It was vey clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the value was unbeatable. You will definitely have a good experience here. I have no complaints at all. It’s a fantastic place.

Lovely people. Lovely place. The location is excellent. A little out of downtown so you get peace and quiet when wanted but close enough to still easily experience Chiang Mai life. Hot showers. The air con is great. Beds are comfortable. Overall great stay. Definitely would recommend to all.

Clean, cheap and near to railway station. The Wi-Fi speed is very strong!

I stayed here for a month. Very affordable accommodation in a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Started with 1 night; extended for 5. Outside of old town but close to train station and several markets. Very clean. King size bed, large room, TV w/English channels, great hot water shower, strong Wi-Fi, fridge, table/chair, hangers, tea & coffee available downstairs. Con: tile hallways echo so could hear people coming & going.

Hardest bed I've ever slept on in my life.

I would say to have spent three days well, spacious rooms, equipped with everything you need, structure in good position and in the process of completion, discrete fitness room but to complete (shower area and jacuzzi) The only faults are the small and untreated pool and the Breakfast tends to be lukewarm x don't say cold.

Although not a resort it is a clean and cozy place for a stop over. Best value for your money considering the price.

Friendly and economy. Easy to access to bus terminal and train station.

Reception staff arrogant and laugh in the face of the customers. We believe that managing a 5 star and not even reach half. We stayed in room 713 superior, cost a night 13 €
"490 Baht". They refused to open up the pool "but looks like a pond of dirty and small" at 18:00 h. The shower was stuck and they went out into the room the water, apart from the bad smell of sewer. Close to the train station, but very far from the center. Nothing of interest nearby. Little or no cleaning of the room, the hotelucho is almost new and hides the little dedication and work of its employees, in a short time I imagine it will be a pigsty for the tourists. A lot of noise and dust of the work that is done to a few meters, that if I'm not mistake is an expansion of the business. We found a dead rat near the entrance of the reception, which would be the staff in reception and not dignaban to remove it. Many bugs in the room and the rest of the istalaciones. To top it all off of crooks charged us 50 Baht for the bail, in respect of cleaning towels, which leave normal in normal use. I highly recommend to the property or address of this business, sack the front desk staff, these employees bring bad reputation and low quality of the establishment. Would never go back to this place.

The rooms are good, staff are polite but there is only simple America breakfast in the morning.

Steam room not working, poor sport gym, hotel not finish yet and bed very hard.

Beds are too hard. However the price was very good and the rooms were very clean.
