Very bad customer service especially receptionist.

Good place to stay but reception staff are not friendly and do not have basic manners of respecting the guest. They behave as if we are some school kids. When asked for extra water, the receptionist rudely said no, water limit per day is over. This hotel only gives two bottles of water per day. During check in, no early check in is allowed, we had to wait till its sharp 2pm. And when it was already 2pm our room was not ready yet and they asked us to wait for another 10 minutes. Then they gave the key and when we went up, we requested two single beds, room given had 1 queen bed. We had to wait for the change of room. Overall not very friendly receptionist and unorganised management. I’m not expecting a 5 star service but basic quality of a hospitality industry.

Great location around pratunam area and major shopping mall. A small drawback was there is not kettle in the room for you to boil water, once you finish, hotel only provide u 2 bottles daily. You need to go buy drinking water.

Staff are good. Hotel is neat and clean… Need to add Indian menu in Breakfast. it's a good budget hotel in Bangkok Thailand.

Located right at Indira market, good for people who want to shop for some stuff. Good quality rooms.

Electric karte not provided in room no option to make tea or coffee.

Convinient. Friendly staff. Especially the room cleaner and guard. The only thing is if want to take grab car. Most of the driver reject your order because of traffic jam. So far so good.

Service average, breakfast so-so, room is ok for price.

Great location clean modern room. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast inc. Could do with more TV chanells and tea coffee facilities in room.

Bad Wi-Fi and bad lobby staffs to get information about traveling. Rooms are looks clean if house keeper come everyday. Basically they don't have full time house keeper. To request taxi, u must double confirm to get taxi anytime u wish. Otherwise u will miss Ur flight.

Decent room for orice, needs better Wi-Fi and breakfast. Hard 4 taxi drivers to find, but good for shopping and markets.

Hotel very good location to pratunam, also near airport link. But very bad luck is my room air cond water licking, the management just check and do nothing. Air cond not in function, I ask to change room. The staff not helper, cannot fit customer problems in short time. Feel unhappy and no next time to book this hotel for my Bangkok trip.

Bad lobby reception service.

Dirty patches on the floor, bundles of hair lying around, room smelled like cigarette smoke, air con not cold, staff not friendly. Only saving point was location. Update: we came back again to the hotel, and they changed our rooms. Everything was great and they were much more friendly this time around. I think there are some inconsistencies among the staff service but other than that, not bad. Would consider coming back again.

Very hard to find this place, but is near pratunam market that's good thing.
The room not bad, too bad the air conditioner is not cold enough. Only one thing need to have a big improvement is the front desk service. Unfriendly staff Specially a noon shift lady staff …

Not so comfortable hotel. But is near to metro station, markets nd baiyoke sky hotel.

Clean hotel, nice location, friendly hotel staff.

Cheap and clean room, staff was very friendly.

A bit of walking distance to train station. The roads leading to he hotel are narrow and shared with many vehicles. Watch out for your toes and not be crushed by the motorized vehicles. Hotel was alright. Come with free breakfast too.
