Update after room change (now 215) : Since our first room was relatively noisy due to an internal connecting door, we got another one. Here we had the following experiences: — above the toilet, it drips from the ceiling. Twice, after the first time for two days of improvement, then it started again. Are curious… — The shower head is only put in a relatively loose-one can have hot water in the shower or tub, neither is possible. Worked in the old room — the air conditioner does not cool at night — the air conditioner stinks extremely — the door in the bathroom is jammed and can be closed hard and loudly — the toilet flush has too little pressure, you always find things again that come up again all in AL Lem, the hotel thus falls from four to one star. In particular, the handling of our complaints (water dripping from the ceiling — does anyone have to come today, or will it be enough tomorrow? ) shocks us. Sorry, but that must not be anything (in sum).

We did not really value the food, the quality is extremely good, but there are no buffets for half-board dinner, but four meals to choose from. They are qualitatively top-quality, but sometimes they don't fit. Monday and Thursday there is BBQ, then also as a buffet. Je (adults? ) Person is a steak included, also the other dishes are delicious.
The knowledge of English is not perfect in some cases (not with me, so sometimes it becomes difficult), but it is possible to communicate and to clarify even more difficult questions. The management helps the need, as the English is much better.
The beach could certainly be nicer and have fewer stones and rocks, but it does not belong to the hotel and therefore does not flow into the rating. Here we are, however, from Caribbean, Kenya, Australia, Mauritius (with restriction), etc. Also quite spoiled, who is looking for, is definitely here in wrong hotel/area.
We can't say anything about the spa because we found a massage studio around the corner, which offers an insanely good massage for half the price. It is understandable that you do not try again…
The facility is extremely clean and is maintained daily by several staff. Here you can feel comfortable and well-kept.
What is noticeable here (as in the whole of Thailand) is that German/European babies are totally popular and must be constantly touched. No matter if you are passing, talking or even eating. If you like parents, you don't have to… Hence the first impression of friendliness, which may be more of our daughter than us.
But we certainly feel comfortable and come back again.
