FX Hotel Pattaya — Location of the hotel was awesome. The staffs services were great. Overall it was a wonderful stay with my friends.

We really love this place. Friendly staff, nice pool and tasty breakfast :)

Good one hotel recommend we been there 2 week ago we have nice room from front staff upgrade they are good service very comfortable for go the city they are have shuttle service also the one staff very good service and helpful we come back from kor larn then get lesion she got the first aid and make clean my lesion on my foot then we very impress with her service we don’t know her name but I see in name tag is yoswadee she very kind and nice :)

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The staff failed to respond to even our most basic needs: when we asked questions they either provided us with incorrect information or (shockingly! ) totally refused to acknowledge our presence. They did nothing when I called to complain about a noise disturbance in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

It is a just OK hotel. They claim it to be a 4 star, but it is just a budget hotel offering clean rooms. Rooms are cramped, all walls no balcony, views. Room service is negligible. The receptionist was lively and helpful. Far from central pattaya. Transportation is not easy to find.

It was a nice experience at FX hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall ambience is good. Staff is quite friendly. Breakfast was a great positive especially for a vegetarian like me. The only issue is that the hotel is away from the main city and you either need to walk long distance or get some means of communication.

Not a 5 star but in any case much better than many other choices that offer the same or even higher prices. Brand new hotel in a silent area modern and far from noise of Walking street or Jomtien beach. I suggest for couples, families and singles also. Guest friendly.

Nice three star hotel with modern rooms, and facilities. Even though little bit small service and rooms are good. Situated very close to big buddha and Wat phra Khao Yai Temple (5-10 min walk). Location is not much crowded and has small supermarkets around. Overall it's a good place. Specially for families.

200 baht all you can eat buffet. The mgt and staffs deserves a 5 stars. Selection for breakfast is very basic.

Front office staff need to be trained how to speak with customers they are not polite.

Nice, small hotel. Pool is open until 23.00, bed linen is changed every day. Free transport is available to the beach, and you can walk 500 metres. Breakfast was very good.

We were greeted with quite friendly staff and the price is economical. The hotel though hard to find, is surrounded with restaurants, massage parlor, bars and convenient stores. (Family Mart and 7-11) The swimming pool and gym is a huge plus in the hotel. However, this hotel did not deserved more 'stars', as when we check-in our rooms is not yet ready. (we were there at about 4pm) In addition, the guard needs to be brief in carefully in what to do.

A bit disappointed. No so clean and bad smells in lift.

Nice place to stay and service is also good. Breakfast is a little odd but adjustable.

Good service staff, Room look new Hotel clean for Towel, Bedsheet, Swiming pool our childs enjoy a lot and Games room. Hotel shuttle service send oud group to nearby area that we request. Breakfast on 2 level set up all item full option.

Rooms and pool was nice. It's just a lil far from the beach and public places like the walking street etc.

Need more improvements, the room is quite big but it need more improvements on the room service and room facilities.

Nice spacious room and cosy pool area. A bit far from everything. Good if you like to walk because no bus service near by. Breakfast ok but no bacon that I am used to eat in morning. We stayed for 6 days and hotel all the time full of noisy Chinese groups. Shouting in corridors and rushing around in breakfast room. Kind personnel.

Clean in the rooms. A cosy little hotel. Clean the pool. There is a slide. But the Breakfast is monotonous.

Quite good hotel, the pool is missing, Breakfast you can eat, the location is not far from the very clean beach, pier and downtown!

Responsive staff, clean, clean the rooms perfectly every day. Good location. Taken with Breakfast, the food was delicious, but the Breakfast special and don't need. Hotel your money 100%. There is a recreation room with a PS 3 and a gym.

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good location in the city. Within walking distance of the market pier, walking street. Near many great shops and cafes. The hotel is quiet and peaceful you can safely go with the kids. Clean and beautiful pool. If you do not leave tea poorly cleaned room. The room has a fridge, air conditioning, TV with one Russian channel NTV, free Wi — Fi, safe, large closet. Score for hotel 4 out of 5. Who goes first time in the country here is very cheap. On the market you can haggle the price cut in half. The climate in baths) stuffy. Things can be taken at a minimum. Thais themselves good polite and good-natured:).
