Best service ever! every little touch in this hotel shows how much the owner cares about the guests. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. A, who helped us from the beginning of our stay was so gracious, accommodating, and kind. She went out of her way over and over to help us with our stay and activities in the city. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is attentive, the bed was the most comfortable we had in Thailand. We also had a lovely balcony in our room which was so much fun for us. We are so grateful to A and everything she did to make us feel so welcomed.

Quaint little hotel situated perfectly for the Sunday night walking market. Most comfortable bed we've had out of many hotels we've stayed at in Thailand. Most amazing is the staff and service. The manager, "A", was extremely helpful, flexible, and accommodating in modifying our dates at no cost and gave us a complimentary room upgrade for our honeymoon. She also helped me sort out a very confusing and frustrating situation when trying to book our flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket. She spent 30 minutes on the phone with our airline since we were unable to pay for our ticket online. The reason ended up being because they do not accept American credit cards and so she actually paid with her own credit card and then allowed me to pay her with mine. She was so incredibly kind and gracious and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Best place to stay in Chiang Mai if you’re looking for value for money — newly refurbed rooms, perfectly located, the best service and breakfast (from a selection they cook fresh for you based on time you specify). Would definitely stay again!

We stayed a total of 5nights. Location is brilliant and the staff there were very helpful and genuinely lovely people. Breakfast was very tasty too! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! The building is new, with all the creature comforts required. They go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome and at home. Breakfast is delicious and filling, with various options prepared fresh according to your order. They also offer free self service tea, coffee, cereal, yoghurt etc all day. It's in a good central location, especially for the night market. The bedding's really comfortable. They also offer cooking classes. The staff speak English fluently. They also helped us book activities that we wanted to do. There's no elevator; so if you stay on the higher floors then you will get a workout going up the stairs. Mind you, they are beautiful stairs and the staff carried our bags up.
