Very nice hostel, very friendly staff and little care, bedding clean and comfortable, great beds, close to everything. I recommend it 100%. Thank you for this Songkran exceptional!

Pros All Staff including Owners and especially Offy are lovely Any of us who happened to pass by as they were having a meal were always invited to join Water, coffee, tea, biscuits were provided Shampoo, shower gel and body lotion were provided Small Reception / lobby area but the staff give it a great social vibe so it’s very easy to meet people and make friends Bed had a power point and a reading light One shower / toilet combo per floor so if yours is busy, you can always go to the next Always clean Comfy beds So many people (including me) came back here on the way to their next stop because the staff are great! Cons Wifi was terrible : (only worked in the reception and intermittently in the first floor Curtains around the beds would be nice for privacy. Some of them had it but most didn’t.

We had a great stay at t2b. The owner is so nice and always around if you have a question. Clean rooms (they fold up your duvet and clothes every day! ) and bathrooms. Nice atmosphere too.

Conveniently located near Chiangmai Gate, all staff very nice and friendly.

Very nice hostel, close to everything. It's very clean, the staff are really lovely, they cook for us some lunch. Always they trying to make you feel like at home. You have coffee, tea and bananas for free during the day. It's not a party hostel if this is what you are looking for, it's quiet hostel but really nice, I would recommend this hostel even if is not one of the cheapest.

T2B home is a really nice guesthouse. Location is great, close to the night market and the one on Saturdays. Everything is very clean and the people are wonderful, they would ask and help you during your stay in Chiang Mai.

Absolutely amazing stay at T2B the hostel is very cheap, clean and is located within walking distance to chiang mai center. The thing that made our stay better than any other is the friendly staff. They make you feel very welcome and part of a family.
