Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and clean. Amenities are fabulous. Bhandari Spa was very professional and highly enjoyable.

Perfect location! Set between the sea which is in front and the town behind. A short walk to the town. We stayed in a bungalow which was very very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed. Nice pool. Breakfast amazing. Lovely staff!

Fully enjoyed my stay here. During my 2 week visit the staff were very helpful and friendly to my family, and the food at the hotel is good as well. It was a shame we couldn't have stayed longer!

Thai style bungalows, nice garden but beach not good: rocks. Food: low quality, pork, chicken, eggs. Food much better at Centara hotel Staff no have any training, they talk together, joke and laugh.! At the check out: 6 staff in the lobby, they talk together and laugh, nobody help my wife for her bags… Cannot recommend this place.

What a brilliant resort! We are still surprised at the great deal we got here. The chalet room, landscaping, friendliness of the staff, breakfast buffet and access to the beach as well as the main market strip were all huge plus points. Cannot recommend this enough.

Clean and spacious rooms. It has a good Spa. The pool is always crowded. However there is no 24 room service and to get food in general post 10:30 in Khao Lak is a bit difficult. We went in the month of October and our trip purely revolves around Diving. The resort was decent and clean. It was truly value for money. The restaurant offers some really good food. They also have cooking classes and bbq’s. When you check in just ask for details. The Spa was extremely relaxing and very clean. It’s not on the beach but the beach is literally 5 mins away from the hotel, just across the road.

Buffet dinner Monday and Thursday evening for 380 Baht including a fine piece of meet is hard to beat.

Nice place. Not for night of courage, just saying. Quietly, calmly. All entertainment in the city (5-7 minutes walk). And that is mainly cafes which 22 are closed. From the hotel to the sea — 2 minutes unhurried pace. Of the guests, mostly Germans, Americans, much less French-speaking. Russian, but we had 1-2 pairs. The rooms are clean, not sparkle novelty, but neat and well maintained. The staff are friendly, polite. The kitchen is good, the menu from the burgers to the national. The range is not too wide, but enough to not be monotonous, if lazy to go to city cafe. Breakfast — buffet with salads, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs with toppings, pancakes, pastries, fruit, juices, coffee. Delicious, hearty. For lunch, dinner basically went to town. Two pools with sun loungers. Rather, one big one and a small one of its branches) ) ). Max depth 1.65 m. There is a "Bay" with hydromassage. Clean tracks of pavement (a very hot day, bare feet are not suitable). Small tiny canals with fish. The beach is not present, but the city side. And city probably say wrong. Hello we just arrived and the reception from the airport, the transfer, the hotel take care and just the top!
The room the pool the bar etc and exactly as on the pictures everything is clean and spacious a beach and right in front of the hotel… a peaceful haven of peace bed relaxation and comfortable bedding as well as cleanliness inside and outside my sister and delighted with her Cade to the birthday.

Hotel in a human size, traditional type with Thai bungalows surrounded by vegetation (not like the hyper modern hotel chains with noisy music around the pool…). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great.

The hotel is very well maintained. The staff at the reception are particularly rude.
The breakfast is very good and well stocked.
Overall, very disappointing experience, the value for money being very mediocre.

A great 3* plus hotel if you want peace and quite in typical Thai surroundings. Situated within a ten minute walk from an abundance of shops and restaurants. Staff are wonderful. Have visited this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. It's our go to place when holidaying in Khao Lak Thailand.

Beautiful plant, like a tropical garden. We lived in a Thai Chalet as well as in a Bungalow and were equally very satisfied. Decisive for our choice, in particular, the proximity to the beautiful natural beach and the location were very good value Restaurants, and shopping values.

Hotel peaceful. Ideal for a family, but no animation. It is necessary to go to a city that is in close proximity to feet. The servers are very courteous.

A perfect Resort to relax and chill with your friends. The staff of the Bhandari Resort are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very big and has a good choice between european and asian food. The beach is 50 meters from the resort away and so beautiful. The dinner is pretty good. In the rooms is the service excellent and the rooms are very luxurious and clean. In the resort you could rent a motorbike or you can order a taxi. It`s possible to stay in this beautiful Resort.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly. Just a few issues when u arrive you can't get into your room after a long flight a bit annoying. Good gr8 round the pool and the bar by night. New year and Xmas eve gala amazing although very similar. Very near the beach but no sunbeds but can buy blow up one v comfy. Bit shady round the pool for worshippers. But woukd definitely come again. Tuk tuk taxi easy to get around all licensed. Waterfall not far or market went to most nights street food gr8. Weather very hot.

Lovely Thai resort not 5 minutes walk through the trees to a very long, and beautiful beach. As the sun traditionally sets in the west the sunsets are quite spectacular most evenings. Very lovely resort, lovely staff and very good food.

Update after room change (now 215) : Since our first room was relatively noisy due to an internal connecting door, we got another one. Here we had the following experiences: — above the toilet, it drips from the ceiling. Twice, after the first time for two days of improvement, then it started again. Are curious… — The shower head is only put in a relatively loose-one can have hot water in the shower or tub, neither is possible. Worked in the old room — the air conditioner does not cool at night — the air conditioner stinks extremely — the door in the bathroom is jammed and can be closed hard and loudly — the toilet flush has too little pressure, you always find things again that come up again all in AL Lem, the hotel thus falls from four to one star. In particular, the handling of our complaints (water dripping from the ceiling — does anyone have to come today, or will it be enough tomorrow? ) shocks us. We did not really value the food, the quality is extremely good, but there are no buffets for half-board dinner, but four meals to choose from. They are qualitatively top-quality, but sometimes they don't fit. Monday and Thursday there is BBQ, then also as a buffet. Je (adults? ) Person is a steak included, also the other dishes are delicious.

Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. In the midst of palm trees are the individual bungalow and chalet. Rooms are decorated in a typical and very spacious, daily cleaning. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. To the nä. Restaurants and supermarkets also about 5 min. Many excursions possible. All in all highly recommended.

3rd time visit — always great stay at Khaolak Bhandari. Always come in low season only so the resort is very quiet and peacecul. Great staff and very spacious rooms and good location within walking distance to the main shopping street. Recommend!

Loved this place, the people are so beautiful and happy, the food at the restaurant is excellent, the rooms are more traditional, close to all amenities and just across the road from the beach. We will be coming back. :)

Staff is fully in order. But no offers for children. Beach is filthy and full of rubbish. Hotel is as far as OK.

Cosy, traditional, an oasis.

Very nice and quiet hotel, in central location. With ample space, whether in the dining room or by the pool, it is never crowded or overflowing and the staff is always friendly and accommodating (a small tip facilitates and makes the holiday even more enjoyable). Rooms are spacious and clean, that bathroom is divided into wet area (shower, toilet) and dry area (sink and co). The hotel complex also has a clean and well-kept appearance.
The beach is only a good 100m across the street from the hotel (towels and possibly pillows are obligatory).

Have become aware through various comparison pages on this hotel. Have it booked and never looked back.

We were greeted by very welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. The daily service provided was professionally executed and any requests were accommodated without hesitation. A few staff members really stood out, I guess because their English was a little better than the rest. Charlie who was normally overseeing breakfast was a pleasure to talk to, at reception Ken was a laugh a minute and Pu an absolute delight. Peter at the big tree bar entertained patrons with his Michael Jackson moves. We left feeling relaxed yet with a touch of sadness realising that such a great experience had come to an end. I highly recommend this resort for its location and friendly vibe. We will most certainly return in the future.

A nice hotel in the middle class, clean, well-maintained regularly by the friendly staff. The water in the pool without chemical additives, no chlorine but filtered sea water does the body very well. Eating Thai or European style to the selection very well. To the beach just few meters. Near very good and pleasant massages by Mrs Tim and their employees in the parallel Street 13/82 mj 7 — "COCONUT MASSAGE" are very recommended! Top relaxation pure! Directly opposite the "coconut massage" a travel agency where you can book cheap trips. It's worth really to remember these addresses.
