Awesome price. Got upgraded on arrival. Great free breakfast! omellete. Toast. Sauages and ham and salad with coffee and juice! loved it.

Service is okay. Location is quite far from the Tonsai pier. Spacious place, I did get lost at night due to light-out along the way (might be saving in low season). Room is good and clean, bed is a bit sagging. Wifi could not be found. Plain breakfast with good view to the beach.

Hotel OK, however, the reception is hopelessly overwhelmed.

Positive aspects: Bed comfortable, air conditioning, fridge, good location. Negative aspects: the shower is non-existent, when you shower the floor of the whole bathroom is flooded. Drain out cockroaches. The attention of the receptionists has been ugly: upon arrival were not simpaticos. The key to the door of the room is not opened up well, we to reception, we were waiting 15 min, we finally got to open us. In the evening we found 6 cockroaches in the bathroom, to go to complain at reception were unpleasant to me.

Terrible experience! A lot of mosquitos and bugs inside the old rooms, very old. The only good thing was the pool, but nothing more! The staff, they don't care when you say something about the cleaning.

It is not money worth. We have been in cheaper better hotels in Tailand. This was disappointing. Location: Was not that bad, we were 1, 5 km away from downtown. Same distance from long beach. Accommodation: small room, FULL of mosquitoes. Bathroom was not nice, it was small humid and the shower was bad. Breakfast was not that good. Beds were bad. You should try to look for a better place for the same amount of money.

Booked room on a bouquet. Com. We met to a standard room in the building which is in the most remote location on the territory. The Room was terrible: old lounging furniture, torn and dirty linens, bathroom shower hung right above the toilet (the first time in my life I can see), the mirror is All black and shabby, the toilet is old and scary, the door to the bathroom is low. As a result, in our room very much smelled of sewage, which we were outraged and we were provided in return for a free upgrade room in a separate cabin: there was clean, the furniture did not fall apart, the bathroom is clean, the mirror and sink new, big and nice, shower two on Choice-usual with hot and cold water and only with cold water. Grilled Fish, sea at the tables. Nice Music, good service. The Beach is not available, although the sea is nearby. Boats and boats are very close to The shore. Small Beach in 10-15 min. Walk. Very basic but great location and amazing value. Pool is cool.

The rooms were nice enough for a budget accommodation, the AC worked fine and so did the fridge (maybe a little too fine since it turned our water into ice). There is are lockers in the reception that you can use for free, they are not bug enough for an entire bag but will fit all your valuables. The location is good, takes only around 10 minutes from the pier, and about the same time to the busiest areas, which is nice because it means it is quiet at night. Only complaint is that the room was full of mosquitoes, killed around 20 just on the first night.

Quite old facilities for this hotel. However Phi Phi is amazing & full of mystery, I recommend going to Phi Phi whatever your budget is!

It was a very very very very very bad experience. The rooms are small and not clean. The toilet is disgusting. The girl in the reception was rude. I don t recommend the stay here. The island is sooooo beautiful.

The "bungalow" is old and dirty there are mouse shit inside the bungalows, full of bugs and mosquitos, tap water smells like a rotten egg, it's expensive and disappointing. At 5.00 a. M.
