The staff are excellent, very friendly, not too expensive and close to everything.

Brilliant guesthouse situated close to the ThaiPhae gate and the old city. Pretty much everywhere is within reasonable walking distance. The guesthouse itself is unique in design, and is very easy to spot from a mile away. The rooms are spacious and fit with great views of Chiang mai and the staff are lovely and friendly. There is a bar downstairs and the whole place has a very tranquil vibe to it. Would definitely recommend for a low to mid budget stay.

Nice little hotel you should not look at the flaws in the bathrooms in the clean rooms.

Well located at the entrance to the old town it is hotel to be very well unfortunately some hygiene worries but especially some problems in terms of especially for taxis the prices of excursions and taxis they are more expensive than in the rest of the city.

Nice Hotel Although the common parties leave to be desired… The cleaning is not done regularly and there is a swimming pool but it does not really feel like when you see that the water is not brewed… it's stagnating. 6 Floors The last 2 floors being less expensive with fans only but that's enough in Chiang Mai… the snag there is no elevator!

Literally the most disgusting place to stay in all Thailand. Not even power to charge laptop. Poor and broken everything, they just picked up garbage furnishes from the street and put it in the room. It's over 80 years old easily.

Great location in Chiang mai, nice pool and nice staff, really cheap and perfect place to meet other travellers.

Super disgusting we booked a room with climate and privatized shower but very very disappointed by hygiene, I found the traces of toothpaste in the bathroom of ink stains or other on the sheets. I highly recommend. I paid 18 €/night while in Thailand (Chiang Mai was the North especially) one can find much better at that price. Don't go for Traveler advice not Super manic in addition. So I imagine those who love things clean. That's not the. Cases white traces on the doors and I pass.

The room was very clean and the wall was very small… lack of support tops and there was 1 only working electrical outlet. Only positive notes the location close to the centre and the possibility to book excursions by taking advantage of a discount.

The place is well located. The room and the bathroom are not the best but are bie. The spaces in comunestan miy well cared for. The staff was very friendly.

Nice room for the price. Comfortable beds, clean (ish) and hot water, what else does one need. Good location to walk around if a bike is too daunting. Don't let those bad reviews from spoiled Nancy boys thinking it is a 5 star hotel sway you, the price is right.

The hotel is old, although the girls at reception get very good predisposicion they lack a lot.

Price interesting but vs do the housekeeping, the rooms are not very clean but pool and one of the receptionists is really very friendly and helpful.!

Rooms are large, inexpensive and clean. Friendly staff There are unfortunately no cupboards or storage space.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS SO CALLED “hotel” it’s honestly disgusting. I do not have high standards for places and am not one to complain but I’ve never seen a place so dirty in my life. We checked out 5 different rooms and were not satisfied with any of them. The mattresses had large stains on them and were sooo filthy, all sheets were discoloured. One of the mattresses had large holes in them. The walls look like a murder scene. Filthy! Everything in the room looks like something off of a scary hotel movie. The showers were freezing, the toilettes have never seen a scrubby brush. I honestly feel like I’m going to catch bed bugs or a disease here. The pictures on the website are not what the rooms look like. Do not waste your money or put your health in jeperety.

I wish I could give this lower than 1 star… I can’t believe I’m paying to sleep here. We got checked in and went up to the 5th floor to see our room. Dirt and bugs everywhere and unknown spots on the bed. The walls are supposed to be white but are a disgusting brown colour in most spots. We check out a few more rooms and they seriously look like somebody has been murdered in them. I don’t know how walls and beds could get so dirty. I can’t even use the shower because of how disgusting the bathrooms are. The toilets look as if they have never been scrubbed. Can’t believe I have to spend the night here since we can’t get a refund, it’s late and we have no other place to go.

O quarto é grande e as camas são confortáveis. A pressão do chuveiro não é muito boa mas pelo menos tem água quente. O hotel oferece torrada com manteiga e café de manhã, mas a fila para torradeira é grande, eles deviam ter pelo menos duas.

We were staying Here for 3 nights. The room was Nice, clean,. Our room was up stair 5th floor No elevator But Its Okey. Every day We going Down and up (excercise). The pool is lovely and all the staf was friendly and They helped us to booked the tour. We Come back next time Here.

Best hostel I've stayed at. Great pool, great common area, friendly and helpful staff, and its in a good central location. The room wasn't anything flash but it was clean and it had everything I could need. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Place is well situated between old town and night market. Rooms are a bit old and basic. Staff is friendly. Swimming pool is the reason you should book this guesthouse. They ask to pay 200 bahts to get in the room before 2 pm that's unacceptable for a guesthouse especially when they have available rooms. Breakfast is basic buy include. Book on the internet because you will pay more at the desk.

Nice pool friendly staff, clean rooms, AC, good price. Just basic breakfast with jam and toast like often in gueathouses, but the jam wasn't tasty at all.

No fridge — no chair — hard bed — very old orange painted room — free breakfast is toast & tea — bathroom clean but old — old crt TV — hotels needs work. Very nice pool.

A cool place with nice staff and a pool. Their pool parties are legendary.

Hotel near 5 minutes by foot, on the right-hand side of the entrance to the old square. Rooms a bit outdated cleanliness average but approval of the grand lobby and the pool. Exterior paint in progress to regain his freshness. No elevators / lifts serving the 6 floors.

We lasted less than a night. The actual accommodation wasn't great, not dirty but not what we had paid for at all. The staff were lovely but that was the postivie I can draw :/ maybe we were just unlucky.

The owner is making some changes to the guest house, he takes care of the place. He is very kind and friendly. The stuff is also very nice and helpful. Nice swimming pool and common areas. I liked the atmosphere. Good price/ quality.

Spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the bar cocktails are fantastic. Great location close to all Chiang Mai has to offer.
For the price of the room you wouldn't expect a swimming pool it's a great extra to cool off in! Look forward to coming back next year!

Old guesthouse without an elevator. However it's very cheap. Has a pool and the rooms are good for the price you pay. It's maybe not the best hotel, however for the price you pay its very good.

Dirty sheets with burned hole. Old noisy air conditioner. Strange smell. I mean, 60s'room and 60s'royalty.

Online booking, looking for a long time looking for, Go spooky, room environment is very poor, drop things, play late at night to go to sleep, there's a male waiter very poor, we have a twin bed, had to give us a single bed room, very recommend it!
