Best thing to happen to Udon Thani in the years I, 'be visited. Goodbye forever Top Mansion. Hire a team of exterminators, renovate, and lower your prices. Pannarai is a bit more expensive, but 4 star rather than 2. Well worth the extra few baht.

Very nice new clean hotel. Good rooms, breakfast included, I think I paid 1200 baht for the night which I thought was worth it.

Nice hotel, possibly one of the best that Udon Thai has to offer. Good Wi-Fi. Parking available for guests. Bars nearby. Friendly staff. Good size rooms.

If you are looking to dive into the nightlife of Udon Thani then this is where you will want to stay. You can just walk outside and walk into several bars outside in the same road. Udon Night and Day is also just next door.
The Hotel itself is pretty modern and clean for any Isaan Hotel and is also well maintained. Of course this does not stack up the 4* Hotel in Europe, but for Isaan/Thailand it is good.
Food and drinks were also good. Roomservice is available until 23:30.
Pool is nice, although not as large as it appears to be on the photos. The "Fitness Center" is not very good with a treadmill and some weights.
Overall I would stay here again, when staying in Udon Thani.

1900.00 bhat for room on 3 floor shower was a joke piss harder and warmer breakfast good pool good staff very good had better for less money.

Stayed for three nights in November, it was a great choice, beautiful hotel that is super clean. Room was spotless and well equipped, very quiet and a comfortable bed. Staff are very freindly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Good staff and modern looking hotel. Good breakfast. There is a bit of a noise issue. The hotel is next to a busy section of town which is good for finding places like central plaza nearby and bad for noise from nearby clubs. Also could hear my neighbor. Not sure if they were incredibly loud or the walls were super thin.

The breakfast has improved since my last visit. 10 out of 10 for that. The beds are king size and nice and soft. Room clean and plenty of room. Good pressure in shower. Hotel is central to everything you could wish for. Easy parking. Fast check in and friendly staff.

Well this is a real positive aspect of the hotel stay. Very efficient shuttle service from the airport. You just need to book it.

Clean, new and bright hotel with friendly staff. Free pick-up service from/to airport. Weak Wi-Fi signal in the room. The swimming pool and gym look good, but didn't get to use them as they closed at 9pm. It's not on the main road, but near Central, night market, and 7-11. On some night, you can hear music from nearby bar, although they already have a double glass door. For light sleeper, you might want to find an earplug. But I managed to sleep well. Don't forget to check whether your booking include breakfast or not.

My 2nd visit after a disappointing 1st visit but I wanted to to be it a 2nd chance. I regret it and will unlikely ever give it another chance. The hotel looks great, the rooms look great but attention to some details just lacks and therefore disappoints. In my case twice out of 2 visits.

We found this hotel to be very comfortable and modern great friendly staff who are so helpful. Enjoy a great buffet breakfast. Easy walk to big shopping mall night market. A must visit is the Thai chinese cultural centre. Very beautiful area of Udon. The hotel has a nice pool and gym. Recommend this hotel for a stay in Udon. Never felt unsafe wherever we wandered day or night.

Nice hotel with pool. Very friendly staff. Management is terrible. Walked in to inquire price for 2 rooms and was quoted 1100 Baht per night. I told them I would get car and come back to check-in after 5 minutes. Arrived back and manager Anucha was at counter. He then said rooms were 1900. He would not give us the rate the other staff member had quoted. I will certainly never stay at Pannarai in the future. Really a shame!

Excellent location. I arrived at 9am and staff checked me in by 9:30am! nice clean room. 3 minute walk to largest shopping center. About 10 massage parlors in vicinity.

Very noisy, until I couldn't shut my eyes. There is a coffee bar along the street leading to the hotel. Already 1:26 the noise music has not stopped. Very disappointed; (
