The location is center of Chiang Rai city, you can walk around famous place from the hotel example Chiang Rai walking street, Chiang Rai night bazaar and temple. The price not expensive. Some type of room no kettle (you can request hot water from information) and no sleeper too. If you stay in Building B, you can not open the curtains (especially first floor) because the outside can see inside your room, the window is bright glass. You must pay deposit 300 baht.

Bad luck for us to choose this hotel. Never give 1 star for hotel reviews. Building is old, bathroom doors lock is broken, you can hear even your nextdoor flash their toilet. They have to improve their soundproof Cleaning and lighting. Room is too dark Walkway to rooms is dark too. Very disappointed and never ever going back again. Other branch as well.

Love this hotel! Room was clean and spacious. Wifi so fast and they will give Wi-Fi username with a part of your name! So unique and creative :) Price so reasonable and cheap. Will be back and stay at this hotel for sure.

I stayed here not reception building at 410. The room was very poor quality. Please control your quality to customers gave you reviews. The room are : 1. Much dust in room, towel is dirty 2. The water heater doesn't work 3. The air conditioner is leak need more focus to check to every your B2 Chaingrai man power. Yes not bad area, but not keep on rating.

Easy to hear the noises (shower, TV, talking…) from the room next door, and the aircon is disturbing at night. For those who get distracted easily by noises for the bed time should avoid this hotel.
The staffs gave back the passport to my friend while they forgot to give back my friend's passport. (We check in around 7pm)

Very comfortable hotel room — felt more like my own apartment while I was there as the building I was in was a walk away from reception. Short walk away from eateries and cultural attractions such as temples and the clock tower that is interesting at night with a light show. The shower in the room was nice, and there was a small TV and air con included. Free bittled water as well. Was very clean when I arrived, and staff kept it clean during my stay as well.

The hotel is well located. Convenient transportation. Around the famous victory area. Eating and drinking is also convenient. It's not far from the city. The hotel staff were very friendly. And willing to help the tenants.

Clean room great location value for your money in budget hotel.

Clean and conveniently located. Quiet location. Had problems with water pressure. Front office staff detached, need more training. Website did not disclose restaurant was temporarily closed.

Decent location. Rooms were good. Breakfast they offer in the morning was not that good. Close walk to the center of Chiang Rai from here. Lots of good restaurants around here. As well as loved the study for students around the corner where I could get good bubble tea.

If you need hotel nearby temple, night bazar, a lot of foods along the road. I strongly recommend this place in the first priority. Room are so clean. Reservation counter and the guard who take care your car were so good, politely.

Spacious room but you hear everything has an internal door that connects to the next room one night for oblivion.

Reasonable price, decent clean rooms, staff not friendly and limited breakfast/no restaurant or hang out/meeting area.

Live also OK, the price is not expensive, parking lot, close to the night market. Breakfast ran out there was a north selling roast pork skewer, that very recommended.

We had a rough start here but the friendly staff moved us to another room and it was perfect. Thank you to the wonderful staff at B2. You guys are wonderful. Stay was great.

Clean room with affordable price.

This place is a budget hotel. The beds are comfortable. There is no odor here. However, toilet is where it fell short. The water pressure is worse, very low that it become annoying. The light in bedroom is very dim.

Room is ok for 1 person stay. Front desk staff is terrible, spare at least 30 mins of your time for checking out even on the off-peak days.

Very good for 650b gave 5stars as evary thing worked and is clean. And the free Wi-Fi no password needed ran at 38 Meg. Been in hotels costing twice as much and not as good overall well recommended.
