Nice design, different than other hotels. Surrounding is calm and easy to get food, 7-11 is nearby as well as massage service around the hotel as well. Service is as per Thailand's standard which is always excellent.

One of the best hotel in Bangkok. This is not those 1st tier big name hotels, but the interior design, facilities and services are pretty nice. You will feel that you are a esteem guest. Worth to stay here for your BKK trip, they have tuktuk takes you to metro as well.

Beautiful hotel, I was really conquered, the rooms are gorgeous. Water is replenished several times a day. The pool is beautiful with a breathtaking view. There is a super roof top with in bar and a restaurant (one can expensive but very good) the staff and attentive and Nice. I highly recommend the breakfast it is Royal and with good product fruit, Bacon egg, cookies, muffins…

Great hotel for the busy wk traveller or a romantic weekend away. Rooms are large and comfortable with a touch of class. Speakeasy rooftop bar provides you with a relaxing atmosphere good music exceptional food and super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying here hitting the rooftop and chilling with one of may cocktails made by the in house mixologist.

Staff very friendly, breakfast on the 17th floor leaves nothing to be desired. If you want to criticize the pool which is too small, but who wants to take a bathing holiday in a metropolis like Bangkok. Air conditioning is very cool, so every time you leave the hotel you feel like running against a wall.
Furnishings dark maybe, but very tasteful. Rooftopbar absolutely worth with super delicious cocktails. Always happy to be back!

Those who prefer brighter lighting and ambience should avoid this as it is not proper for business traveler, especially one seeking quiet atmosphere to work in. Hotel Muse doesn't have a business centre. Room is fine. The breakfast place on the 19th floor is too small a place to be meaningfully comfortable. The same venue turns into a steakhouse in the evening. Which means such multi purpose utility ruins its function (e. G. Wine room can't be opened up as a cheese and salad area for breakfast, and egg station is oddly positioned that wear-and-tear will quickly become evident in time). Rooftop bar is fine. Italian restaurant on the ground floor has probably the best appeal in the entire property. Overall, it is promising but not much thought by the management. 4/5 at best.

Modern hotel well placed and nicely laid out but a little small and dark.
The bedding is top, the cleanliness is very satisfied and the staff polite nothing to complain about.

Classic hotel with beautiful decoration. I saw some people writing here that the design is too dark. I would say it’s unique and beautiful. If it’s not to your taste — don’t go. But we really enjoyed our stay there. You can see some photos of the room we had. Super nice staff. Really took great care of us and made us feel great on the last two days of our vacation. Breakfast is rich and everything is fresh. For me another important thing in breakfast — they serve good coffee. Very important for coffee lovers One last thing — the location is just amazing! Close to Lumphini Park, trains, malls… everything. Highly recommended!

Nice Hotel If you like the style…

Very nice hotel with rooftop bar/restaurant in the heart of Bangkok. The infinity pool and breakfast restaurant is a bit too small to fit such a popular hotel. But the ambience and relaxation have made up for it. We had a really good time there! Loved it!

LOVE this hotel! We travel a lot and had the luxury of staying for part of our honeymoon. The hotel is romantic, charming and unique. We loved every minute from the service to the ambiance and decor, to the food and amenities. 10/10

Super luxury hotel Worth all the money you spend. With Agoda I found it at a better price than Booking. Maybe the breakfast is not worth the money it costs.

A fantastic room. Exactly do I imagined it. Attention was paid to the smallest detail. Stunning views from the bathroom as from the bedroom. At breakfast we sat in a private room with a fantastic view and fabulous breakfast. So I imagine a luxury hotel and that at a top price.

Come here with your family to drink and watch the night scene. From the beginning of the gate is very beautiful Middle Eastern design, to the bar although the place is not very small but the night scene is quite comfortable. The only drawback is that the night scene location is not great.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff was excellent and the room was phenomenal. The lobby smells of aromatherapy and it’s elegantly decorated. The breakfast is a buffet, which has everything you could ask for and served till 10:30am. The concierge helped arrange every detail we needed help with, including a car ride to an obscure part of Thailand. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

What an amazing experience! Even down to the beautiful smells wafting around the hotel lobby. The staff where super friendly and the steak house restaurant was possibly the best food I've tasted in Bangkok to date. The breakfast is the best breakfast selection and quality I think we have ever experienced! I would say the pool isn't very well situated to the sun but it has beautiful views especially at night. Worth a stay!

The whole experience at Hotel Muse was fantastic. Complimentary drinks at reception while we checked in. We were lucky to get a room upgrade. The corner room we were allocated had excellent views and so comfortable. All the staff were excellent.

Incredibly beautiful hotel, unique, the whole staff very friendly.

Upon arriving the countless staff came and helped us check in and took our bags. Assortment of welcome drinks arrived as we filled out paperwork. We were upgraded to corner suite and breakfast was very nice. Western and Asian breakfasts. With cheese and cold cuts also. Hotel very funky and comfortable. Upon entering and leaving hotel you pass about 5 staff minimum all are very friendly and helpful. I would defiantly stay again.

This is the review I left on TripAdvisor: Ended up staying here for a couple of days, since the default hotel I normally stay at was fully booked. The Muse was in an area nearby, and I have stayed at MGallery hotels previously. The service and rooms are definitely in keeping with the MGallery level. Food, both for breakfast and lunch (lunch meeting at Steakhouse) was very good. The eating area is a bit cramped though, and one of the days had a "bus load" of what looked to be a tour group in the breakfast area, which made is crowded and noisy. Rooms on the other hand were quiet, and the roof bar is also worth visiting for a drink and view. The elevator system seemed to have a mind of its own though, as I had numerous instances where the pressed floor number "disappeared" causing an extra elevator trip. On the whole, it is still a good hotel to consider.

Service very good, room very comfortable, location very good, easy to find food. It's very good hotel. Hotel design very cool. But swimming pool too small. Overall very good.

Once I step in to the lobby, there was very stunning. All the decorations and the style are my favourite. After check in to the room, I can absolutely sure I'll be come back for next time, as every decoration is so stylish and beautiful. All of the staffs are very nice, the lady who help me to check in — Popeye is very sweet. I can see she is a very new comer, but done very well. She did the rooming for me, introduced everything in hotel. Also, the lady who assist me to check out also very nice. But unfortunately, I couldn't see her name as I was quite in rush. So bad I could only stay for one night, couldn't visit the pool, the breakfast and the restaurants as well. Maybe next time. I am also working as hospitality industry, and I'm quite a picky person. The details are very important for me, and I have to say this hotel is a very nice hotel. Anyway, I'm sure I will be come back. K. Y Cheung.

Had a great time staying here with a collection of friends. Service at the hotel was always incredibly helpful. Both the Salon and Speakeasy bars were great locations with impeccable service. The room was spacious and well equipped. I particularly loved the gothic flourishes with the decor. Given the chance I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perhaps one of the best hotels in Bangkok! Hotel Design 10 out of 10. The room is spacious, the panoramic view of the city, beautiful bathroom, fast internet, huge soft bed, everything is perfectly clean. The pool on the 19th floor is small, but we were lucky-there was no one and we swam there one half day, the view from the pool is also unparalleled. There is a gym, a nice sauna. The breakfasts are decent but not worth the money so next time I will refrain from breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel is super modern and chic — the executive room we stayed in was beautiful, clean and had a stunning view of the city skyline. Also the 2 hour free happy hour with drinks and appetizers for club level suites can't be beat (I believe top 6 floors rooms)! The best part was that we could use the locker rooms next to the pool to shower after we checked out ahead of our red-eyes. Such a great feature for travel!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful and made us feel right at home. I didn't give it 5 stars because there were just a few basic things missing to make it a 5 star stay. E. G. Our room had no AC remote so each time we wanted to adjust something we had to get up to make the adjustment, we could not find an in room dining menu and after requesting one, got a breakfast menu instead, etc. Just minor little things that I can't give 5 stars for. Other than that, it was awesome!

Loved the hotel view and room. The only issue I have is with the overcharge of roughly $600 USD on my debit card. Overcharge was for my dinner for two at the sushi place which was roughly $40-50 USD. Total charge on my card was around $644. I called VIE hotel once I arrived to Chiangmai that same day of check out and explained to them the charge of $644 that I did not authorize on my account. They claimed that the charges were never made and they did not have my card on file. I contacted my bank on the same day and they said they would investigate and resolve it. Two days later, VIE hotel sent my partner an email (as he booked our room) stating that they overcharged for our dinner but not for $600. The Amount they claimed was still missing around $40-50 when I subtracted the dinner. They stated they were working on refund on the amount they provided. My partner responsed to email and said that the refunded amount was incorrect and provided the hotel with my email in order to resolve our issue. Three days later, I have not received any email as I am now back in the United States. I will just have to leave it in the hands of my bank and forward additional information. Triple check any charges prior to checking out.

Gorgeously appointed hotel centrally located in the heart of Bangkok's busy Pathum Wan district. The Ratchadamri BTS Station is an easy two-minute walk away. The rooms are some of the largest in the city and come equipped with all the amenities expected of a world class hotel.

One of my favorite Hotels in Bangkok! Love the Medici Kitchen & Bar and The Speakeasy Rooftop Bar! You can have a nice view of the city from the rooftop bar on the 25th floor! :)

Can't rate it at five star although I can't fault it for not! Problem for the hotel is that its size. It's too cramped and packed at times — lobby, pool (if you call a wadding pool a pool), restaurant and bar. The lounge is infested with mosquitos as well. Apart from the above, the room is perfect! Romantic, lovely and comfortable. Location is good — walking distance to Erawan!

We live in BKK and visited during the week for drinks. We did not eat. View and place are nice. Bear is good and reasonably priced. The cocktails are overpriced for the quality. As an international traveler, I expected better caipirinhas and mojitos from such an international place. The service was good and staff was very friendly. I.

The rooms were nice and elegantly decorated. The pool is smaller but nice, and the breakfast had a good selection as well. The service from the staff seemed rigid and cold compared go other similar hotels but they did send up a birthday cake for my wife without a special request since we were there on her birthday.

Stayed there between 18th to 21st of Apr 2013. Overall it was a good hotel, service was friendly and places are clean and tidy. The English level of the local attendants were not too good, you need to repeat a few times before they can understand. The good thing is they have a number of western staff too, so it's not a big problem. The bar on 24th floor is a must go, although food was not excellent, but the night view of Bangkok city was very nice from up there. The pool, it was very small, its roughly 15m x 5m. So if you are a swimmer, this should be a big no no. Breakfast, breakfast was good, offers a number of choice. Pretty standard stuff, western style, cereals, bread and butter, egg and sausages, together with some Thai style noodle and rice. I am not a big breakfast fan, so to me it was good enough. One thing special though, they have this chunk of honey comb next to the breads, where you can dig with the "Winnie the pooh" stick to get your honey. It was fun. Although I might not go back again the next time I am in Bangkok (since there are still a lot of nice hotels around bangkok), it's a good hotel and worth a try if you haven't stayed there before. Definitely no regrets.

Great place to work, relax and enjoy Bangkok. Super location 10min from the BTS and with a free shuttle Tuktuk. The guest manager will do everything to make sure you have a great stay. Super amenities, the rooms are beautiful with wooden floors and a bed so comfy you don't want to get up. If I was travelling with kids I'd probably choose a hotel with a bigger pool.
