Perfect location, nice room, friendly staff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They assisted us when help is needed. Great place to stay. Room is clean and bed is good.

Great, friendly staff — all can understand and assist in English. We stayed here for 5 nights and will reccomend it because it's close to BRT skytrain and MRT underground trains… all within walking distance. Our room was so quiet, we overslept every morning! I also agree with all the comments posted.

Good location… Accommodating staff… Very clean facility… Reasonable price. Plus they have free tuktuk shuttle to the main road…

I have been there for last 3 years and was very happy with all service, but now management has changed and the service has become terrible, better try other hotel, better worth.

Very modern and comfortable rooms in a great and central location. Reason I picked this hotel was its proximity to terminal 21 and other great attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpfull Will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel looks good. Staff is well trained, polite and helpful. Amenities are good and well maintained, the standard room is quite beautiful, modern and clean. The room shower is also quite good. I'm giving 3 stars just because I found a fairly sized cockroach on the bed's headwall one of the times I entered the room. : ( But that was the only one I saw, on the entire hotel. Also, because it wouldn't be fair to give just 1 star, although they need to figure out pest control. It's unacceptable to find a cockroach, even if just a single one, on a hotel room.

Very strategically located to tourist visiting places and malls, as well you can find lot of Indian food restaurants around this area. Very courteous staff, rooms are bit small but okay if you plan to roam around most of the time. English break fast is served and is good as complimentary. They should consider serving 24hrs as the kitchen closes by 1030 PM.

You get what you pay. No frills hotel. Good if you are out and about whole day and just coming to sleep. Reception and service rather cold for thai standards. Room is adequate but the corridors are super dark. Swimming pool is does not get much sun and rather gloomy.

The location is very convenient! The breakfast was good, the hot food was cold, and there were a variety of fresh fruits, open to 11. Clean and comfortable, but not very good noise.
Non-smoking floors, but the room smells of smoke, because the counter said there is no room, so help spray the aromatic agent. The location of the hotel is great. It is near to the market and many Indian restaurants. The hotel provides pick up and drop to the main road 24 hrs. The room we got was smaller in size than what was shown in images but provided a good view. The staff was a bit indifferent, no greetings or pleasantries at the time of check-in or check-out.

Good location, very clean, facilities of the rooms at the top. The restaurant does not dream on the other hand. Perfect for a stopover in Bangkok.

Service is ok. Location is good being close to a vital part of sukhumvit and being quiet as it's away from the traffic part, just it's a long walking distance from main street. Breakfast is below average, full with Thai food and limited International one, so if you have a problem with Thai food you will be disappointed like us. Pool is nice and open till 10 pm.

This hotel is in the alley, walking from the alley to the hotel is about 5 minutes, along the way the ditch cover will come smelly smell, there are several very expensive massage shop, as well as a row of Korean restaurant price is not affordable, the hotel is new, but the window can not be opened so can not be blown to the natural wind, can only blow air conditioning, Guests who like to do their own laundry to dry may not be suitable for this hotel. But after walking out of the alley there is a flyover to the opposite is Robinson Mall and Terminal 21, if you take a good friend of the economical travel route, very recommended you go to Terminal 21 5 floor to eat, department store environment but the price is cheaper than the night market.

Perfect Sukhumvit location (walking distance to all you need — but still quiet). Rooms were very clean but quite small. Breakfast is great (except the coffee). Swimming pool was good — but no sunshine touches the pool.

Clean, nice and friendly staff (esp Mickey ❤) cheap bfast. Location v nice, 5 mins walk to Asoke BTS.

The worst memories of Bangkok
A photo in an advertisement does not match what you get. There is no possibility to cancel the reservation. They spoiled our vacation. Room with a view of the dirty wall, to change without a large surcharge does not work. If the room is paid ahead and you do not want to live in a room with a view of this HORROR! then they will tell you — get out! We were told at 1 o'clock in the morning.
  Do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Price performance absolutely good. Room is well air-conditioned and large bathroom. The pancakes are a must!

To be a 4 star you expect more cleanliness and a more wide choice breakfast.

It's a chic hotel probably suited for budget business travelers. Clean rooms, petit swimming pool on ground floor with hot jets, recommended.

This is an average hotel with a great location. Staff was great. The only issues were that our TV and AC did not function well. Didn't really bother us though as we were out all day. Happy hour by the pool was great from 2-9 pm.

Pleasant stay, good location (provide free shuttle to Asok BTS), friendly and attentive staff. Staff were quick to respond to customer's feedback. Only downside was the variety of food for buffet breakfast. Overall, satisfactory stay at Galleria 12 BKK.

Good location which is walking distance to Korea town. Close proximity to T21 mall. No complaints about the room, clean and modern. Excellent courteous staff.

Well this hotel is situated at pne of the finest places in Bangkok. I had completely loved this hotel starting from their staff, service, breakfast. The only problem might be that the rooms are a bit small but still it is satisfactory. One can surely stay in this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

Pros: 1) Clean and well maintained 2) Room is nice to stay 3) Nearby big malls and shopping places Cons: 1) Room is small 2) 200 meters away from main street (hotel will provide tok tok) 3) Swimming pool is very small Overall place is nice to stay 1 to 3 days.!

Well maintained rooms! Receptionist were able to answer all our queries. They welcomed us very well. What's more? U have a mini bar in rooms.

Good location. professional services. clean rooms. At fair price! but I recommend not including breakfast, its not that nice and you have terminal 21 pretty close to the hotel. So try more of thai food outside, than a hotel breakfast!

Amazing hotel, staff very friend and ready to help. TBH the staff made my holiday start to look better as it wasn't going so well at the start. They go out of their way to help and everything was very clean, which I was very worried about. Would definitely recommend.

Стойка регистрации 24 часа, заселились в 3:00 am, быстро.
Номера не большие, но с хорошей мебелью, отличной кроватью и хорошей ванной комнатой.
Все белье всегда чистое, полотенца новые, ничего дырявого.
Завтраки, пока что самые хорошие завтраки из всех отелей Азии в которых был.
От отеля ездит тук тук до ближайшей улицы на которой находится станция наземного метро и большой ТК 21terminal.
Как Genius путешественнику разрешили выселиться в 2:00 pm.

The reception is 24 hours, settled at 3:00 am, quickly.
The rooms are not big, but with good furniture, an excellent bed and a good bathroom.
All linen is always clean, new towels, nothing leaky.
Breakfast, so far the best breakfasts from all the hotels in Asia in which there was.
From the hotel goes tuk tuk to the nearest street on which there is a ground-based metro station and a large TC 21terminal.
As Genius the traveler was allowed to leave at 2:00 pm.

The Galleria 12 was just what we needed as a comfy, "home base" from which to explore some of Bangkok for a few days. And with a nice pool & a gym). Hope to stay longer next time. Thanks!

Stayed here for 6 nights. Great value for money, good pool area, gym and location. Its a new hotel so everything just works!

There was a swimming pool. It's not that big but it was very convenient to use. and a room was clean. Overall, I felt good when I stayed at this hotel. It was worth the money.

Cosy, with swimming pool, gym, Bar-Bistro (buffet, breakfasts) Something inaccessed from the street without long exit where you will find (but have free tuk tuk service to the main Street) to 5 walking you have Skytrain stop (Asok). I do not give 5 stars because they do not know anything to help you, the problem your language, do not have staff who know how to express clearly in English and it costs a lot to be understood. Otherwise, I recommend (the location near the train is to appreciate the problem of transport in this city … taxis, tuk tuk … although the sky train is sometimes so lleba … Near the hotel three shopping malls where to buy or eat. And by the area of the hotel many restaurants to choose from, such as the Cabagges and condoms of which I also have review.

We were delayed 2 h the reservation, time we lost there, but for the perfect rest.

Nice hotel, located in an alleyway, but it is just a few minutes walk to bustling Sukhumvit. Great massage on the top floor and beautiful rooftop bar. The staff are very friendly, but there is a bit of a language barrier and customer service could be improved.

This is really a great find! Its a decent sized cozy hotel with new, clean spacious rooms. Hot water flows fast and air conditioning is great to escape the heat of the city. Rooms and services are reasonably priced. 5 minutes walk to the main Sukhumvit road is not far for me but for those who dont like walking, complimentary tuk tuk shuttle will send you there. Nice ambiance in this area and quiet in the midst of the Sukhumvit area. Will be back.

As good as the Galleria 10.

Rooms is big and it's just opened Nov2015, Walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping centre.

A good mix of hotels and resorts from Budget to Luxury.
