I have stayed here for more then 20 years and have around 300 nights here. My second home in Bangkok. The very best to all the great staff so many to count.

I'm very empress with Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel. Especially cervice in the restaurant stewardess and stewards are very friendly and very helpful. Food is excellent an rooms are very clean, swimming pool is amazing very unique landscape it's really beautiful. I love Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel. My absolute happy place in Bangkok: Incredible architecture, decor and hotel views, the most delicious food and the loveliest staff! I stay here 2-3 times a year and also visit just for a banquet lunch or dinner (or drinks in the jazz lounge…) Cannot recommend it enough!

Amazing staff and service. This hotel leaves you spoilt to go elsewhere. Whether you visit the Sala swimming area or the Living room bar, you will be impressed. Our flight back wasn't until later at night but we got complimentary 3pm check out and use of facilities inc shower Etc until we left. Thank you 🙏

Amazing hotel with excellent amenities and quiet rooms.

I went there several times for afternoon tea and dinner. Staff are always super attentive and welcoming. Wines in the evening at the lounge were very enjoyable.

Staffs are very nice, kind, and helpful. Their outstanding job performance has eased my worries on cleanliness of the room. The Director of Room is a big help for me to get the clean room and I truly appreciate his effort and kindness during my stay. Robert, the hotel manager was walking around the hotel "all the time" greeting guests and make sure they are well taken care of. The first hotel I get to meet hotel manager 3 times a day!
Convenient location with bridge connecting to sky train and shopping malls. Food can be easily found within walking distance, including 24 hrs convenient store. Parking space available, valet is suspended for time being. Basic room type is actually bigger than most in the class, 45 sq. M is actually not bad. I got the room on North side facing street, noisy at night. Room is not sound proof so neighbors open/close their doors always wake me up. Apart from that, room is pretty nice, comfortable and was prepared as requested. Love the bathroom amenities, they smell really nice. AC is working well, same goes for Wi-Fi, hot water, TV and other appliances. Since they have butler service, I mostly ask them for coffee and hot chocolate without making a mess of my own.
Swimming pool, surrounded by small garden on 3rd floor is beautiful but only for relax due to pandemic restrictions, no swimming is allowed. Gym and spa also closed. Breakfast does not worth mentioning, pretty much standard, nothing special.

This game place is the nuts, even had the hotel manager carrying my golf bag into reception.

Nice hotel as always, the breakfast is very good, in terms of both variety and quality. The staffs are nice and friendly. We have been there in the last weekend, we had cancelled one room in the last minute because our guest can't join, the staff is willing to help us with everything.

One of my favourite hotel. Good location, good massage around: Lavana. Excellent service. A bit expensive but value for money. Clean room and spacious. Beside terminal 21 Mall with nice selection of food. Beside BTS as well. The only problem, very bad morning and evening traffic. Take BTS, easier and faster, ‘beware of sardine’ during peak hours…

I've been to Bangkok, Thailand, many times to say the best hotel!
Stay in a deluxe room or above (SPG members will have) there will be Butler Service, 24 hours can call a call call to call a wild drink!
Lounge, so what about breakfast and buried afternoon tea are tied to the hotel into the edge of the three restaurants, but the service is all right!

One of my favourite hotels for dining in Bangkok. Rossini's is a great Italian restaurant and Basil offers a great selection of Thai specialty dishes.

Classy hotel with a great location for local shopping and metro train. Hotel has a dedicated exit from the transit system. Guest service is top notch. All amenities are conveniently on-site. Weekend or week stay; this is a great choice for all travelers.

. Nice hotel at Sukhumvit Road. Check in was nice. As Platinum member with Ambassador service we got an upgrade in a suite. The suites are beautiful and big, doesn’t matter that the interior is already quite old.
The breakfast at Rossini is just until 10:00 am available, it’s pity and just too early. Other spg hotels in Bangkok like St Regis offer 11:00 am.
Evening cocktails is beautiful, living room with Jazz music between 21:00 and midnight also.
Check out was a little bit rude. We agreed late check out at 16:00, due to traffic jam I came slightly later back, meanwhile they moved my fiancée and belongings already in another room. Overall good experience, front office service for check-in check-out should be improved.

Convince location near T2 mall, and BVT sky rail transit. The hotel is nice with modern flair to it. The restaurants offer exceptional, delicious food. Good size gym with decent equipment. Though machines are a bit outdated. Great outdoor swimming pool and they throw pool party on Saturdays.

Excellent in all aspects such as: Location, chic hotel like your in Europe with their architecture, smiling receptionist, hospitable staffs, clean conducive hotel and their magnificent buffet dinner. Highly recommended for big time Entrepreneur, meeting, seminars, surprise birthday party, anniversary or convention. Impressive dining etiquette with awesome arrangement of fine dining. One thing I am amazed they're super sensitive to your needs whenever you need some assistance. I love how they coordinate with me for a surprise birthday party surely I will come back next time! 555

Big smile… I was here on a day when there were all entertainment places in Thailand were closed. In the bar on ground floor there was a life band playing and we got some fine wine by the glass. There were some freelance girls hanging out who showed interest but didn't bother us.

This review is specifically for the Orchid Cafe at the Sheraton. I actually eat here often but only because it is the regular haunt of my close friend. Despite my high rating of 4 stars, I probably would seldom eat here if it were not his restaurant of choice. The food is always delicious and the portions are good to excessive. I haven't ever had a bad meal and some were outstanding. When I've had the buffet, the selections were varied and extensive. Several buffet items are cooked to order and I especially like the lamb chops. The desserts are also quote wonderful. You can order just a dessert buffet for around $15 US and be well satisfied with the value. The prices on the menu are higher than other restaurants in the area but this is a top-flight hotel so that is to be expected. The exception is the buffet which varies in price depending on day of the week and time of day. It has been too long since I've had the breakfast buffet for me to remember the price. The lunch buffet is less than the dinner buffet but I cannot remember the price of the lunch buffet. The week-day price of the dinner buffet is around 1600 baht, about $50 US. But after 8:30, it is half price. The weekend buffet prices (which I never get) are much higher. I just cannot justify paying so much even for food this good in a country where extremely delicious fare is available everywhere for 10% or less than what one pays for the buffet.

The service was the star of the show. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, smiling, and hospitable… above and beyond the normal Thai hospitality. The hotel itself is well appointed. A bit traditional as opposed to contemporary (which I do prefer), but overall it was nice. The rooms were decent. The size was good — but there's wasn't any wow affect. With that said — I still think the decor was nice… I arrived and my room wasn't ready — so I headed for their lunch buffet. It did the trick! Wonderful selection. Not nearly as unending in selection as other buffets. But it really had everything I needed… Pool area is nice, like an urban jungle. Seats are at a premium when busy season. Ok gym as well. Overall 4.5 stars…

I have been to the Sheraton in Europe the hotels were great the same but what made difference was the hospitality here. This place is nothing short of fantastic — just like a hotel stay should be. The hotel has a vintage colonial charm and is well maintained. Rooms are very nice. The Sheraton Grande wins both the ”best breakfast” and ”best pool” awards in Bangkok for me.

I was a guest for dinner by the pool with a friend who was staying at the hotel. GREAT atmosphere, superior service, and fantastic food!

It is located not too far from business area. Although it is a bit old but the room I stay was clean. Security is reasonable. It has 3 restaurants in the hotel. There is a mall within walking distance if you want to explore local restaurants. With the price range, I give 5 stars.

The Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit is extravagant! Everything in this hotel is the most wonderful thing I've ever seen on my visit to Bangkok.

Mediocre food with effort at overpriced prices.

This hotel has excellent ambience and service with staff who are multilingual, friendly and do their best to make your stay comfortable. This hotel is also one of the few that has a well equipped fitness centre, with gender-separate steam room, sauna and a nice large hot tub / jacuzzi typical of Japanese baths. Great to relax after a long day. Their poolside is also beautiful, tropical feel with lush trees and little fire torches… makes toy forget that you are in the middle of a city.

A little station Hall but OK.

Impeccable service with a great range of talented live musicians to accompany exquisite food and drinks. A wide range of venues by night, beautifully maintained pool gardens to relax by day. We enjoyed fantastic views and a very comfortable room. A wonderful stay. Thanks Sheraton Grande.

I went to the hotel bar. It's also the bar where the do Dine in the Dark, so they have some great black lights. The band was excellent. The food was great, especially the samosas. The drinks were great. They have a good selection of bottled beers. The cocktails are delicious and strong.

Definitely worth staying here. Great service great rooms. Food needs some work but overall ok. Nice pool area! Highly recommend this hotel and in a prime location.

By far the best SPG properties we've ever stayed. My wife and me thoroughly enjoyed the service, the excellent buffet breakfast and the super comfortable bed. The room was very spacious, and the best part of the hotel was the direct connect to the Asok BTS. Each employee of the hotel we met greeted us with a smile and helped in every possible way. Thank you, we'll definitely like to come back in future.

Sunday buffet with many food choices. Service in clearing table and refilling water was slow. Had to ask several times for water refills. Cost is expensive around 2000 baht pp. With option for free flow mimosas for 999 more baht. Had cold seafood with prawns shrimp and snow crab legs. Jazz band playing. Was not worth it to me to spend 60us dollars I only ate 2 plates of food. Indian food, thai, sushi, sashimi, meat carving stations with american fare. Will not go there again not worth the money.

Excellent location. Great service. Lives up to it's name. If you are with your family and want to be near all the action and yet away from the muck then this is the place.

Highly recommended hotel for either business or pleasure in Bangkok. My husband and I checked in after booking a same day reservation on our last night in Bangkok (as we weren't happy with our current hotel). They were so nice and focused on customer service, we were very happy and relieved to have switched within minutes of checking in. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful with both a bathtub and shower, the buffet breakfast is great and they were happy to extend us a later check out at no charge since we had a later flight since there was availability to do so. They also graciously suggested we use the spa locker rooms to shower before our flight that night, while they held our bags. My only comment (which is no fault of the hotel) is that the pool had several loud children, which was not very relaxing and a bit of a pain. I imagine it is great for a family, however. Very impressed all around.

I try to be stingy with my five star ratings, but now I realize I have erred. This hotel is exceptional. It makes me wish there was a sixth star. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I do a lot of traveling. Lacking in no areas.

Fantastic hotel in an historic building but modern building that is very close to just about everything. The BTS and subway stop is a few meters from the door, and there are many fantastic restaurants on site. Also located across the street from a very cool shopping mall. Spa and gym facilities are also really nice. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed in a club level room, very nice. Service was amazing. When I checked in I was escorted to my room by the front desk staff. Any thing I need was a phone call away. Very close to the BTS (elevated train), shopping and dining.

Perfect location with a direct connection to BTS. Great and helpful staff which make every stay a good reason to return the next time. Love the tropical garden surrounding at the swimming pool, really calm in an always busy city. The breakfast buffet has great variety and caters for all kinds of international breakfast preferences.

Really nice hotel and the breakfast buffet is exceptional — well worth buying the package. Staff were all very helpful and looked after us so well. Being connected to the BTS station it makes a perfect base for getting around the city.

I recently completed my 5th stay at this hotel and once again they have given me no reason to look elsewhere. From the warm welcome upon arrival through the great customer service, this is one hotel that aims to please its clientele. There are more than a couple of breakfast serving areas that cater to eastern and western tastes. The gym is well equipped and clean (and not too busy). The hotel is located near Terminal 21 (great shopping destination) and access to the BTS is a short walk from the hotel lobby.

M the online booking til the goodbye at the reception my friends and I had a great experience at Sheraton Grande. The staff is highly qualified in customer service and fully devoted to satisfy every little request you may have anytime and of any kind. It might seem normal at a luxurious place but it worth being highlighted. The staff members provide more than the necessary to ensure your journey is joyful and safe. They provided information tips and safe advice while exploring the city (which spared us from some scams) Rooms are great as usual for Starwood group hotels, pool jacuzzi at the 3rd floor are just absolutely wonderful together with the beside restaurant. Nice cocktails good music… Overall we loved it. For business family or friends trip you will do so.
