Yaya Guesthouse Hostel

Cozy, nice and really cheap guesthouse with friendly English speaking stuff. All areas were perfectly clean, my room had AC, big wardrobe and table with mirror. It was very pleasant stay, definitely comming back again. Thank you :)

Nice, quiet guesthouse in the centre of Bangkok. Near bus stops, BTS station and river pier. Staff is very friendly with good English, you can choose if you want room with private bathroom and AC or fan. Rooms are really cozy. All bathrooms and common areas are being cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely coming back again when we will be in Bangkok.

Stay in at the guesthouse for a few days. Very clean and spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms everyday. Perfect location for public transport and great food around the corner. The staff helped incredibly with looking for attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Stains on the bedsheets. No air conditioning until after 9pm. Dirty shared bathrooms. Manager's response was "this is a guest house what do you expect. " I expect you to have pride in your business and not run a slum. Thailand has some beautiful guest houses for a fraction of the price. Nyari hotel is close by and only 160 baht more.

Nice staff, cheap room at Thai, clean room and clean bathroom. But you just can use ac when night, off at daytime. Free towel rent. Not difficult to find this place.

The cleanest place I ever saw in my life lol. The owners were really great and made it an ejoyable place to stay. Great location and close to everything. I stayed for 3weeks I'll stay again next time I'm in Bangkok… Thanks Yasin&fred.

Great place to stay in Bangkok and perfect location to get everywhere. Silom Street food nearby is a must-have and BTS is walkable. The owner, Manager, and Marcel we're all incredibly nice and helpful. It was a fun place to meet other travelers while getting away from the party scene. I'll come again!

The rooms are VERY VERY clean and the staffs are VERY helpfull and genuine! Hard to top up in the terms of service and amability. We had a great stay, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Residents are asked to be quiet after 11pm so you can sleep tight. See you next time guys! ;) Was a pleasure! Nico and Pam :) ) ) ) ) ) ;)

Mattress held together with duct tape. Pillow like gravel. Small shared bathroom smelled awful. Disgusting place.

Great people really laid back and the staff are excellent and always willing to help. Really central to just about everything.

Friendly staff who care about well, have 2 days to miss the laundry, the clothes are more dirty than before… Wi-Fi, decent bathroom and well kept.

Hospitality is not there strong point.

YaYa Guesthouse is lovely and clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay here, great atmosphere! Also a great location, with everything you need close by.

Lots of noise from the ac units at night. Room 42 sounds like a factory during night time. Without earplugs you're screwed. During daytime it gets really hot, you cant spend more then 10minutes inside.

The price was good, rooms were clean, owner and staff are soo friendly!, there was no traffic noise, all together a really relaxed athmosphere :)

Worst place ever I have stayed at. This so called guesthouse is worse than a bangkok brothel. Dirty as dirty can be. And the manager/ owner has a superiority complex which makes us think he's the king of Thailand. I walked in and was treated like I have to stay in Bangkok as per his wish. Will never go to this place again. One night has given me nightmares for a life. I would rather sleep on the street.

Yaya guesthouse is like your home in bangkok. The owner is a really cool dude, if you need some help just ask him! If I go to bangkok again I also go to yaya guesthouse again.

Very kind manager. Fair but clean room with 1 shared bathroom on each floor. At the same time, considering the price it was not necessary to expect 1 room luxurious price very correct, for the neighborhood.
