Great customer service, spacious room and various breakfast choices. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Have just completed my ASQ quarantine at j residence Pattaya. I would recommend people to stay here, room was very clean upon arrival, friendly and welcoming staff.
Although no ASQ quarantine is ideal this hotel has done there best to accommodate you as best they can and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Anything that you need the staff here will try their best to help.
Overall as far as ASQ goes my stay has been good.

HotelJ Residence Pattaya Quarantine for 15 days. The room is good. With a balcony. Netflix is great to have and on TV it is fun to see all of the football matches from EC 2021. The food is nice. There is a choice of menu. I went for the Thai food. The staff is very helpful. Special the butler Khun Sprite who helped me a lot.

I’m coming to the end of the 10 days ALQ in Hotel J Residence. I can highly recommend staying here. I stayed in a pool view room on the 4th floor. The staff are very helpful, from first contact to departure they were informative and efficient. A big thanks to the Hotel ASQ Manager who went out of his way to put a sofa in my room.
• The food is good, I ate Thai food each day. Can’t comment on the western food. In room microwave and fridge.
• Wi-Fi was a bit up and down at first. This was fixed and now 40/50mb download, which is more than adequate for the free Netflix etc.
• After first PCR test, allowed out for exercise around the pool area but not in it.
• Enjoyed the balcony which had the sun all afternoon.
• Exercise equipment is available on request for your room. Treadmill, exercise bike and free weights etc. Overall a pleasant stay. I’d like to say thanks to James Miller for his help and advice on all matters regarding COE, visa’s and ASQ. — at Hotel J Residence Pattaya.

The hotel was great with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very prompt and helpful. I highly recomomend the hotel. Buffet breakfast, shuttle services and obliging, very clean rooms. Good restaurant food.

We only stayed the 1 night but could not fault anything. Very friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, a few swimming pools to choose from and cannot over emphasise the wonderful staff.

This is an affordable hotel while enjoying Pattaya. Roomy and clean, with helpful staff If you with kids, there are pools for adult and kids The price is reasonable compared to what you get You are not allowed to bring durian into hotel.

A quiet cozy hotel, two pools, up to the sea 10 minutes away, there are buses that are free at certain times take to the beach and back.

Nice hotel. Bit far from beach but there are local transports which are frequent and cheap. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast could have been improved yet was okay. Reception service should b IMPROVED a lot specially if it is english you are using as a medium of communication.

It was a nice budget hotel. Neat and clean and staff was friendly just at the end some misunderstanding happened at the car booking time. They didnt provide me the vehicle they showed for airport drop. And they charged the amount in advance on my card and I disnt have time to talk to them because of my flight time so I had to travel in the smaller car than I booked after paying for a big van.

Beautiful modern design, delicious breakfast (though could use more variety), the pool looks fantastic but not very deep, overall very clean and I had a great experience during my tour.

Nice warm staff, with calm environment. Easy to move around taxi bike stand is just across the street. Staff is friendly. 7/11 shop is just in corner for beer and food.

The only minus is the road near, and so will come. The pool was very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The room has a safe, which is convenient for storing documents. Had a family room, i. E. Children in one room, my wife and I in another, but between them there is a door that is convenient to control children. If you want, you can close it and children do not interfere with privacy. No humidity. There are hotels much worse!

Best part of the hotel is room are very spacious and clean and well maintained. Reception is not of much great help and the breakfast is good.

It was delightful experience with hotel service staff, also property is cool with nice amenities. I would recommend anyone who want to come to pattaya for day or long. Best staff and awesome location with great property. It was pleasant stay.

The hotel's design is very spacious and comfortable, whether it is open and high Hall, room, toilet, restaurant, people have a relaxed feeling, the balcony will not be crowded.
Lying on the balcony of the couch looking at the pool, mood healing. The breakfast is good, the food is rich, whether it is vegetables, fruit, or Western-style bread, Thai dishes everything, taste is good, eat very satisfied. The geographical location is about 12 minutes away from the downtown of Pattaya, it is very convenient to go to the bus and get to the big road to stop the car quickly. There are 7-11 and hypermarkets within five minutes.
Living function is perfect, nearby also has hairdressing beauty salon and massage shop.
The drawback is that the counter and service personnel are not careful enough to waste our time, especially the next day to go to the airport to check out the time, to tell peers friends room hair dryer bag is not seen, the result went up a look unexpectedly on the table, we almost missed the feeder car.
The service staff at the counter are less natural and feel stressed at work. It is a recommended hotel on the whole.

Good hotel value for money. Breakfast good. Shuttle service to central Pattaya very good. Rooms are large nice view over the pool. Can be noisy if people party till early hours as outside walkway and little soundproofing.

A. C. Works well in the room except you can only run it with your room key in an activation slot, so you can't keep the room cool while out. Pool closes too early at 9pm, breakfast buffet is quite good with a variety stir-fried dishes, some fruit, pancakes and bread for toast as well as a fried egg bar.

Perfect 10/10… just the location that annoys when vs don't have a chavan. Otherwise 10/10

I stayed with my family (3 adults) in this hotel from 31st Jan to 2nd Feb-18, though the initial experience was good during check in, during check out, we were harassed by the staff. Reason was a small face towel was missing, we had to convince the staff that the said towel was put in our room on the 2nd day, however the room cleaning staff was not ready to listen. I offered them to check my entire baggage, they opened all our suitcases and could not find the towel. I spoke to the Manager (reception) over phone and took him to task and questioned why should we travel all the way from India to take a small towel from the hotel. Disappointing fact was that the Manager didn't have the basic courtesy to apologize for their fault. Its a shame on the management of this Hotel for treating guests in this manner. Please avoid staying in this Hotel, there are hundreds of Hotels in Pattaya for same rate and features.

The bag with the hairdryer disappeared inexplicably at check-out Want us to pay 200 baht (presumably feel that the bag does n' i'll admit I won't even I won't even if I search for luggage and no hairdryer, " although live three days are very satisfied but check-out when there is the feeling of being planted very bad.

Really love this hotel the hotel staff/manager really helpful, we book 3 room here with different type, but the manager offer us 3 larger room in a row, and the pool exactly in front of our room. We are very happy to be here, and if we come to visit pattaya again, this will be our first choice.

Clean and comfortable hotel, each room has a balcony, not too many tourists noisy, swimming pool clean depth of about 160, there are children's pool can be used. From the city to call a car about 150-200 can be arrived, walk about 15-20 points!
Hotel next to 7-11 is very convenient, walk 5 minutes There are shopping malls can stroll. Near the roadside room soundproofing is not good, breakfast selectivity is not much, but also OK, is a CP value is also good hotel.

Cool quiet place to explore Pattaya from. Long way from walking street.

Location is not convenient, but adjacent to the supermarket 5-10 minutes away, heathland massage parlour only in the vicinity, the environment is quiet, near the roadside easy to quick to, reasonable price, staff polite, clean place, swimming pool also has hotel bus to large shopping malls for the final station three shifts per day.

It's a little far out but it's clean and safe staff are lovely.

Overall a good hotel for your money. First We were disappointed with my husband, that far from the center. Then we found places where we all satisfied, began to enjoy. In General, the staff is friendly, brought even an iron with ironing board on request, in Europe either refused or offered for money. The Breakfasts are not bad. The Hotel is clean, towels change every day. The Room is beautiful. It's okay.

I was so piss off. The night before I plan to go to Kohlan, I ask how much the taxi cost to go to the port, the staff offer me to call taxi for us which cost 300 baht. However I serve in uber and it cost less than 150 baht! Moreover, the fact that the port close for 2 days without any notice from the hotel. This place is not hotel, there is no service supporting your journey at all. The room was old and sting plus far from every tourist attraction place. Do not consider this hotel, just skip it!

I recommend this hotel if you want a cheap and bad service. Well, I bought the room voucher from the event and the staff said so good that you can just make a reservation 7 days prior and they will always have room to service. Then I call to make it 14 days prior, they said it's full booked and they can help nothing without any single sorry word. I felt worse for this service mind of the staff.
You're not even reach the basic standard. Ps. Dont ever think to buy the voucher from this hotel. After you paid, they dont care anymore.

Stayed here numerous times already and have been extremely satisfied wih the vast, clean rooms. With young kids, the saltwater pool was also an added bonus. For a hotel at this price range, breakfast was way over the top and extremely price worthy and tasty. Staff were very accommodating and lovely. Shame the Wi-Fi was a tad slow.

All of employee are very kind and nice facilities.

Away from the night market near a km or so, I was seven of us hitchhiking, so sort of Chartered right, the guide tour is to say two hundred killed and one hundred five.

This is a great family hotel but their internet is barely usable. I won't stay here again because I need a hotel with reliable internet. If this is something you don't care about them I would definitely recommend this place.

The only negative-and so is acceptable. There are much worse.
