Pictures look a lot better. Had lizards in my room. And have a lot of rules. Air-conditioning cannot be lowered below level 23 or it might overheat. Room felt too hot to be comfortable and will only cool down late at night. I was in room 405 and the bathroom had broken windows that I cannot shut so hot air was always in my room. They don't allow you to eat smelly foods or leave your food out because they have an ant problem. Jaccuzi was closed off for some unknown reason. Wasn't allowed to enter the area. The staff was nice but over all I probably wouldn't repeat my visit.

Nice hotel on a great location. Really affordable price and as its behind the main street its quiet place, the stuff are nice and friendly (almost loke everywhere in Thailand) they are willing to help you on anything that you would need and they have a nice garden to chill. Highly recommended.

Old old Man… no elevator…

Feels like lodging at someone's home. Rooms are clean and staff is very nice. There's a cafe downstairs that serves food as well. They let us check-in early too which was awesome. Anoma boutique house is in the center of downtown Chiang Mai so its really easy to walk around and explore all the night markets. Lodging fee very reasonable, highly recommend this place!

The best thing about Anoma is the location! It's close to interesting points and has some lovely cafes nearby. There are a few things that need improvement though, especially the Wi-Fi! The Wi-Fi didn't work when we stayed there. The rooms were nice and cosy, but could do with better lighting. Pretty difficult to read or search for anything in your bag in the evening/night. The storage space in the cupboard is quite bad. They have a hairdryer in the room but no socket in the bathroom for it!

Great for its location, cleanliness and ascetic's but have to mention it the Internet connectivity is very poor which is strange considering the numerous Wi-Fi offerings around the city. The staff were not very responsive to the problem.

Despite not being close to the beach area, this hotel by far is one of the best I have been to in Thailand. I loved that plummeting a family, the father took us to the center of Krabi by car for free, and from there Cogiamos the Songtaew, for 30 baths you got down to Ao Nang. They were all very friendly and helped you in all they could, plus almost every day they left us a fruit tray in the room. I loved the experience! They also helped you book the excursions.

Horrible! Very deceiving from pictures. Staff told us incorrect information when asked. Stay away if possible.

Great Staff, rooms satisfactory for the price and locarion.

Great location and nice service. Lots to see in the area with plenty of shops and restaurants. 6 minute walk to the nightlife spots — not too close & not too far. Older hotel so it's not perfect, but functional — good toilet, hot shower, good water pressure, comfy bed, and air conditioning.

Great experience, staff really take care of you. Even though there was no pool, the hot warm tub at top floor was very private.

Between the housekeepers who prefer their mobile phone to the broom and the boy from the reception who smiles only when it is pinched, there is a young receptionist very efficient and enjoyable… The size of the rooms is nice. For a B&B you can not ask too much.

It's not really boutique but good value all the same. The hotel is a bit dated, rooms are big but could be cleaner and the decor could be updated. Shower strong but bathroom a bit old. Location is really good for old town.

Our experience was very good. There was something making noise the entire first night, that stopped in the morning. I think it was a ceiling fan in the lobby. It was back the last night. I think it could be easily dealt with, until then, make sure everyone knows to leave it off!

Really good choice to stay! Great place in Chiang Mai Oldtown.

The ordinary room is not very big, but antique, is the door lock still must use the key, other also can, the doorway is not very easy to find.

Nice clean large rooms and bathroom with AC and fridge. Staff are there 24hours to help. In a convenient location. When we stayed it didn't have the backpackers feel but it was low season.

Quiet, peaceful, nice spacious rooms :) cute turtles at the entrance :) gorgeous pink flowers around the terrace on the top floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and quite big with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi in the room (no extra costs), free bottled water every day and breakfast, great for a price! About 10 minutes walk to food market but plenty of food, bars and shops nearby (paid about 11£ a night)

The room is very comfortable and warm, no smell, the bathroom is very big, the second floor terrace is very comfortable, the room has the fridge, the safe is very convenient!

Disappointing. For the price you can do much better. Location is a little odd and not ideal, down a dark alley, not super close to cafes like in the NE of the old city. Rooms are large, beds are pretty good (firm), bathroom layout is great. But… Sink doesn't drain, internet doesn't work in rooms and often not at all, a lot of door slamming noise, and smoke coming into the rooms in the morning. Included breakfast is minimal. No character in the place, and it gets HOT in the afternoon due to cinderblock building orientation.

The location of Anoma is great. But rooms are not.

Nice enough. Note that the street is narrow and the car you arrive in might not fit.

The location was great, inside the main city center, and walk-able to many temples and restaurants. The accommodation and breakfast was fine. Staff was always around to help with questions.
