A beautiful place everything is. The beach the pools pcqu'there is a super side paradise hill of the same owner on the other side of the street. The staff ouff smiling and service impécable. The sea water and the pool temperature perfect food super. The room everything is new, really I have nothing to say negative yet I am good for criticism. February 2020

Quite amazing place resort in Chai Ched for staying, chill up and relax while have dinner on the beach listening to live music.

Would stay here again. Really helpful and friendly staff. Food food and cocktails in bar and restaurant. Definitely worth upgrading to Seaview. The beach is one of the best I seen. Good location but still better if you have a motorbike. Fair price for a nice place.

Good room, good service, nice view but be aware jelly fish when you walk in the sea at night.

Great place, I would give the accommodation a 4.5 as it’s good value. Not much to do in the resort or around in the small village but a great place to chill out. Staff are well trained and accommodating.

This is a review for the restaurant. We waited for the fish one hour. However it was ok. Pasta with seafood was terrible. The sauce actually was Heinz ketchup. For the price you pay it should be much more better. It is on the beach and the atmosphere was nice. All in all to go there to try fish is ok but be prepared for waiting. For everything else there are other great places and street food which was really tasty!

Koh Chang Paradise Resort is a fantastic place to stay that has bungalows with private pools as well as direct beach access. Really good restaurant with friendly staff. The cheapest mini bar I have ever seen with prices even cheaper than the local supermarket.

Location Good, spacious, clean rooms. Bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer are provided. Coffee, tea is replenished daily. In the fridge a lot of things and prices are not expensive, enjoyed regularly. Took a kayak, 1 hour-100 butt.
The breakfast was good. A lot of Europeans.
The beach is cool, clean, rocker-sensations of paradise at first sight! Minus-Little sun loungers.
There are many restaurants in the district. Every day ate in different places. Prices are roughly the same.
Close to shops, pharmacies, market. The room was very large.
I liked the massage on the beach.
Come, have a rest, will not regret!

The hotel is great, the beach and sea are lovely. Very comfortable. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are quite decent. Daily full cleaning in the bungalows. Rest body and soul for all 150%.

Nice hotel clean happy hour. The only thing I don. T like! all the Germans putting towels on the Sunbeds early morning.

Pleasant hideaway with comfy bungalos and villas. Very friendly stuff helps to organize all your needs on the island. The beach is beautiful and you can enjoy it with a cocktail from the hotel's beach bar. Unlike the other beaches on the island this one isn't crowded and you'll share it only with the hotel guests. Breakfast is huge and diverse. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

(Restaurant only review) Has a fantastic on-the-beach restaurant. 5-star service. Classy feel. Fantastic Thai and decent Western food. Food and drink prices below the high quality and high level of service that we got. No 10% service charge or 7% VAT on top of the displayed prices, either! English level of staff quite good. Just didn't like the music they were playing (up beat EDM / pop)! Definitely want to go back.
