The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean, it is clean, it is standard, it has sea view, it is beautiful from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking space may be minimal, but the security guards helped you find the parking lot very well. Breakfast was very good. There's an egg station to make omlets to order. The hotel is right next to Pattaya Beach, the location is very good, just walk across the street to the beach. Don't follow Google because it takes you to Soi 6, a narrow nightclub alley, trying to drive towards pattaya beach. It's a very good hotel to stay in.

Good room service and friendly staffs, even helpful. This hotel is in front of the beach in north Pattaya (main road) breakfast was just soooooooo good (word can’t describe) tidy pool down there.
The room is not brand new, but spotless ❤️

This hotel is close to restaurants beach, bars and shopping. Rooms are large, well decorated and have a great view. VALUE FOR MONEY, it far exceeds other hotels in the area. The staff is always helpful and polite. I have been before and we will return again.

Staff was nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with many options. Two different swimming pools available for guests. Vicinity to the beach was great and really couldn't be closer. The room photos were mostly accurate, but with noticable signs of wear and tear. The A/C was freezing cold! That's not a bad thing, but although the room had thermostat control, it didn't seem to matter at all. Adjusting the temp changed nothing. Only high/med/low and on/off worked. I thought it may just be my room, but my buddy had a separate room (also in the chic tower) and had the exact same experience.

Really good Hotel right on the beach overlooking sea. Rooms were specious and good. Full marks for the hotel and staff. Deducting a star for the lack of Indian options in Breakfast buffet. Considering the number of Indian visitors they should consider including few option as a pure vegetarian may find it difficult.

Hello, right now I am in the hotel and am enjoying my stay here very much. Rooms are comfy and staff very efficient. Close to the beach, shop marts and restaurants. I can surely recommend this hotel to my friends :)

We recently stayed 8 nights at Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel Chic Tower and we enjoyed our time there. The hotel is well located, close to the beach and 5 minutes walk to Central Festival. The hotel rooms are modern and clean, the king beds really large and firm. Free Wi-Fi trough out of the hotel but the signal really week and disconnects often. The hotel has a large swimming pool and if you travel with kids you can use the pool from the front wing which has shallow water. They provide buffet breakfast which by the way is one of the best what we had in Thailand and caters for all diets and tastes. The staff is attentive, polite and professional. We absolutely recommend this hotel and we hope to be back there soon.

Massive hotel on the beach road, with a swimming pool, fitness centre and lavish interiors. The rooms are well kept and accessibility is not a problem at all. There are several restaurants, money exchange centers and massage parlor nearby the hotel. The rooms have become old and damp in the old building, so as far as new building is concerned, you can have fresher rooms there. There are no sea view rooms here unless you have a room at the front. The receptionist and other booking agents might contrive you into this but it is not the case. You might have to leap out of the balcony to get view of the sea. Food quality is also good and the breakfast spread can suit anybody.

Spacious hotel with superior swimming pool wonderful location on beach road well priced rooms for a 4.5 star hotel. Spend some time at night listening to live music while watching the passing parade on beach road.

The room was very clean. In general, you can stop for a short time.

The hotel is not bad, good tasty breakfasts, clean rooms. The location of the hotel is very good. Near the hotel there is a street with bars of local color, and till 1am the music is rumbling, it is impossible to fall asleep.

Chic tower lovely, good breakfast. Poolside umbrellas sparse and towels all worn and holey. Just needs a few improvements here and there. Good overall.

This hotel has a great location. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Also, it is on the beach. Rooms are large, well decorated and have a nice view. As for value, it far exceeds other hotels near by. Offering more for your money. The staff is always helpful and polite. We will return again and again.

One of the worst place which I had stayed in my life time. They urge for money, Nothing else. If your use slippers or laundry bags you have to pay which is so normal in Hotels. They won't mind if you have or need any basic requirement or emergency. Hope they will change if you walk in their carpet with shoes or Sandels in Future. Not at all value for money. You can opt for better hotel with this tariff at Pattaya.

Lovely place. Courteous staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Rooms quite spacious, clean. The swimming pool is brilliant too. Overall a very pleasant stay at this place.

Good hotel, all on a solid four. Breakfast buffet selection is decent. Of the cons of music near standing night places clean interfere with sleep.

The beach is nice and clean only what disturbs are the many speedboats where lying on the beach. Bathing is advisable only in the designated places.

Its a beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious and comfy room. The view was amazing. The breakfast was lavish. Really good food. The pool was beautiful. The hotel staffs were nice and smiling all the time. The service was good. I would definitely recommend this place. It was worth the price. They also helped in getting taxis and helped plan the itinerary also.

Location: It's right in front of the beach, so the location is awesome! Rooms: They're really good, quite comfy and spacious. You'll enjoy it there! Service: The staff are quite nice and friendly and they'll help in you in any situation/ provide legit advice whenever they can.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel is very nice. Hotel have 2 clean swimming pool and up-to-date. Tasty breakfast as well.

We had stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located just opposite the beach and very much near to the highlights of the area. Have good restaurants around, walkable distance to the beach attractions and walking street. The rooms are good, neat and clean. We were not provided sea view rooms, though we had mentioned that while booking. The food was ok, just that the restaurant staffs are bit rude and not at all friendly. Breakfast time is till 10:30 am, exact 10:30 they off the lights and clear the food stuffs. It's fine to stop guests entering for food after 10:30 am. Should allot few minutes more for those who are having it. Should keep in mind "customer is the king", not hotel policy. Except for that everything else was good and great. Really enjoyed the stay at this place especially for the location. Recommended.

Very good location in front of Pattaya beach and very close to shops, bars, restaurants…

D-Beach as it's known here, is a good hotel located in the heart of all the action on Pattaya beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom has a a bath tub as well as a shower enclosure. The breakfast buffet is served served in another building (Chic Tower) with in the premises. Breakfast spread is good with a variety that suits many palates from East to the west including veg only option. If it rains then there are handy umbrellas available in each room for personal use.

Not good at all. The staff was very rude, despite of mentioning early check-in while booking, the staff very rudely refused to even attempt for early check-in. They could have told us that they will check us in ASAP. Instead they tell us ''You don't understand check-in only after 2 pm. '' The height of arrogance was when we asked to talk to manager, the check in lady showed us her name tag and said the we can tell her name to the hotel manager. When we asked for water they told us to go to Family Mart to buy it. Welcome drink was served only after check-in procedure was completed. What happened to hospitality? The selection for breakfast was very poor. No options for vegetarian except salad and fruits. There was no curry for the rice they served. Saw boiled egg in one of the stir fried vegetable platter.

Location is great and on the beach. Room size is great. Toiletries need addition. Breakfast spread was good enough. Most of the things were as expected from a nice hotel. I liked it and recommend it.

This is just about as good as it gets in South Asian countries. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Staff always greeted guests with a smile and were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was very large and offered a large variety. Our room was clean and room service was always pleasant. Wifi was excellent in the hotel and worked almost seamlessly with little lag! I was even able to carry the signal to the beach directly across the street. It is located on the beach and close to many eateries and within walking distance of bars and other night life. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good spacious rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, and huge. The view from the balcony was amazing, and was sea facing. Excellent swimming pool with slides, and good live musicians around. Bathroom was also very spacious and maintained properly.

Amazing sea view if you choose premium sea view apartment in chic tower. The newer tower. Fantastic balcony, one small on the side and one very big with two sun beds and a table. Breakfast is Phenomenal, wide range to suit even the pickiest eater. Right on the beach road. Service was also great staff were very helpful. Facilities very nice. One of the hotels I would definitely come back to and I'm a hard customer to please when it comes to hotels.

Some nearby restaurant extremely slow. But the hotel is good, especially staff. If you intend to see the tiffany show, you can ask the staff to arrange it. Hotel looks new from outside, but interior is quite old, but still worth the price.

Good price, but value for money: there are some minor things one could nag about. Not really worth mentioning though. Considering what they ask compared to other hotels in this neighbourhood. And very friendly staff, without exceptions. Oh, and the kids (age 3 and 7) loved the pool! Avoid the restaurant near the street, though. The pizzas are nothing more than grilled factory base with simple topping and cheese.

Absolutely value for money hotel. Chic Building is newly constructed. Very nice modern room. Good service. But must make sure you book the right building. The older building located at the front.

All normal current along the road outside the hotel bars TRANS. A little napryagaet.

Drinks glass was dirty, upon advising, the waitress was discourteous, French onion soup was Luke warm, although the plate was hot!? — enough to discourage me from further waste of my time and money. Pity, the location is great, music was varied and very good (not ear splitting loud) will I try again — yes and hope there is improvement.

Give a generally friendly staff at reception and Chambermaid, only at breakfast somewhat inattentive at the coffee/tea. The breakfast buffet is rich with American/continental included bright, Indian vegetarian Asian food, fresh fruit juices salads daily changing soups.
Rooms are very well cleaned enough towels of daily linen change.
Schneider in the hotel provides good quality bring any patterns.
