Convenient for bus and train stations. Rooms are good. Prices are good. Located on a quiet street. Only a short walk from Central shopping mall and night markets.

Can't say enough about this place. The bed was so comfortable, my room had a porch outside and another breakfast table inside. But the staff was the best of all. I arrived with only kip and no baht and they let me stay the night then keep my bags in storage the next day till a late bus trip and then let me pay when I picked my bags back up… then told me the booking price was wrong that it is actually cheaper than I was quoted! Amazing. I highly recommend staying here. It is also less than 15 minutes walk to Central Festival and Bus Station 1. Thanks for the great hospitality Pakdee! :)
