I stayed here for 3 nights at fourth floor. I’m not sure that it was a water heater’s or boiler’s noise but there were constant noise, so one night I serious considered about changing the room. Everything except that was nice including the employee and room condition :)

No complaints, especially considering the price. We stayed on the fourth floor for two nights and the view of the mountains was beautiful. It was relaxing to enjoy coffee on the deck outside the room. Space was small, but very well designed such as to make it seem bigger. The design sense of the entire place was great. It was interesting to walk around the Old City, and easy to find one's way without maps, at least within its limits. I recommend roaming around at random in search of food stands, since most I encountered were worth a visit. Breakfast was 150 baht, and certainly not bad, but we only did it one morning and subsequently opted to try the nearby Cat Station Café, which was delightful.

Pretty good location. Very nice room for the affordable cost. You can rent scooters from them for 250 baht per 24 hours. Breakfast is good, go for the free breakfast package!

Great hotel! Amazed how great at this price! breathtaking view. Everything is very very clean, staff speaks English, comfortable bed, small rooms but they did a fantastic job with the space and the room stays cooler because of the size. Would stay here again for sure.

This is the perfect location to be close enough to be in the center but not in the heart of it and pay a decent price. I paid on average $17 USD per night. The rooms are designed beautifully, but in a basic minimalist style and it has everything you need… including English movie channels. The shower has either good hot water or good water pressure. But not both. It was a weak water heater… so if you put the water pressure up on high, it won’t have time to make it super hot and only lukewarm water comes out. If you decrease the water pressure, it will be very hot water. The bed is not very soft… but the bedding smells amazing…

The place is well designed, utilized small spaces in the hotel efficiently. Though I think the room was a bit two small. There was no tables or chairs. Just two twin beds and TV hanging on the wall. I think the price could be a bit cheaper for its size. But the design of the place is cute and cozy.

Perfect, nice hotel, ideal location for walking in the center of Chiang Mai, very nice terrace for breakfast the shower is small but for a few days very good, only downside a bad soundproofing.

This is cozy but has everything you need for a great stay. If you are new to Chiang Mai you should consider staying in the east side of the Old City before staying here. Cozy is in a residential area and has fewer options. In the east side, stay near the Eurana hotel or Jonadda Guest House. In this part of town there are dozens of cafes, hotels, restaurants, markets, coffee and juice bars, etc. At your fingertips. Kuhn Kae's Juice bar is a must daily stop (add fresh ginger and turmeric for no extra charge). At night you must check out the North Gate Jazz bar. It is trendy and the music and energy are a must see. Get there around 8:00pm if you want a seat, they go fast. Cozy is a close walk to the night markets which are also a must see. Staff at Cozy are very helpful. I asked to be moved because of noisy neighbors. They were full and couldn't move me but they did take care of the issue and solved the problem. Cozy is great but rent a bike or scooter to save your feet.

The entrance is just difficult to be found. Apart from that everything is good.

Great little cozy play to stay if ure in Chiang Mai, friendly staff, great tour packages available to choose. Loads of delicious streetfood hust outside the inn, and walkable to all the great attractions such as temples and night market! Rly nice!

Rooms are quite "cozy", don't expect to be staying in the room a lot. It's just a place to lay your head. Go out and explore the city! It's close to the famous Chiang Mai Sunday Night market.

Great little place in Chiang Mai. Comfortable bed, wonderful staff and good size room. In walking distance of night markets, temples. We loved our stay here!

Nice bed and breakfast. Rooms are a bit small, but they are okay. Comfortable bed. Nice location. The shower space is quite small and crowded. More than once I hit myself with shower equipment, once making a small cut on my arm.

Comfy bed & clean room with bathroom, good price, lovely set of breakfast at outdoor seating, and good staff. So peaceful in old quarter of Chiangmai. Easy to get around town since it's near main road, walkable to both Saturday and Sunday walking street.

Incredible value. Comfy bed, brand new facilities, spotless, located on a quiet side street (yet close to all attractions), very friendly & professional staff, lovely terrace… it was perfect. After staying at 3 other places in the city, we can vouch that you definitely won't find a better place for this price. We are sad to leave!

Very cute and clean. Located in an area of the old town interesting. The rooms are a bit small, but there is a pleasant courtyard in which to relax.

Great service and lovely hotel. The rooms are a nice size for 2 people and are very cozy — shower is great too. We thought we was getting a free minibar which was stated but when we asked they had nothing to say to us, beds are a bit too firm for me — location is great too nice and quiet and a beautiful view in the mornings from you window :) Would recommend.

My wife and I found this hotel on our vacation in Thailand and what a great place. First off it is very clean and beautiful, the walls are not paper thin like most other places we stayed and everything worked like new. Friendly staff and a great location centered close to all the fun activities around Chiangmai and the price was very competitive. Compared to all the other hotels we stayed at I feel compelled to let everyone know this place is the right choice.

Lovely & cozy as it is, the service is nice. Breakfast is good. The single bed room is a bit small and the bathroom is not as clean as those new hotels but still fine. Easy to get to many attractive places and the traffic is not too crowded with peace.

It has the feel of a guest house, the towels stacked very interesting. Owner and waiters are very warm, but also help us with the Luggage. Facilities although not luxurious, but the others are there, but also relatively quiet. Wi-Fi signal slightly weak weak, if the conditional words of advice to carry with a wireless ap to do the repeater.
