is covered with mould, the towel holder squeaked and barely holds. The room was clean and comfortable.

At the heart of our stay we had to stay for 2 nights but took an extra. Great location, staff at the top and listening, spotless cleanliness. There is a restaurant right next to "The happy hippies" where there is a show of fire jugglers, like many in Thailand, but this one is amazing! Go with your eyes closed:-)

Its not a hotel, its a small town by itself, Phi phi legacy, medical's, general store, swimming pool, restaurant, all within 100 meters. Superior Rooms are heaven with open balcony glass door. Scenic mountain view, tonsai pier is just 5 mins walk.

Don't stay there but enter a room (they are actually independent cabins). Very spacious, large bed, large bathroom. Minibar. Air conditioning. 15 minutes walk from the main pier of the island.

Location We met at the pier, the things were brought. Located in the center of everything. And on different beaches to reach not a problem, and all all is close. The room was clean. The bed is changed every day. I would definitely stay there again. "

I rarely put a star, but the rooms C are outside the hotel in the street next door, terraced with a mosque and therefore waking up at 5am every day, no possibility to sleep before one o'clock in the morning because of the mess Boom Boom/party organized by the Hotel. That leaves only four hours of silence. In the room the plugs do not work, the shower is cold and fills there are mites in the bed, we got stung with my wife. Finish all this with a deplorable service and a non-existent kindness and you end up with a big urge to never go back to this hotel.

Unpleasant staff, didn't help with our luggage, the rooms are unpleasant, night stand lighting can't even be connected to the outlet as there's none. No elevators or access to a wheel chair. Raging tourists until late at night and early mosque mass. Also all of the sudden they don't take credit card and forced us to get cash while they confiscated our passports. All in all the place sucks and the service only makes it worse. Not a damn thing about this place is resort-like.

Ok hotel. Clean room, bathroom fine. Nice pool. Friendly staff. You hear noises from neighbors and from the street very well. Breakfast not so good. Don't use the toilet at the restaurant where you eat breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. One star removed for lack of toothbrushes and lack of individual approach to customers-checked in a family room with two beds.

Nice rooms, at least much better than our hotel in Patong (Sino Maison). Clean and comfortable. All advice.

The shower and toilet is together and without any crystal Q I separated… The drain was on the other side of the shower bath so the bathroom becomes pool. They ask you to pay in cash.

Amazing and warmful staff. Great hotel with a good pool, great room and large area. Have a noisy mosque next to it, but don't bother to much.

Price/quality was good in 2007. On Ko Phi Phi there were much worse places at higher costs.

Kaum funktionierendes Internet, minimalistisches (und nicht gutes) Frühstück, zeitweise kein warmes Wasser. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Very bad experience in the hotel. Personal doesn't speak English very well. We arranged a tour via the hotel and a part of it got cancelled but we couldn't get any refund when we asked for it they told us to f off and they became very aggressive towards us we didn't felt safe anymore in the hotel. My message is don't stay here!

Not worth the money. The breakfast is very basic. Everyday the same eggs and some awful sausage. Rooms are clean with air condition. The front staff very unhelpful. I have asked the reception to print a boarding pass for me but the refused. I asked for a late check out but also the receptionist refused. Very bad impression.

Awful breakfast. Only eggs, omlet of tetra pur, juce — not juce, I don't know what is it. Recepcion is don't helful. And internet its a very, very and veryyyy slowly and terrible.

Clean small facility. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is a bit small. Otherwise everything is top. We were in mid-November here and the hotel was very little frequented.

We had a great stay here. Nice rooms, beautifully landscaped, nice pool, clean and directly across from a great beach bar/restaurant with awesome staff. We stayed up all night chatting to the bar staff. Super chill guys. The best part is that it's close enough to all the main beach nonsense, but far enough to not hear it when you want some shut eye.
