STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever seen.
It’s a low cost hotel, but even at these hotels, one should expect some minimum requirements to be met, especially when it comes to health safety.
It has a smell of mould, and it’s very dirty.
When we first came to the rooms, they had to change lightbulbs, in all 3 rooms.
In 2 rooms, the sliding door to the bathroom, was jammed. So we had to change to 2 other rooms, in which they also had to change lightbulbs, and the rooms were not clean.
After a while, we also changed the 3rd room, to a room that allegedly had been cleaned, while we waited. Took me 5 seconds to show it was just as dirty, as the first 5 rooms.
What we discovered appeared to be mould, fungus, a lot of dust and over all a very poor or non existing cleaning of rooms.
We had booked 3 rooms for six nights, and after been through six rooms, in 2, 5 hours after check in, they told us we could change hotel, and they would give us refund.
The booking at Agoda. Com was non refundable, but I guess the hotel got fed up with us.
If you are looking for affordable accommodations in Pattaya, please stay away from Hotel Selection, Pattaya.

Awoid at all cost! The worst experience I have had in my life. Dark dirty and unwelcoming. Changed my hotel immediately. Pictures do not tell the hell you walk into. Hotel without air-conditioning just rooms have
some air-con that is loud. Bugs everywhere, not cleaned and not maintained at all. Gym has 5 old and broken machines inside. Awoid if you like yourself.

I loved the hotel: spacious, clean room, great sea view from the balcony. But WF is slow.

We booked 2 deluxe rooms but they gave us one deluxe and one very small room. We request a change but they gave many excuses. The buffet breakfast was average and poorly serviced. I enjoyed the fitness centre and the pool. Plus points are close proximity to the beach, transport and food places.

Located in the center of town, on the beach, the view from the observation deck is the best in town. Walking distance to shopping and all the bars …

Nice celan rooms and not too crowded. Just a short walk to the beach. A long row of go-go bars just on the adjoining road.

Great location and comfortable rooms with an amazing view.

Hotel room is good but no indian breakfast & restaurant close on 8 pm is not good.

Good location on Pattaya Beach with standard facilities and with moderate price.

Great location. At Pattaya soi5. A lot of parking car. I request for seaview and got very nice room with beautiful sunset. The terrace is in front of the beach. Room is clean. A/C is perfect. The staffs are very nice and friendly. I love ur service mind. Hotel is very near to Alcazar show, Sor Por Chor pub, family Mart and 7/11 is very nearby. Not far from Central Festival. I will be back again.

Not bad. Has Starbucks and McDonald's nearby. Near the beach too.

Ok ok types hotel. Wi-Fi connection is very poor. Food wise ok types. Not much for vegetarian. Have good food options for Non vegetarian.

Even if they have a receipt of your payment if you don't keep yours expect to be billed double.

Beautiful room, pool and nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Do not take the top floor room in summers as the A. C. Would not work. And do ask them for an extra card as mainly one of them won't work.

Very quiet clean. Small pool but almost always empty, the predominantly Indian guests avoid the sun. 100 meters to the beach and the Soi 6, perfect location.

This hotel isn't bad. It isn't spectacular either, only slightly above average. If you can find a good deal, go for it. Probably not worth it for full price.

Good location, staffs were great. Thanks to the frontoffice about all the necessary informations they provide u with.

Hotel Selection is centrally located at Pattaya and very close (walking distance) to the beach. The place has good rooms, good food and Wi-Fi too. Try the elaborate spread of breakfast and live noodle counters at the restaurant on the ground floor. Don't miss the boat rides and night market shopping close to this place.

Building works are now taking place right outside the hotel.

Very bad experience. Staff is not cooperative and no facilities as per the standard. I have written the mail about complaints and suggestion but no response. I advise never to stay in this hotel.

Ideally located in front of the Bay. The rooms overlooking it of course benefit when compared with other options. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. BUT now between sea and construct, so perhaps instead of a sea view you will get a view of the frame of a building under construction.
