Beautiful hotel with amazing people! I got a shocked when they gave me a birthday surprise at my doorstep with cakes, balloons, a rose and a gift! Breakfast spread also not bad. Highly Recommend if service and luxurious is what you looking at!

We stayed at Metropole and our experience was very good. Very neat and clean, classy decor and the staff who really looked after us especially Ja and Sherri.

One one the most luxurious 5* hotels in Bangkok. Besides magnificent concierge and hotel service another worth to point out is bathroom and futuristic toilet desk with washing and drying functions that are not so common yet in most of 4* & 5* hotels all over the world.

I would not stay here again. My experience was not good. Smoke filled halls. Male only onsen? Come on, you're an international hotel. Rudely greeted. Worst experience at any hotel anywhere. The laundry was a struggle. The acting manager late at night did her best but she cannot change the aforementioned issues.

Great hotel, relatively new. Rooms are pretty small but bed was king size and mattress was extremely comfortable. Customer service was also amazing!

I love this hotel design and hospitality. It feels warm and welcoming despite its narrow exit for the car, but what the heck, I am not the one driving ;) Should stay at this hotel if you are around the area. Near to supermarket and eateries too.

Great value on the deal I got through Agoda. And, after all the very hard beds I had coped with up to this point, the mattress felt like sleeping on a cloud. Location is not the best in regards to clubs and restaurants but it was just an overnight stay before flying out next morning. 50 baht taxi ride to nearby Airport Sky train.

This hotel is amazing! It’s so quaint located in the middle of the city! The breakfast is a buffet every morning and the chow cafe is so delicious! Great pool area and workout facility!

Every time I visit Bangkok, I will always stay here. Made our stay very enjoyable. The staff are polite and very efficient; the rooms are comfortable, charming and well equipped with everything you need. I only wish they offered more variety for their breakfast buffet.

Convenient: 4/5 Cleanliness : 4/5 Staffs: 4/5 Location: 4/5 I like the location and the size of the hotel. They provide washing machine. Stove. Microwave. Staffs are really helpful. And the hotel is quiet. I just have short stay and going to Suvannabumi airport in the early morning. Quite convenient to me.

One of the Center hotel very nice and clean, price are affordable when is not in the high season. Recommend.

Beautiful hotel but unfortunately far away for the touristic attractions. Almost iImpossible to reach by public transport and taxi drivers do not know about it. They offer a shuttle to the sky train but in practise it is hard to get it.

New equipment service is good, but the traffic is inconvenient, the boat is more convenient, is the new location of the taxi does not know, to talk about the Bangkok hospital driver more know will not be refusing hire.

Beautiful hotel, all nickel, the room, the bed, the bathroom, the only annoyance is the location, located on an avenue that cuts Suhkumvit.
But it's no longer a surprise with the help of Map. Good hotel and not too expensive for this class.

Except for the very few breakfast varieties, the other is very good, but the traffic needs to take a taxi, near the convenience store walk to.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Except for the fact that the location is a bit inconvenient, everything else is simply stellar. From the customer service during check-in to the room service and the quality of linen, we were extremely pleased with it all.

Nice cozy and quiet room with full of amenity. There's some inconveniences when taking shower, floor of bathroom was sinked after shower, no way to prevent this. And there's not enough kinds of foods for breakfast, and everything was self service.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while in Bangkok. Very modern 5 star feeling. Buffet brekky had good amount of varaity. Staff was friendly and price was very affordable. I would definately stay at this hotel again no doubt.

I had stayed in deluxe studio room and it came far better than what I had expected for the price I paid. Very clean rooms and good hospitality. Hotel is near to the city center.

It is a small hotel. Rooms are really small but well decorated. Location is kind of rural and opposite Bangkok Hospital. There is nothing much to explore here. No SkyTrain either. (You could travel on bike taxi but when you have family with you, you obviously have to travel by cab) Mondays and Fridays the traffic is so bad that it would take about 1 hour 30 minutes to reach the nearest mall by taxi. You have Domino's pizza right on the ground floor, quite convenient. I would recommend this hotel only if you have business within this area or going to book for a month. Awesome boutique hotel. Very good service and very well decorated room.

Having just returned from a 10 month stay in one of the hotel's serviced apartments, we would like to say how wonderful the Metropole is. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail, and the rooms are fully equipped — including a washer/dryer and coffee machine. The location is also ideal, next to Thonglor pier and a short ride away from the BTS. The highlight however were the staff, they were absolutely fantastic. They were so attentive, helpful and thoughtful throughout our time there, they couldn't do enough for us. We were made to feel so welcome, and they went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. We are so grateful for our time there, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Bangkok.

The hotel is a very chic place and locate in one of the night life area Thonglor. Inside the hotel have a very nice bar call "CHOW" offer great foods and drinks.

Pro: — Very well equipped — rooms large — friendly service & room service — price is okay Con: — next to a junction with a lot of traffic — > it is loud in the rooms / we hat to change after one night bcause it was too loud — > service suggested two rooms (friendly = pro) — location a little bit off the road and no BTS next to it — taxi driver don't know location (no real con) Neutral: — pool is in ground floor/loud because of traffic — u have to go through restaurant and bar, so u don't go to the pool…

Great service, amazing hotel design. Lovely rooms. Makes you feel like you're in a different era. Rooms are fully equipped with what you need and more. It's not in the center of everything but manageable via cab if you don't mind a bit of traffic along the way. Value for money too.

The service was terrible. Newly constructed so the rooms are in mint condition. Try pamper yourself at Prim spa.

Great service! Amazing design twenty's style with today gadgets, good value for money. Location is far from center, but 1 min from taxi boat also hotel offers shuttle service to places close by. Great bed with quality bedding, fluffy pillows and blank:) Wi-Fi was great as well.
