Loved it. Ordered the scones in the morning by phone and then went in the afternoon for a very sweetly served English cream tea and very good scones with plenty of jam and cream and some excellent well made tea. The place is wonderfully eclectic One suggestion, continue the theme into the toilet to finish it off well.

Completely eclectic and like your grannie's place. A mishmash of decorations but very in keeping with the feel. Good service and the broad selection of tea. Would love to see some loose leaf varieties and associated strainers. Maybe an extra pot of water as standard. The lemon drizzle cake was delicious and made with butter. Well worth a visit.

Quite splendid cream teas in this charming little place. Scones need to be ordered however, though worth doing so. Nice setting though could be more comfortable and freshened up a bit. Quite pricey I guess but as a once in a while treat it's worth it if you miss Blighty.

Staff is friendly and cared to make our stay pleasant. They serve good breakfast any way you like, freshly made. Hotel has a special British theme, charming and a bit cluttered as well. Shower was a bit cramped. Location is perfect in the pleasant neighborhood of west CM, with loads of great restaurants, coffee bars, markets and shops.

The London Tearoom is a cute, quiet spot, I like to visit for tea and to get some online work done. The British decor is great and there is a large selection of books to read in the back. The Wi-Fi is good. The staff is nice. A perfect spot to relax or work.

Really good drinks and the cakes were amazing. Just like homemade cakes from back home in the UK.

This is a wonderful little guest house in Chiang Mai with an attached restaurant that has a charming historical English/British atmosphere with vintage newspaper clippings, historical maps, and ads and posters from turn of the century 1900s England. The owners and staff have always been very pleasant and accommodating whenever I've come here. There is a large selection of coffees and teas. There is also breakfast for sale in the morning. Their staff baker makes very tasty cakes such as lemon drizzle, brownie chocolate cake, key lime pie, and Oreo coconut every day. Just wonderful to spend time here in the cozy front room or the reading area in the back where they have an impressive (for the size of the guesthouse) library of self improvement, business leadership, and inspirational books. Wonderful experiences here.

Quaint cafe that does the best coconut milk coffee! And vegan fudge cake is one of the best vegan cakes I've had, rich, dense, spongy and full of flavour.

(I only visited the tea rooms, I didn't stay here) I was hoping to get some scones, jam and cream which seemed like a natural fit for a tea room but unfortunately they weren't on the menu. The selection of teas was awesome though and I had two small pots and I'll definitely be back again to check out some of their other teas. I also had an Oreo vegan chocolate cake which was delicious but a little more for the price of 100b. The interior is really nice with lots of English and tea related decorations and the cool red phone box out the front.

Such a great find. Think I'll be popping in here on a regular basis. Soo many lovely teas to choose from and the cakes are amazing. Add that to the fact, it has a lovely atmosphere and the staff being very welcoming. Thankyou.

Beautiful place, cool & warm atmosphere, well-located, exceptional tea, desserts and (free) delicious breakfast, at very cheap price. Highly recommended for budget-stylish travelers.

This place is class. Aside from the awesome tea and cakes, it feels like some crazy art instalation in the middle of open Playa at Burning Man. You truly feel like you have stepped through a portal and walked into England. Highly recommend as a great place to get work done on the ole lap top as well :) Must se in Chiang Mai.

Good place to stay. Not expensive.

We stayed here in the first two weeks of February, finally deciding on this property after careful consideration. It offered a mix of value, and quirkiness that practically demanded we stay there during our holiday in Chiang Mai. We were not disappointed by our choice. Tom, Wan and their staff were the perfect hosts for us. The hearty breakfast each morning was a welcome start to our day; a light choice of food (omelette, etc) as well as fresh fruit and toast were the perfect foundation to a hearty stomp around Chiang Mai and the Nimman area. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. They were stocked daily with fresh linen and towels, as well as free spring water and tea/coffee. If we were to return to Chiang Mai, we will try our best to stay here again. The value for money is second to none. Thank you for helping our holiday be the wonderful experience it was.

Perfect. Very good reception staff lecoute and available. Etablisssement Own. Smiling and welcoming, Just perfect. Breakfast very good with choice of sweet, salted or mixed. Quiet and well located, near there are restaurants message etc … and for 20 to 40 baht max per person (a bargain with your driver you can reach the city centre.

A stay at The London Tearoom is like staying with friends. Tom and Namwaan made us super welcome and the rest of the team are all really friendly and helpful too. If you stay here you won't be disappointed.

Just happened to be walking by here one hot afternoon and was curious about the red phonebox outside so decided to take a break and try it out. Inside is beautifully decorated in the style of an old English upmarket tea room. The menu includes home produced tea blends along with classics from around the globe and the service was friendly and welcoming. I was sold on the homemade cheesecake also and it was delicious. A really nice place to escape the heat and experience tea served the traditional English way. Highly recommended.

After living in Thailand for 6 months to finally have a nice place to sit and have a cuppa in such a chilled and friendly atmosphere was amazing!
The place is spotless, so well decorated and all the little touches make it feel so homely!
