The staff where all service minded and nice and very helpful. The location is very good near the Central Plaza and the night market. The room was big and clean. When I go to Udon Thani again I will definitely stay there again.

Awesome hotel located in the middle of Udon Thani. Right next door to Central Plaza shopping centre. Clean rooms, huge size beds, great facilities including pool, gym and sauna. Awesome buffet on the weekends. The place to stay when you are in Udon Thani.

Breakfast has a wide selection. Room confortable. Hotel adjacent to a large shopping mall. A bit difficult to chage room temperature though (too cold).

Nice place to stay with 5 min walk to the biggest shopping center of the city. Breakfast buffet is fabulous and is included for all customer. I really enjoy Western style and Asian style dishes with deserts, fruits, pastries and much more. However, dinner buffet is so limited. Welcome drink coupons can be upgraded by 50 baht to wine, beer or fruit cocktail!

Good location as it is right next to the shopping center (central plaza) and close the Bangkok hospital. I have stayed here several times over the past 2-3 years. The hospitality standard has dropped over the years. Rooms are not well maintained (couldn’t adjust the thermostat in my room, TV reception is very poor), house keeping standards have degraded (no bathroom amenities in all the three rooms I booked) and dining experience in hotel was well below average (I would highly recommend eating outside the many restaurants nearby).

Great location next to the Central Festival Mall. Easy check in and good restraunt. Room service and plenty of parking. The hotel is really dated and it shows. There are plenty of newer hotel around that are brighter and much nicer. It needs to be torn down and recreated with rooftop pools, balconies, and more upbeat atmosphere. It's stuck in 1980 and feels dull musty. The pool is stuck in the back and isn't inviting. Much better booking one of the newer hotels on Agoda.

Architecture is very impressive. Spacious. Quality finishes. All facilities of top class hotel.

Nice place, a little strange they did not provide bedroom slippers and did not have travel adapters.

Service was awesome, although the room itself was sub-par. Rooms were nice, the windows were dirty and the roof had cracks. Service was good, though.

Great location next Central department store… Few minutes to all attractions and restaurants near by But a bit disappointed with the quality of the room with the Centara brand… The bathroom equipment installation is loosed.

I think this is the best hotel in Udon Thani. We have a junior suite and it was good. The room is big enough and clean. The lobby is very beautiful and personal are friendly.

Staff l0vley swimming pool a joke not like photos and area very dirty and unkept. Spa jacuzzis broken. Staff just laughed. Restaurant singer a girl was awful like a cat in pain and food all wrong. Greek kebab came with sweet salad cream as no have tazaki so why not say when ordering. Steak like an old shoe and bleeding chicken returned twice for cooking. Tired hotel.

Old room is the only pull back but otherwise everything is very much up to Centara standards. Situated next door to Central Plaza means the convenience of major shops until 9PM. Rich variety of breakfast. Overall, you can't beat this place in Udornthanee.

Big 5 star hotel in udon thani, bell boy very friendly and served good, reception staff friendly and nicely. Swimming pool little bit small, but have spa and steam room and sauna in fitness that I like. I like this hotel.

Nice reception area the rest is a shambles! Fridge not working, aircon controlled by reception, Found used condom wrapper in bed, mosquitoes splatted all over the room and generally dirty and expensive!

First class room. Price. So low like hell… any other hotel? No.

I have stayed many times at The Centara in Udon Thani over recent years but now it's time to say goodbye. Excellent location, and lovely public entrance lobby BUT the rooms (! ). We were 'upgraded' to Deluxe room… which I would class as anything but. The rooms are dated, tired, wood all worn away, our toilet flush lever leaked and the internet was very poor if two people connected. THREE times I told reception — nothing done. The bed — I like firm beds but… this was like a pla nk… so was the pillow. The bathroom — nice marble wall tiles but joints all over grouted and chipped, and the shower was very difficult to get right temperature… it was easy to get scalded by the hot water. At the rates charged it is not good value. We have moved out to a smaller boutique hotel — not such a good location but room a lot lot better at around a third of the price. Seriously needs to have the rooms updated.

Comfortable room and excellent breakfast buffet. This was our second visit and we will do it again.

Located in the very center, in the immediate vicinity of a large shopping centre, and various markets. Parking available, but often full. Decoration a little pompous, and rather old. Large rooms but not attentive service (rooms not yet made at 17.00, urgent problem of electronic key rhe with carelessly, after several complaints). Fitness room OK But Ingigne pool of a hotel of this class. Price of overvalued services (laundry). Conclusion: His class does not justify his price. There are many other cheaper hotels and also or more enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi is poor. Unusable at most times. Breakfast is awesome. Shower turns from warm to hot without warning. Careful with kids as I almost got burnt. Would I stay here again? Definitely not. The beds are hard and it is difficult to sleep on.

I had a blast in this place! YOU MUST STAY HERE! Food market and mall right next door. Wine buffet and live music and karaoke and gym and breakfast buffet and sauna and pool!

Average place. Nothing special except the brand name of the hotel. Totally not worth the money. I would rather go somewhere else for the same rate!

This big hotel has it all. Restaurant, bar, spa, swimming pool and much more. Right next door is Central plaza shopping center. And it is VERY easy to get a cab or a Tuctuc.

Some convention rooms don't fix the light and sound system that had been broken since I was there at the first time.

The staff are very kind and the place is nice to stay. There is Wifi and the better thing is just next to the shopping centre.

I would the Hotel not recommend. Air conditioning runs very loudly, you can the temperature isn't set very many mosquitoes and other animals in bed, Room Service is very superficial, is not clean. I'm left earlier, and for a Hotel as the best Hotel in udon thani is promoting. It is not a star will.

Decent room, I would say an American 3 start with 4 star potential. MANY things needs fixed or repaired in the rooms, just needs gone over by a good EU or US contractor for even 40 minutes to 2 hours per room. Restaurant can be overpriced for what it offers, I REALLY miss the buffet they had for dinners years ago. Room cleaning was VERY slow and disrupted the 2 room, 2 day stay we had as they are understaffed. 1850 THB including breakfast for 2, so 4 stars all considering but not a solid 4 stars and our stay was Nov 2014.

Totally overpriced. Charging western prices to gullible westerns.
