House keeping does not come and clean up room for 2 nights stay.
Room litters was not cleared. No replenishment of water.
Towels are cleaned. No complaints.
Hot water shower are not always ready and need to run for 20mins.
Booked a suite that comes with q kitchenette without crockery pot. Would rather the kitchen be removed and use it for more space.
Bed were those spring pocket with minimal mattress padding. Pillows were soft sponges instead of quality down feathers.
Bed sheets were clean tho.
Balcony and the outdoor table and chairs were dusty and littered with birds droppings.
Hotel does not provide any travel adapter, guest will need to bring own adapter if not using the local electrical system.
Air-conditioning only have cold and coldest mode. It's either too hot or too cold.
Selected a City facing unit and the road noise was loud although we are at level 5. Lack of adequate sound proofing windows.
Didn't try the swimming pool.
Hotel has no restaurant and no room service and no breakfast options.

The room is nicely decorated, spacious, good lighting. The bed and the pillows are quite comfy. Aircon is cold enough. Though, the room was not properly cleaned. Upon entering the room, bunch of hair was found left on the floor. The worst was that even the used Band-aid with somebody's blood was still left near the bed.
