Beautiful, spacious, and clean rooms, as well as a good location for the hotel. There is also plenty of free parking directly at the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Banbua Grand on my first visit to Udon Thani. The hotel has a good standard and is well run. Rooms are clean, the price is very fair, and even a standard room is absolutely fine.

This hotel is a very nice hotel. The only thing lacking for it to be a 4 star hotel are just a few small things. Like a safe in the room.

We came here with kids in superior room. The room is clean and spacious. It’s located in the heart of city. The hotel staff is attentive and friendly. We got complimentary soy milk before bed time.

Had a very nice short stay here. Rooms were nice, front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Good location. The breakfast, however, seemed a bit lacking. Had many non-breakfast foods.

I got this room for 1100 baht per night. Good size. Good staff. Good location. Street a bit noisy but 2 sets off glass doors on balcony keep noise to a minimum so no issues.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right next to the bus terminal, which made travelling around Udon Thani very convenient.

The restaurant and food is amazing! but the room doesn’t even have basic windows and mosquitoes get in. There’s no outlet for your laptop near the desk. No hot water.

Stayed for 2 nights in room 303. Clean, comfortable and beautiful hostel. Staffs were friendly. Near train night market. Only thing the Wi-Fi connection was not good in the room.

Everything is great except that there's lockers but no keys, and the room doors also do not have keys, which is false advertisement and unsafe, easily fixable by soldering some metal loops so people

Low cost hotel, old furniture, old key system but it's what we expect with low budget hotel. My shower is a bit broken but can manage.

The room was one the 1st floor, up one flight of stairs as there's no lift. The room was large, but sparsely furnished.

TR is a rude in their review and wrong. It is mostly working locals who stay there, not foreigners. It is clean. The bed is comfortable, not hard.

It was a very clean and comfortable place. The toilets made me feel real comfortably.

The credit card fee is 3% where it would be better not to charge but increasing the rate a little instead.

Reasonably priced large hotel, slightly nostalgic in style. Conveniently located in walking distance to the Central Plaza and a 7/11 and — in the opposite direction — the UD Town mall.

This hotel feels like an old-style resort. The building looks a bit dated, but the facilities work well and all the basics are provided, so even staying without meals was no problem.

Was not disappointed at all. Staff was very good. A/C was good. When we didn't have the room made up they still left fresh towels and extra hygiene items on the handle.
