The service very good. All staffs at the hotel is very polite for all customers. We love to go fitness & Swim. It’s very nice!

There was no toothpaste soap and other things that hotel must support for their customers.
And receptionists are really poor at communication and services.
And Wifi service was the worst problem for me. Even I asked to fix their Wi-Fi problem, their response was so poor. … In conclusion, this hotel service was worst hotel service on the world.
I can’t believe that hotel is a 4 star hotel. XD
One more things!
There is no safe for ur precious things to keep safe like gems money in your hotel room.

Awesome hotel and excellent service. It is in the best part of Chiang Mai and you can fin all kind of stuff in the mall close to the hotel. Excelente hotel y atención. We only went to the swimming pool, it is the best swimming pool in Chiang Mai. The water is a bit foggy, but we had great time there.

The hotel is somewhat dated and left even though the rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and breakfast are ok.
The location is quite good as you are close to the center of Chiang Mai.

I cant give a bad or good comment. Its a very big old hotel. The room was large and bed was comfortable and clean the bathroom needed some love but the water was hot and plenty. We had a nice view. No tea, coffee or milk in room. The breakfast was horrible and we complained so the let us stay in Chinese area. I wouldnt recomend. There is strange loud noices at night after midnight that finish about 3 a. M Its the same thumping music. The staff need to be more sttentive. The best was the provided phone in room. Its like a mobile and you can use free for getting around. Travel buddy. It helped us find our way around Chiang Mai. One of my smaller travel bags went missing between the airport and hotel check in.

I haven’t stayed here but I regularly visit the pool on floor 7.100B entry for none hotel guests — free towel I also love the privately owned Harris Fitness Center, floor 6 There is a pool bar with smoothies, beers and cocktails. Sunloungers, toilets, showers, changing rooms.

An amazing hotel… It's like the Titanic once inside. Impressive and especially dizzy in every sense of the word. 2 glass lifts so transparent. Nice hotel.

Very warm room on arrival (39 °) but room clean and good breakfast. Too bad the bar closes early at night.

Very nice big Hotel on the Edge of a Mall in chiang Mai. The Rooms are large and cosy. It's clean and oozes a little Flair of Communism. But That is not the case. Super Service and great Staff.

We just visited to have a nice swim at the pool. Really nice water, not to busy and seats in the shade if you want to. The showers could use a scrub.

Classic hotel, might be one of the oldest hotel in chiang mai. Everything is old, even they still keep the 90's TV model, but it was still in a quite good condition. It is located behind kad suan kaew shopping mall. You can just walk for 2 min to reach this shopping mall.

Correct with its interior that throws but the location prevents almost any exit in the street. The exterior design doesn't really feel like it and the Wi-Fi works one day in two. The elevators are long to come.

Wi-Fi has enough rotten, slow even, can only go on FB, bathroom water is super small, TV is still using CRT, size is also super small table, so unexpectedly is a four-star hotel, really can't believe, fortunately only stay one night.

A great budget hotel for relaxation purpose. Good buffet breakfast, and a nice swimming pool. Next to it is a shopping center with a variety of food, and great Thai massage.

We only visited this place to pay to use the pool. Great value and buet place to relax and swim. Get towel, sun lounge and shower… the lot. Shade is good to if you want it… you probably will.

The powerful architecture of the hotel is a little scary and repels its brutality B and some even ugliness. The interior is very attractive, ethnically decorated and stylized. The rooms are very large and pleasant. There is a fridge, kettle and even a smartphone with 4g that you can take with you as a phone and a guide to Chiang.
The pool is large but the water is not the most transparent. In addition, the guest is not allowed more than one day to use it. The second entrance is for money only.

Overall the hotel and rooms are not shine novelty, but also do not scream and do not stink junk. The only thing that says about the worn-it prognuvshiesja mattresses-they would not interfere with the replacement. The rest is all very decent quality and kind.

You want to know why you should book this hotel? They provide you in the room a cellphone to use it outdoor with Google Maps and free local calls for free! Very clever and useful for foreigners! Kapunka!

Old but comfortable Hotel. A bit far from the center.

The hotel room is very Thai specialties, there is a small living room, although the old hotel but not lost. Hotel massage service, according to peer friends experience, technical good, is a 60 to 70-year-old grandma, but the cost is about the hotel outside of the store twice. Three meals we are eating buffet style at the restaurant, the menu is rich and varied, every day there is a change, not sameness. Our floor has a bathroom there is a massage service and a gym, but the gym some of the equipment has been unbearable with the required to other floors to use the gym for a fee, seems to be the hotel outsourcing to the fitness industry）

Always enjoy this hotel being so close to everything and having everything just right below! Rooms are spacious and nice view of the city!

Great hotel but nice old hotel. Free Wi-Fi. Great spacious pool nice as well as SPA. Restaurant Buffet very decent. Breakfast in a crowded room with a great choice. Many Asian (Chinese). Shopping Centre adjoining the hotel.
Three panoramic elevators that are totally outdated at peak times. Long wait to be expected in the morning. If one is not claustrophobic take service elevator concealed behind the others otherwise the stairs (hard). Correct room but as the aging establishment especially the faucets and electrical controls at the base of the bed.

This hotel was perfect for me. Well situated near many restaurants & a shopping mall. Close to the old city & airport. I was clean with helpful discrete staff.

An old but cute hotel. On the border of the Old Town (but: to the center-3 km! ) friendly staff. Good Housekeeping. The rooms are spacious and clean, everything you need in the rooms are: refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, sconces and lamps. Breakfast is not very varied for Europeans, but acceptable. In the lobby there is a bar, where every evening plays a musical group. What is bad: disgusting unstable Wi-Fi in the rooms-you can say that it is not; Crowds of Chinese-the hotel is big and inexpensive, and there are many of them and they are unseemly loud; The lack of soundproofing-audible as a neighbor three floors below the neck washes.

We got a really good discount at Lotus. For that price the room was very reasonable. The room was a bit old but had all we needed and clean. Staff was totally friendly. The pool was included and it’s the biggest I know in Chiang Mai. You can also go there for 160 Baht if you are not a hotel guest. The location of the Hotel is great! It’s very central to the best places in Chiang Mai. It’s also connected to the shopping mall Kad Suan Kaew. Basically Thumbs up.

I have no idea where to start with this review of this hotel, if I could give less than one star for the quality and lack of customer service I would. To start when checking in I received a less than friendly welcoming from the reception desk, mind you I am a Female American and look fairly young for my age but profiling for a hotel should not be a factor. I didn't mind at first but when arriving to our room we noticed our Wi-Fi was not working properly so I kindly went to re…ceptionist desk to request to have this fix. Around 20 minutes later someone had come up to attempt to fix and said to call within 5 minutes. I called four times requesting within the hour until I finally got management to take action to have this fix. I am irritable at this point and hoped that management would be kind, but I was wrong. Management staff was the most inconsiderate and condescending person I spoke to the whole evening stating it's my phone that's broken when it was my guest, his bell man and another bell man that was unable to get the Wi-Fi to work. This should not have been a big deal but being on vacation you expect a kind welcoming and everything to be in order as you paid for it. After management attempted to move us to another room and still the Wi-Fi service unavailable, but when finally 2 more individuals had come to fix it after a few hours! Management calls me and says after it's fix " well it's fix now right you understand okay? You're welcome!

Please do not stay at this hotel. We stayed in Chiang Mai for 3 days and the first day had to be moved 5 Times! Room had water flooding the bathroom floor whenever you ran the sink or tub and room ALL had roach infestations beyond belief. We decided to stay at The Bliss for $21 a night and it was spotless compared to Lotus. We were told we’d be credited 15 days later and that they could only give us a 2 day credit. Thailand has been beautiful and the people are some of the most sincere we’ve met but Lotus literally ruined our last 3 days. The staff didn’t even seem phased by the photos and videos we took to show them each room. Unreal. Would NOT recommend. Beware!

Luxurious host. No complaints it is very well served.

Spacious room. Cleanliness not top. There are lovely little animals that walk on the desk, fridge… Thailand what.

Advantages: Spacious room, good view, hotel facilities, there is a swimming pool.
Disadvantages: The room facilities are slightly old, access card induction is bad, Wi-Fi online very slowly, live two days, the next night the water came out incredibly yellow and black!

Reasonable price, a little bit old but clean in Thai Northern old style design, have many facilities e. G. Swimming pool, Garden. Central location of Chiangmai nearby shopping mall, temple, airport etc.

Thai northern classic style. Cozy completely with facilities. Valuable price. Surround with shopping center and public transpoertation. But air condition which lock at 25•c is inconveneince for me. And so pity that my room has ants.

Big spacious rooms. Though a bit dated with old wood and carpets. The elevator system is pretty damn slow too. Big lines waiting for the elevators most of the times especially early mornings and evenings. You'll have better chance for Internet connectivity getting a local cell network than the Wi-Fi here. So try get that if you're staying here more than 3 days.

Spacious room, nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. Correct restoration. Shopping arcade, Old Town a few steps away. Not top clean!

Lovely hotel. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. It was really clean and the little touches in the room were nice. Beds super comfy, breakfast was good enough choice. Right next to a mall which has some food places. Pool was very big, nice temperature and you even got given a towel. Would highly recommended this place for the price.

Connected to a large shopping mall. Good for a family vacation. Kids can enjoy a large swimming pool, go shopping, eat, and watch a movie all in the same compound. Building is more than 20 years old but is still in a fine shape.

A nice Hotel with a really cool Interior. However, the entire interior is made of wood, which has already come in years. Night has sung in the Lobby of a Band's songs. We were there in September of 2016, two nights. Per night in a "Deluxe Room", we have paid approximately 1788 Baht (without Breakfast). Due to some bad situation, we moved after two days to "Raming Lodge" Hotel. The price/performance ratio could be better.

Nice hotel. Pretty convient location in the city. It's a little dated, but everything is in good shape and nice. Cool pool as well!

This is not a bad hotel, though some of the furnishings are showing their age. All the rooms we've had here have been large for their price range, though we've occasionally been given a room that (based on odors or a high mosquito count haven't been used in a while). Like most hotels in Thailand, there is a breakfast buffet, but the especially large breakfast buffet at the Lotus has long been a highlight for our family. It's attached to the Kad Suan Kaew Shopping Mall, which means that dining and shopping options are nearby. It's also walking distance from the Ram 1 Hospital, if you're travelling from elsewhere in SE Asia and are planning to get medical checkups or immunizations done. We regularly consider this hotel for our visits to Chiang Mai.

The hotel quite well, good breakfast at good price, buffet also okay, although Wi-Fi guy, I could not connect me in 5 nights more than five times that I was lucky! Very poor Wi-Fi network. Both in rooms and in the lobby and common areas. Nobody came to get us to train while we request it and the reserve includes airport transfers…

If you are going to book this one, please be careful. I was cheated. I paid cash the day I arrived but they still cut money from the credit card! It's a fraud. If you are tourists (and this happen) it will be hard for you to get money back! I took time a lottttt to get my money back.

For many years I come here for a long stay holiday evary year. Its a good value. Big rooms, big and nice pool, Good location with shopping mall. Good breakfast. Do not be irritated about the recent comments, I do not know why this 2 people makes the hotel bad, saying the pool is a fake, but it is really one of the biggest and best hotel pools in Chiangmai.

Really wonderful hotel with great accommodations. I was impressed by the size and quality of the room I stayed in. Free Wi-Fi. Complimentary bottles water in the fridge. Conveniently located in the city. Has several food options inside the hotel.

Self-help Breakfast good, taste my own mix. Attention room Wi-Fi is only for 2 equipment use, the rooms very neat. Overall feeling good! Regret is not swimming pool…

Old hotel in a good location. Next to Central Kaed Suan Kaeo. Great shopping Thai style. Movies but mostly in Thai language.

I did not try the room and the service but I found the biggest swimming pool in Chiang Mai. 7th floor, on the roof. 100THB for non guest.

Not realy clean. No iron. Gym is closed all time.

Rooms ok, a bit smelly from the carpets; personel not the nicest one, acceptable; food don't like; best value for me — the swimming pool, one of the biggest I found here.
