The best value, best location and best staff in Chiang Mai. Close to the local morning market and Walking Street. Also part of the Toto ElephantSanctuary and Love ElephantLand organisation, so a one stop-shop for all the best experiences Chiang Mai has to offer. Great breakfast. Excellent Wi-Fi. Amazing owners. Cannot recommend highly enough.

AGRESSIVE AND SCREAMING WOMAN AT THE RECEPTION! NO RECOMMENDING! My boyfriend and me normally wanted to check in and he was asking questions about their elephant tours they were providing. As tourists we wanted to know if the elephants were good treated and had lots of questions. But instead of nicely answering them, the receptionist was screaming and shouting at him and said:”Stop asking why, why, why! ” I told her to calm down please and to stop being unfriendly and stop shouting at my boyfriend as we were her costumers but instead she told me to “SHUT UP” and seriously said:”I don’t like your girlfriend’s behavior! I kick u out” AFTER INSULTING ME! What an unprofessional little woman! But from the beginning we entered the hostel she was not interested in helping us and was only at her phone and not working. I hope this reference helps you guys to choose your hostel well!
