Good breakfast and healthy food. With a beautiful Mountain View from my room. The service and all the staff were superb. I can recommend 100 percent Le Meridian Chiangmai Hotel and I want to come back again.

Good service, delicious Italian restaurant, comfortable room, comfortable bed with no back pain, good view. There is a bath in the room, the pool is very nice, very nice, and the hotel is close to the restaurants around the hotel.

Staff are friendly and helpfull. I was escorted by staff since first step out of a car. Front Office staff is so generous to give me a Mountain View room without asking. Bellman introduced himself and offering further assistance before he leaving. Room is clean and well equipped with big bathtub. Very impressed. I can’t wait to experience other service in this hotel. Good location. Night market and rest of attractions are within walking distance. The staff especially from concierge is very helpful and thoughtful. They provided a big box for my son large toys and sealed the box with a very nicely design handle.

Such an expensive hotel but being 5 stars I expected it to be perfect and it is far from that. We stayed at one of their executive suites for a family of 5. First impressions, Dirty carpet, not a little but the entire thing. I was very upset because I hoped for my baby to be able to crawl free the the room. The couch in the room had so many stains, I asked if I could have an extra sheet to put on top because it looked so gross. The service is great the people are nice but the hotel is Not 5 stars. The lobby looks nice but that's about it. The Worst part was that someone called to complaint about us being too loud, when the kids were just being kids playing in the room. Another night the people next to our room banged the door really loud and if the kids made any noise they would knock on the wall! Im really upset and disappointed. Will never stay there again. I could, I would of checked out early but I had paid in advanced and we were stuck. There are wayy better hotels around the area at better prices.

Very nice location and convenient for city tour, shopping and sightseeing. The room is big and clean other than good breakfast and several menus for lunch or dinner. My memory is still filled with the perfect staying foe a week in this hotel. I enjoyed the spa & massage too.

This hotel is elegant and beautiful. The service is excellent! It is located in the center of the city with easy access to everything. I love the gorgeous infinity pool and the spectacular views of the mountains from my room. The staff was so friendly and so professional and helpful. Especially one of the employees named Chris. Super attentive and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a beautiful experience in Chiang Mai. (Also go to the Night zoo that’s really fun LOL)

Great location and facilities. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially at the concierge desk.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here and had the most incredible time. The staff were amazing and did everything could to make our stay extra special, from flowers on the bed to a cake with a photo of us printed on it. We were blown away by their hospitality. The room itself was beautiful, as is the roof top pool. We really couldn't fault our stay there, we hope to be back again soon!

Great customer service. We were greeted very warmly and complementary cocktails were provided. The hotel is absolutely elegant and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar offers an extensive selection of cocktails and snacks. The atmosphere is relaxed and jazzy. Prices are extremely reasonable, which is unlikely for a luxury 5 star hotel. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Sunday Brunch in town at Latest Recipe. Staff very attentive and friendly. A glass of Prosecco on arrival, very delicious brunch with a lot of variety to choose from. A special thank you to Khun Grace to recommened and Khun June for looking after us so well. We will definitely be back.

Good western chain hotel… too big for my taste… lacks character but if you want familiarity in a foreign land and you have a sizeable budget you will probably like this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, really a notch above. We had an unfortunate event, a hot water pipe broke in our bathroom at 3:30am on the first night. The duty manager and maintenance crew were promptly on the scene and very apologetic! They were very good. We were still half asleep but the offered many different options for us. Given we were in a Club room already, they moved us to a Suite. Which was very kind. Suites are huge! The staff throughout the hotel were super friendly, including the pool attendants and club lounge staff. Highly recommended, get the club level room if you can afford it. The views, drinks and canapes (more like light dinner) are definitely worth it!

Great hotel. Well located just outside the walls of the old town and close enough to walk in. Very near to a night market. Hotel staff all very friendly and the bar had a great selection of craft beer! I'd stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during Loi Krathong in November. The staff was friendly and respectful, the room was clean, the food was great, and the location was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the view.

Excellent 4 * for me, not 5 "but it feels good. Great comfort, even if you can always make improvements in detail. Very nice pool-infinity pool on the 4th floor.

We upset a little coming from LE MERIDIEN, CHIAN RAI and that we are not treated equal. Missed details in the other hotel had in mind, especially in the bathroom.

Good hotel, well located and very comfortable. Close to the airport and several markets. Did not give us time to see much of the city but what we saw was the entire walking tour. The pool has stunning views of the sunset. The restaurant is a bit expensive but commensurate with their level.

Everything nearby makes your night life vivid!
The hotel is located in the Chiangmai PAE Gate district, the most lively essence of the next floor will be able to stroll the local famous market, thousands of vendors and tourists will create a very warm atmosphere, full street lights also lit this beautiful mountain city, so there is no need to worry about the lack of exciting nightlife. Value☆in the average price of 5 stars Hotel one night are about 2000-4000 baths. However, we booked it and paid for over 7000 Baths.
Even though the rooms and views is gorgeous, I'll Choose another hotel next Time.
Chiangmai's overall consumption should have been cheaper than in bangkok, but it is not uncommon for the Le Meridien to sell at a price above 3 times times the Market. Service★when we were processing the check-in procedure, the staff is so kind and she had a cordial talk with Us. However, after we came back from night Bazaar, we found a very strong smoking smell in the hallway on the 18th floor which indicated as a non-smoking Area. Hence, I called the staff in lobby immediately and illustrated this Problem.

Spent three nights there and it was exceptional. Staff is helpful and pleasant, a very nice hotel to stay at. If you do not like this hotel, you might be a bit too particular or simply like to complain. Highly recommend this hotel as a great place to center your sightseeing adventures from.

This place is amazing. I would recommend anyone to go here. It has been my favorite hotel of the year. The room was spacious and well furnished. I felt as if I had walked home. This room was very luxurious. It had a safe provided for the guests liking and even had a couch. The shades were black out, which helped if one wanted to sleep in. The bed was very comfortable. The gym was 24/7 which was a plus and it had enough machines, however, one of the mornings someone had unplugged all the machines, making others who entered the gym a bit confused. Their food options were the best, they had many vegan options and even had options for people who cannot take milk (vegan or lactose reasons). Their food was delicious and was great eating here, the only downside is that there were mosquitoes whilst eating. Overall, the experience was great, the checkout was quick and easy as was the check in. Definitely recommend. It is also a minute walk from a night market. Great location.

This hotel is comparable to a resort. The staff is very proficient in English and are more than willing to accommodate foreigners. The rooms are very spacious and are full of complimentary foods upon arrival. The pool overlooks the city with the mountains in the background, and the gym has everything needed for a good workout including a Smith machine. Located right next to the night bazaar, it's in an ideal location.

Nice hotel very well placed welcoming and professional staff, it would simply refresh the furniture of the room.

The room is too old. The equipment is old. There's no five-star hotel experience at all. The room is not clean either. The TV is too small. There is no toilet free of toilets in the toilet.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel. Great, well trained staff. Excellent location. You can just walk right out the front door to the night market. Excellent buffet. They must have a baker cause all the baked goods were top notch. And the bar doubles as a coffee shop. The best cappuccinos I've had in Thailand. Shout out to the barrista guy who makes latte art on every single drink he makes.

Great breakfast and location. You can pretty much walk to anywhere in old town. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. All staff members smiled and greeted me when I walked by.

I have traveled the world for 40 plus years. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. This hotel, Le Meridien in Chiang Mai is one of the very best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at. The staff is exceptional. So focused on the guest. The Club Lounge is excellent with attentive, friendly professional personnel. The Latitude restaurant is top notch with a fine selection of items for breakfast. Illy Italian coffee is the house coffee and they baristos make exceptional cappuccinos and lattes. The swimming pool is fantastic and allows for laps as it is at least 50 metres in length and offers a view over the local city. The gym is more than well equipped for those that need free weights and works out equipment. An exceptional property with an exceptional staff. Clearly, management is effective and has built a team of professionals. Bravo. Highly recommended. I will be back.

Really nice hotel. Great service. Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms are modern, updated and a good size. The only thing that I didn't really appreciate, though I think this is standard for hotels in the area, is that I had to buy a New Year's Eve gala ticket for 5, 999 baht ($185) which was pretty exorbitant and not at all worth it. Otherwise, I like the hotel and found the location right next to the night market very convenient. It's also close to the old city. I would definitely recommend the hotel, especially if it's for a first visit to Chiang Mai.

Spending three nights here. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. The hotel has pool and fitness areas as well as a bar and Italian restaurant. It is located in the middle of the night market which makes for fun shopping and eating experiences only minutes away. About a 10 minute walk to the old town. Staff are very friendly and attentive. I wold give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, close to the night markets, river and about 15 minutes to the airport. Our visit at Christmas was very enjoyable. The maid left a handwritten Christmas card in our room which was a very nice touch. 24-hour gym and top spa facilities. Courteous staff were always welcoming and willing to help with a smile. Would highly recommend this hotel. Better location and cheaper than Shangri-La.

We had a fantastic experience! Things we loved: — clean, up to date rooms — great breakfast — good lounge area — concierge very patient — convenient to old town, eateries, nice massage places, convenient stores, etc… — night market starts just steps away… without any of the noise coming into the hotel — reasonably priced food options in the italian restaurant upstairs — best of all the staff! We all fell ill during our trip and they were all so kind. Helped us find a doctor and continually inquired with us. I really didn't know what to expect of Chiang Mai as a city. We tend to stay a bit away from the bigger cities because of noise… this hotel was a fantastic option. My husband who is quite picky loved it. Cons… none!

I'm sorry Le Meridien, but this property is not to your SPG standards. The rooms are dated, amenities — ok, linens stained, furniture — worn. I'm currently on property and changed rooms because there was a hairball on the floor, black mold in the shower and something growing under the bench. Maybe I was the fool for not checking reviews before booking, but I had respect for the brand and no concerns about booking because of that. This resort is not to brand standards. I'm sorry. The staff is VERY friendly, I'm not taking anything away from them. This property needs to be a priority to update.

Went to this location for the Australian embassy outreach. The conference room and adjoining rooms were used. It is a beautiful classy hotel. I would definitely consider staying here if you can afford it.

Amazing staff, at an amazing hotel. The staff made my hotel experience exceptional. The breakfast buffet was superb. The suite was very spacious and a great city view and lounge was fantastic. I had a blast staying here!

Very impressed with the service at this hotel. At check in they even walk you all the way up to your room. Other notable items: Rooms: clean and half the rooms face the mountains and have a great view. The air conditioning works great as well. Breakfast: great breakfast buffet with a variety of food at American prices. Staff: very friendly and always willing to go out of their way. Lastly, the concierge guys were all very helpful and knowledgeable and trust me, we had an array of issues. My luggage was lost by the airline back in Bangkok and upon my arrival to Chiang Mai the concierge had already communicated with the airport and airline about the arrival of it. Let's just say — they made not having luggage for a day bearable since I did not have to make calls or arrange anything and it showed up in my room. They also arranged and cancelled various reservations, transportation, and so on. Very helpful since we did not speak Thai.

Third time here, excellent platinum treatment, prime location and superb service. Breakfast can be a bit busy though.

We're Starwood Preferred Guest members so the hotel staff go all out to please. They have a special lobby on the 21st floor for SPG members so you don't have to wait in line to check in or out, they have happy hours, etc. It's like a private hotel within the hotel. Nice spa with sauna. Nice big hot tub in our room. It was cold when we were there so it felt great to heat up in the sauna and tub. Downstairs bar was nice. Jet was our bartender and he made us some excellent cocktails.

It's a nice property, staff is very friendly and always smiling. The room is very spacious and nice. Their breakfast buffet is not very good. First of all it's Chiang Mai, food outside the hotel is so cheap. I feel they try to take advantage of their guests by charging so much for breakfast. We only had breakfast there 1 day due to an early excursion unfortunately the food was not even that good.

Typical Le Meridian hotel in a very good location. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and in very good condition. The lounge offers nice snacks and a good breakfast.

Very nice accomodtions. Room is well furnished. Restaurants are good. Best of all is the staff. The FB manager and marketing manager took time to chat with me in the lobby bar, The concierge and reception staff were all helpfull.
