Staffs are friendly and helpful. Free drinks and fruits are serving in lobby all day. Breakfast has good coffee and foods. Provide free cooking class, bicycle and free shuttle to night Market. Enjoy 2 stays in chiang Rai in Nak Nakara.
But twin bed room cannot accommodate if you have kids. Need to add extra bed. Suggest rent one more room is better than add extra bed.

Just stayed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. Nice rooms and pool, a perfect breakfast buffet a good situated. But what made our stay so special was the staff: polite/more than friendly and with a real smile. Staying here is like one big present.!

The place is pretty well located, small attentions by the super nice personal pool side the small packet of crisps at check out the free shuttle to go into town as well as the bikes
The — On the other hand at breakfast the tablecloths are stained the staff cleans only around sets and products.
Too many staff to do nothing and no initiative.

We had dinner here every evening. Very tasty and even vegetarian if requested Very friendly owners.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel room food and facilties were clean and well maintained. The service and steff were above and beyond and also many of the services were free : Hotel taxi to city center and back to the airport, bicycle, loby fruits and small cakes and more … Location is at a walking distance of 10 minutes and 7 eleven 2 minutes. After saying that the room was nice but missing some fanciyness but not a big deal considering the above.

Friendly staffs, great location, the room needs some work. I did stay here from 17-18 August 2018. The location is right within the walking distance to many tourist spots in the city centre. Staffs are very kind and willing to help with information regarding the city. Complimentary cool dessert snacks available for guests in the lobby. However, the bathroom wasn't well maintained. The bed was a bit hard. The room's decoration doesn't quite feel like a quality hotel. Had to wait a while until the water in the shower gets warm. Breakfast was nice, but I did expect more variety of food.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Nak Nakara hotel, I was travelling around Thailand for 3 weeks (didn't stay in any hostels) and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in for the whole trip. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and are attentive for our whole trip!

Nice resort with great free breakfast. Night bazaar is within walking distance. Offers many amenities (gym, pool, bar, tour pkgs, free snacks, like cakes and fruits, in the lobby everyday). Plus the staff is kind and very imformative about the area.

3 star hotel with 5 star service. From check in to check out the staff at this hotel were top notch. Great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Comfortable bed. Nice place and very positive experience.

Excellent value for money. All very clean. The place is very well kept and decorated and the people it attends are definitely the kindest I have ever seen. They adapted and fixed everything we requested, always with a smile. Really very friendly. We paid a chauffeur for the day, with a higher price than the market in the tourist stalls, but we chose the places, how long to be in each of them, they took us in a very well equipped van, with no more people than us, with a very friendly chauffeur. We knew we were paying more, but the extra benefits I think were worth the price paid. The pool is very well maintained and I insist, the staff is the best very sweet and friendly.

Clean, neat, service nest, breakfast can be, there are different coffee options, the lobby has cake milk frozen fruit and other fresh whole day free snacks, tied to food only, Zhong has free bicycle to provide, staff attitude first-class.

Nice place to stay in Chiang Rai, rooms are kind of old and bathroom is small but that don't make this a bad place. Staff is very nice and there are some free compliments and free shuttle to the airport and some places near the hotel.

Very nice hotel, good service staff, nice breakfast. I super recommend to taste morning coffee here in BF which they serve you excellent quality coffee bean in Chiangrai.

Be pampered by the parking lot just arrived. And being escorted to the exit is unmatched. ALL Professional staff, courteous, polite, clean and respectful. Finding water and drinks in the room free considering the suldare heat of the place is a boon. They arranged a personalized tour in 10 minutes, with all the difficulties of one who truked with the English (we practically chatted to the PC). They also have the service to and from the airport. I Can only put 5 stars, there are not 6. Thanks for everything. Ah clean room and cleaned up for every day. Recommended.

Very nice place to be for a short stay. Very friendly staff but bed is a bit hard and many mosquito.

A little off the city center, but a shuttle transports you to Niger market. Nice pool and attentive staff.

The picture quality of the TV is unacceptable. The shower is in need of renovation. The water pressure is not constant. The room for breakfast buffet too small. We had to wait for a free place to have breakfast in the covered room. The coffee is excellent. The gym is poorly equipped. The Internet is slow. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a nice stay for us as a whole. We would have expected much more for the price we paid.

Not even the time to enter that the reception was immediate and courteous. Spontaneously they immediately proved proactive, asking what we wanted to do and see, advising the most appropriate things based on our little time and our tastes, and proposing tours with acceptable costs. Clean, spacious and elegant rooms. Very nice and well maintained complex, with beautiful architecture. Nice pool with crystal clear water. Laundry.
Private car service to return to Chiang Mai, from where we came, to 3000 baht with breaks to visit the White Temple and the hot spring (to get here we spent more).
Fully satisfied.

Very friendly staff and a nice room. Lots of "free" things included with the price of your room like snacks, drinks, shuttle and a gift at departure. The location isn't bad, but does take 15-20 minutes to walk to the center.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There is also a small pool. Pool towels are provided. The breakfast was manageable, but still sufficient. However, the hotel's very friendly and helpful staff should be highlighted. All snacks and drinks from the minibar are free of charge. There was free fruit by the pool in the afternoon, while small snacks for hotel guests are available for free in the lobby all day. On departure, there was a packet of dried bananas for each guest. I would book the hotel again.

October 9-11 2017 We stayed this hotel for 2 nights, this place is nice and good location. The staff are friendly and they will guide you some information about the city. This hotel offer free city tour. The room is so nice and clean, from the bedroom to the toilet is so nice and clean. I really enjoy their nice and clean swimming pool the staff give us a free fresh fruits. I recommend to all traveler in Chiang Rai tos art this hotel.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the hotel was clean. Only those who do not like noisy people will feel bad, because the environment is more open, the pool is located in the centre of the room, so some children will be noisy when they play.

This is a very beautiful hotel in the center of Chiang Rai. They have also a free shuttle to several places for example the clock tower or airport or bus station. The rooms are very clean. The swimming pool is very beautiful. They have a Thai an European breakfast. It's a very good breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly. They are very helpful. Kop khun maag staff.

Got an excellent deal on Expedia on this hotel. Very welcoming after we'd traveled for 20 hours (and some of us had been awake for over 28). Good sized rooms and excellent breakfast. Free drop off service at the bus station if you leave and they give you a nice parting gift of banana chips for the trip.

Don't know about the hotel, but we ate at the hotel's small restaurant. Good Thai food, very friendly owners and they allowed our kids to eat the pizza from next door Bella pizza. The second time we are here, it was even better. Loved the chicken soup with galanga and the basil beef.

The staffs are very kind. Room is clean. Can stay a whole day just for relaxing.

Super value for the bid. You can also experience it worse. Kindness everywhere. With room and bathroom you can be fully satisfied on.

Despite the very good note on Agoda, my opinion is very mixed. The crude style of stripping is only half successful, and it is not known whether they have made the old with new or the reverse. The ergonomics of the room are missed. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. I only leave two stars.

Lovely small hotel right in the centre of the town. The staff are all very happy and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Breakfast was very good and a great varied choice from noodles to bacon and eggs.

The outdoor is very nice built. But the indoor is so so. And I happened to get a ground floor room. If I open the window, there is no privacy. So the room is closed. It feels bad. It doesn't worth the price.

The staff were very fluent in English which was very helpful as our stay in Chiang Rai was mostly spontaneous and needed some direction. The hotel has a number of day trips you can book at reception so this basically put our itinerary together. My only side note is that the trips are not tours, it's essentially arranged travels to tourist spots with your own driver. As for the room, it was quite nice and clean and so was the bathroom, too. Breakfast was also good, better and wider selection than some others. Free rent for bicycles was also a plus.

This is the third time we have stayed her over about 4 years and it gets better every time. The have added a big pool! Staff are very helpful and well trained. I certainly will stay here in the future Very good breakfast buffet as well.
