The staff. They have the hostess with the mostess who went well above and beyond to give us recommendations, book us excursions, and hook us up as well as she could. The rooms are clean and very nice. The lobby is gorgeous. The location within Old City is very convenient, anything is walkable IMO.

Unbeatable location, friendly staff. Rooms are a little small, but comfortable. We will be staying here again if we return to Chaing Mai.

Great place in the heart of the Old town. Super friendly staff who found us a room to replace the first unsanitary hotel we had booked on photos (partly deceptive) and called the Thai Baan Resort (hotel to avoid at all costs, not to be confused with the Thai Ban village).

Located almost directly across from famous temple and steps away from sunday market. Good value for the money spent. Fairly quiet compared to other hotels in area. Staff was very helpful meeting our needs. Breakfast was ok. Can hear toilet flushes from neighboring rooms at night. Kind of common for hotels inside the old city walls.

We had a lovely stay at 3 Sis. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Included breakfast was tasty and filling, with good variety. The staff are wonderful and eager to help. We would stay there again!

This place is a great value for the money. Front desk staff are very helpful and efficient. Lobby is attractive, large, and relaxed. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Very satisfied with our stay.

A beautiful and large home with three floors, large lobby, well decorated, offers a simple breakfast with fruits, very helpful and nice staff. Tourists flock to the area, it’s good to walk everywhere, but it is noisy.

The staff is extremely helpful and take care of every need you may have. Throughout my stay, I had asked several questions of the staff for recommendations on where to eat or the best ways to travel around the city. They had lots of advice and even helped negotiate with the red truck taxi (songthaew) drivers who will sometimes take advantage of tourists. The hotel itself is a great place to be. It's located right in the center of the city, making it easy to get to walk to everything within the walls of the old city. My room was in great shape and looked great, however, the bed was rather firm and not great to sleep on. Furthermore, there were a small number of ants and mosquitoes that would get into the room, but this should be expected with the hotel's open air lobby. The bugs were only a slight annoyance and was never a huge issue. Otherwise, they always kept the room very clean and even provided two free bottles of water every day, which was a nice touch. Lastly, I can't say much about the restaurant in the hotel as I only ate there once. The prices are 2-3x more than what you will find at local restaurants but it may be convenient for some to be able to eat within your hotel and charge it to the room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and I would certainly stay here again in my next visit to Chiang Mai. It's a great place to stay for those who want something better than a hostel yet don't want to pay for a high-end hotel.

We were there for 2 next. They have a very nice lobby and also very clean/nice rooms. Staff also very nice. However, the Frühhstück was too expensive for the surcharge and not especially good or much.

Nice porch, good location, clean, but you pay for breakfast, we opted to look on our own.

Great place with an excellent location. The breakfast is ok but not amazing. I recommend walking down to the morning market!

Simply Amazing! This place did not exceed our expectations … this place blew our expectations out of the water. The ambiance of the main lobby is unbelievable considering it is located in the middle of the old city. The customer service we recieved was the best we ever had, honestly, my wife and I have travelled through out North America and Europe and this place beats them all. We picked the 3 Sis as one of our stops during our honeymoon and we are happy that we did. The 3 Sis made our stay in Chiang Mai and part of our honeymoon unforgettable.

A nice hotel very close to night market and temples. The only bad thing is mosquito (it's not problem of the hotel, but the issue of entire country).

Wonderful, clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Was a pleasure staying here. Conveniently located within walking distance of almost all of old town Chiangmai.

Great location, walking distance to multiple temples in Chiang Mai and to the night market. On the same street as the Sunday market. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We had really great stay at the 3 Sis. The rooms are rather simple, but clean, with new bathrooms, aircon, flatscreen tv, fridge and complimentary tea and wather. The location is great in the middle of everything, just opposite of Wat Chedi Luang, one of the most important sights of the city. There's all you need for breakfast too with a choice of 8 or 9 dishes, free coffe, juice and water. But best of all was their staff. Never met such a helpful, friendly crew (and I have been to many hotels in many countries). So: highly recommended!

Good location, opposite the Temple of qidilong, reminded of 204 room toilet block, front desk to change rooms. Room is on the second floor window, on the street, third floor, room with French Windows and broad vision.

Because they are not so hard to find the old town early. Rooms are small but very clean, next time you have a chance, it's a new building next door room.
