Been to Bangkok many times and this was the nicest place I've stayed in Sukhumvit. The rooms are quite dated and a bit scruffy, but very spacious (it's a converted apartment block). The AC is good, perhaps a bit noisy, but like white noise when you sleep. The neighborhood is great; located right by Ekkamai BTS which is a 20 minute ride to basically anywhere in the city. There are many amazing street food stalls and markets close by and some must try restaurants like Hom Duan. The staff are incredibly friendly and warm; you feel like you're at home. There's a great pool and gym too. Would definitely return.
