The hotel was great with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very prompt and helpful. I highly recomomend the hotel. Buffet breakfast, shuttle services and obliging, very clean rooms. Good restaurant food.

Nice hotel. Bit far from beach but there are local transports which are frequent and cheap. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast could have been improved yet was okay. Reception service should b IMPROVED a lot specially if it is english you are using as a medium of communication.

It was a nice budget hotel. Neat and clean and staff was friendly just at the end some misunderstanding happened at the car booking time. They didnt provide me the vehicle they showed for airport drop. And they charged the amount in advance on my card and I disnt have time to talk to them because of my flight time so I had to travel in the smaller car than I booked after paying for a big van.

Beautiful modern design, delicious breakfast (though could use more variety), the pool looks fantastic but not very deep, overall very clean and I had a great experience during my tour.

Nice warm staff, with calm environment. Easy to move around taxi bike stand is just across the street. Staff is friendly. 7/11 shop is just in corner for beer and food.

The hotel's design is very spacious and comfortable, whether it is open and high Hall, room, toilet, restaurant, people have a relaxed feeling, the balcony will not be crowded.
Lying on the balcony of the couch looking at the pool, mood healing. The breakfast is good, the food is rich, whether it is vegetables, fruit, or Western-style bread, Thai dishes everything, taste is good, eat very satisfied. The geographical location is about 12 minutes away from the downtown of Pattaya, it is very convenient to go to the bus and get to the big road to stop the car quickly. There are 7-11 and hypermarkets within five minutes.
Living function is perfect, nearby also has hairdressing beauty salon and massage shop.
The drawback is that the counter and service personnel are not careful enough to waste our time, especially the next day to go to the airport to check out the time, to tell peers friends room hair dryer bag is not seen, the result went up a look unexpectedly on the table, we almost missed the feeder car.
The service staff at the counter are less natural and feel stressed at work. It is a recommended hotel on the whole.

Good hotel value for money. Breakfast good. Shuttle service to central Pattaya very good. Rooms are large nice view over the pool. Can be noisy if people party till early hours as outside walkway and little soundproofing.

A. C. Works well in the room except you can only run it with your room key in an activation slot, so you can't keep the room cool while out. Pool closes too early at 9pm, breakfast buffet is quite good with a variety stir-fried dishes, some fruit, pancakes and bread for toast as well as a fried egg bar.

I stayed with my family (3 adults) in this hotel from 31st Jan to 2nd Feb-18, though the initial experience was good during check in, during check out, we were harassed by the staff. Reason was a small face towel was missing, we had to convince the staff that the said towel was put in our room on the 2nd day, however the room cleaning staff was not ready to listen. I offered them to check my entire baggage, they opened all our suitcases and could not find the towel. I spoke to the Manager (reception) over phone and took him to task and questioned why should we travel all the way from India to take a small towel from the hotel. Disappointing fact was that the Manager didn't have the basic courtesy to apologize for their fault. Its a shame on the management of this Hotel for treating guests in this manner. Please avoid staying in this Hotel, there are hundreds of Hotels in Pattaya for same rate and features.

Good hotel with two big swimming pools. Decent crowd. Good location. Clean rooms. Even staff is good and friendly.

Spacious, comfortable, good breakfast, well-equipped, but the service personnel to be strengthened return to the counter to call the car, told to go to the airport in Bangkok BKK airports, counter staff actually do not know where? For the three-star hotel service personnel do not know the name of their international airport hold a big doubt.

Really love this hotel the hotel staff/manager really helpful, we book 3 room here with different type, but the manager offer us 3 larger room in a row, and the pool exactly in front of our room. We are very happy to be here, and if we come to visit pattaya again, this will be our first choice.

The hotel design is very spacious and comfortable, whether it is open halls, rooms, toilets, restaurants, people feel relaxed, balcony is not crowded.
The breakfast was good, the food was plentiful, the taste was great, and it was very satisfying. The geographical location is about 12 minutes away from the Pattaya city, it is convenient to take the tuk-choo car, and there are 7-11 and hypermarkets nearby.

Hotel was nice and good, swimming pool opens to 9pm, no A/C lobby, breakfast was good and standard thai food. 7 eleven store out a block away. Staff was nice.

I was rather surprised at how well kept this establishment was. The breakfast was awesome! And rooms comfortable and clean. Only thing I didn't like was the door locks. I would come back.

Stayed here numerous times already and have been extremely satisfied wih the vast, clean rooms. With young kids, the saltwater pool was also an added bonus. For a hotel at this price range, breakfast was way over the top and extremely price worthy and tasty. Staff were very accommodating and lovely. Shame the Wi-Fi was a tad slow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. But. No Wi-Fi in the room. The water in the shower was only called by the master, he came in, something was twisted, but it was not possible to wash normally.
The staff were very strange, we arrived three days later, and we still had to wait until after 20 minutes.

Poor staff and just a piece of nicely constructed building. They charge extra for providing in room cutlery. And worse, they don't allow you to step inside swimming pool, and breakfast was worst experience. No table cleaning, flyes all around. Completely disappointed could have opted another accommodation near beach area. Only good point is they provide 3 times a day free shuttle pick and drop to beach (although that too are in odd timings).

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly and on quiet backroad. Nice pool, good breakfast. Good for couples and families.
