Fair price, Convenient location and helpful staff. The hotel located at the street the full of night club with lady's bar also neaby Night Bazaar. If you dont mind about the bar around everything here is fine.

Loved it! Great location and room value for money.

The rooms are rather dull and old. The toilet is very small and occasionally black water will ooze out from the shower when I am showering. There is a balcony given, but the air condition compressor is there also it will be rather noisy as there are pubs downstairs. Also, the walls are rather thin, so do not make too much sound. The bed is also very soft and mine is kind of in a u shape. They provide one pillow which us either very hard or very soft. They do not provide breakfast, but there is a 24 hour 7-11 opposite, so you can grab some breakfast from there. The parking spaces is rather limited and you may have difficulty driving out, as there maybe cars blocking you from driving out. Also you can not have a place to park if you come back too late.

Nice, comparatively inexpensive rooms, close to the center, still on the main road. No breakfast served.

Bad view, noisy, no Wi-Fi in the room. Shower, sink and toilet in the same floor area so I get wet feet every time I needed to wash my hands. I was meant to stay 2 nights. I only stayed 1 and left first thing in the morning.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Situated in the centre with lot of activity around. Recommended placd.

Cheap, good location but only cold water shower in my room.

With many of the travellers' facility such as convenience store nearby, and it's only 5 minute walk to the well known night market. Love it because of the variety room types cater for different budget guests.

Budget hotel in Chiang Mai.

Perfect for my budget and needs. 250 ฿ /non aircon (jan. 2016) a bit worn and noisy but that's the charm of it! The hot showers works. Yes. They do. Lovely Mango shakes right outside! :3 (btw, u don't need aircon in chiang mai, it's relatively cold here).

Location good, go to old city and Night Bazaar are not far away.

Check in was noon but they let me wait until 2pm. No toilet papers.
