Great place to stay. Quirky, friendly, clean, reasonably priced. I don't have a bad thing to say about the place. Definitely going back if I'm ever in Chiang rai again.

Mam the Owner of the Hotel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are very nice and a very quired place. Its very cloce to the center and also to the night market. In the rooms are the breakfest not included (its written in the booking) but yo can have coffee, eggs. Butter and marmelade for free. Its perfect. Its a super place and also cheap. Great location. Everything is home. Very pleased with the opportunity to use the kitchen in the morning (only for the time of breakfast, then closed it). Where there were toasts, butter, jam, coffee, tea, raw eggs, which could be prepared for your taste, cooker, frying pan, saucepan, etc. Dishes. The owner of the hotel was very helpful in resolving the issues with the taxi. Turns out there is running Uber.

Excellent service value for money, hearty breakfast. Self service. Mix of hostel and hotel, close to the center. Fun décor.

Unfortunately the room has a little gemuffelt, which is only noticed when entering the room.

We were in the annexe on the other side of the road. Fun Room type furniture of children. Basically all right. Save Breakfast Do-it-yourself in the kitchen and wash the crockery, and, for those who smoke, the fact that the smoking area is outside the gate and the key can not be separated from the card that activates the electricity in the room, so either the smoker stays closed off or the other guest remains without power.

Guesthouse is basically good the Rooms are large, clean and cozy. Bathrooms are okay but sometimes a bit unkempt. The Staff is nice no less. Breakfast you make yourself, which is basically okay, but you have to and can ask for more for the Room Rate. Conclusion: Hotel is good but the Price-performance Ratio is not good.

Charming Hotel in Chiang Rai city centre.

The beds were very hard, impossible to sleep on. The shower was not warm. The airco didn't work well and smelled very bad. The location was ok. The service was ok also, the lady was friendly. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night because it was so bad but we still had to pay for 2 nights.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in all of Thailand. Mem and her sister have a wonderful place full of vibrant color and design. The rooms are very cute, warm and friendly. A full kitchen offers the ability to cook your own breakfast every morning with eggs and bread provided. A short walk into the heart of Chiang Rai. My home away from home.

The hostel was a unique design. The price was cheap and the facility was clean. The owner was very friendly. An umbrella was also provided, so we could see the delicate side of the owner.

Colourful and nice atmosphere. Manager is helpful and willing to advice about surroundings and activities, as well as about means of transportation. DIY breakfast included (coffee/tea, toasts, fruits). Comfortable and very clean. Conveniently located, near night market and bus station (not terminal 2 but the one for local destinations).

The best quality option price a care for the details and cleanliness! A design that already want to many hostels european cities.

Rooms are bright and clean, beds are comfortable. Owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. You can access the kitchen in the morning to cook some eggs and toast which are provided. Just have to do your own dishes. Coffee, tea and bananas are available all day. Easy walk to night market and bus station but quiet at night. They'll give you some maps and recommend some sights when you check in. They have tours available but are not pushy with them. Would definitely stay again.

Great place! They let you cook your own breakfast and provide you with eggs, bread, jam, butter and a coffee machine which has mocha, Thai tea, chocolate and cappuccino. Rooms are cozy and spacious. It even has a small living room on the side and has very interesting and vibrant paint colors. Fun fact: The name of the hotel means "Cute Hotel" in Thai and it stays very true to their name with cute garden gnomes and paint.

Good value for money. Clean room, quiet and you can cook yourself a free breakfast of toast eggs and coffee. We paid friendly host to drive us to the main sites. Much nicer than the same priced cab.

A superb hotel, nestled in the quiet at the bottom of a small courtyard, nickel rooms with King size bed with very good bedding and impeccable cleanliness (small daily touches…).

Nice owner, very cute rooms, like the idea of "take care of yourself" kitchen equipped with eggs, pans, toast, jam and (very good) coffee machine. We felt very happy here. :-)

We like here soooo much. Clean、cute and comfortable. The owner of this hotel is very nice. They are considerate about every tiny thing. If I come to Chiang Rai in the future I will stay here again.

I come to Chiang Rai every year, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in here. It will be new base from now! It really lives up to it's name, Na-Rak, which means cute. The rooms are colourful, quirky, clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The owner decorated the place herself, it's fantastic. Free communal coffee, tea and a basket of bananas and cakes outside my room, and a nice little kitchen upstairs to make your own coffees and basic breakfast. The place itself is a very short walk from the centre of town too.

Very comfortable and clean with artistic touch of the super nice owner. The breakfast kichen is very useful equipped with everything you need to do it yourself breakfast, great location too.
