Good service, the room we went to were dirty but told the service counter and they cleaned it up immediately. Despite going to another building, there weren't a lot of sounds made along the road. There were also a security guard there every time even over the night to look after the next building. But there is a smell at the ground level of the next building due to the restaurant there. Wouldn't blame them and is glad that this restaurant didn't create a lot of noise despite being open over the night. Overall, still glad with their service. This room is actually considerably expensive also. But given the location, it is considered not that bad. Would recommend taking public transport to and fro here as well as this location always has jam and the public transports are near. Both the BTS and the train.

Friendly staff, clean room and very well equipped. Close to Asok metro station. Only problem, presence of mosquitoes in the elevator and in the hallway. A lemongrass diffuser could solve the problem.

Sacha's Hotel Uno is about 5 minutes away from Bangkok's Airbus Asok station, terminal terminal is Terminal 21, the hotel is on the side of the 19 thlane, near 7-11, the whole family and a lot of vendors, return to the hotel at night to eat the night is no problem. Hotel as a whole small and clean, convenient transportation, to take the subway or air rail are very convenient, shopping is no problem, from the MRT back to the hotel on the way there are many cheap massage parity shop it.

Nice and clean for a budget hotel. It is in a great location for the price.

Good location near BTS. Room was big and clean. Bed very comfortable, flat, not too hard and not too soft. Aircon can get very cold. Quiet. Terminal 21 mall next door has lots of food options if you don't want to go far to eat.

I like this hotel. Friendly staff, easily accessible, Good location from and to Suvarnabhumi Airport via BTS. Terminal 21 is just nearby for me to shop.

Pretty well equipped. Iron and ironing board in room, built in hair dryer, supplied two bottles of water everyday, bathing experience was wonderful as water pressure was strong, closet opens two ways I. E accessible from room and from toilet. Bed sinks down too much, but that could be because our body was too tired to resist. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Correct price and location near BTS Asoke (7 min walk). The room size is correct. The staff is kind. The location is quiet.

Wanted to try out another alternative to our usual hotel so we decided to book this hotel for just one night. Honestly, we wouldn't even give it a one star if it wasn't for the really friendly staff at the front desk (especially the slim bespectacled fair guy whom we don't know the name of). We were shown to our room at the main building on the fourth floor. The room was next to the stairs which I find pretty scary given the close proximity from door to stairs! A female staff unwilling switched us to the room next door after we insisted despite her claims that they were "fully booked, no more rooms". It was also pretty horrible (dirty & extremely dated looking, zero resemblence to what the photos showed! ). But since I've already paid in cash at the front desk when we checked in, we had no choice but to accept it. It was the most uncomfortable night I've ever spent in all my years visiting Bangkok! For the price of SGD97 (booked 2 weeks before), we could have easily found much better accommodations around the area. Also, we accidentally left my mom's walking cane in the first given room which we rejected, but no one took the initiative to bring it back to us untill I called up reception the next day & was told that it's actually "kept for us @ the front desk) Totally disappointed! Would NEVER ever go back again & really would not recommend anyone to try! Can't figure out how or why they even got any 5 stars reviews at all!

Very Nice & Clean (Premier) Room. The staff is very friendly, excellent location not far from BTS Asoke. I would check in again anytime.

Nice room with awesome ambience. Have a great bar at the reception… Rates are quite reasonable…

Generally fair, but a lot of small details, elevators are often unable to close the door, room walls are not painted, the toilet is not good, TV failure …
Breakfast is normal. Counter, service staff good service.

Staffs so kind, location was very nice as we got to reach mall, MRT, BTS station in just a few minutes walk.

Excellent value for money. Centrally located next to Terminal 21. Next to Asok BTS.

We stayed 15 nights at Sachas Hotel Uno.
The check-in was I. O. We got a room in the annexe which was quite modern. The room was cleaned satisfactorily — from and on, towels were not changed although explicitly requested. In the bathroom dripping from and on water from the upper floor from the ceiling — seriously, you didn't take the problem. Sounds worse now than it was:) Overall we were very satisfied: location is perfect! Beds were comfortable and the volume from outside tolerable.

Acceptable hotel in the middle of BKK.
To areas like ' Soi Cowboy ' you have to walk max 5 min.
Terminal 21 (Mall) is at the end of the road.
So a great location.
To the hotel: the reception as well as dealing with us at the reception was always nice and effort when we had a concern.
We had a room in the annexe which we absolutely promised.
There were two small bottles of water each day, which were available in the room.
The bed was comfortable (two pillows each and a common blanket). The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator and thick curtains.
There is also a TV in the room which has many channels, but we could not find a single one in English.
What our room unfortunately did not have was a shelf/cupboard so that you had to live the time over "out of the suitcase".
If desired, as in every hotel, the room was cleaned daily by housekeeping, as well as the bed.
In the room is a corresponding card, which is to be put on the bed if it is not to be redrawn.
Whether the card is on the bed or not, … it has made no difference!
Only after we have put a written note on the bed, with the kind request that the bedding be changed, this was done. More times without a slip of paper ran once more and sometimes less successfully.
And here we come to the subject of cleanliness.

Low cost, yet most trendy. The best location ever in the most exclusive part of Sukhumvit. Young and friendly staff. Great value for money.

Staff is great, room is clean, great location really close to Terminal 21 and the Asok BST station. Couple small electrical issues but the staff were super helpful and got it all fixed right away. Good place.

Right behind Terminal 21! The check in process was fast and easy, they only got one elevator but the hotel is not that crowded so there wasn't any issue there. This hotel doesn't have gym or pool but we don't mind since we'd rather explore the neighbourhood anyway. As for the room, it is standard with fairly comfortable bed, two bath robes and other typical hotel amenities. The bathroom is clean and is equipped with ceiling shower and dryer. We asked for a bottle opener and they brought us one, extra points for that :) Love the place!

I like this hotel. Good location, friendly staff, easily accessible from and to Suvarnabhumi Airport via BTS. Terminal 21 is just nearby for me to shop and eat. Must try as hotel is rather clean and comfortable.

Great location as you do not have to walk far to BTS and other convenience. Hotel is clean and the rooms will rival an international 4 to 5 stars hotel. Just that the corridor carpet have water stain mark and the bed that we have makes annoying squeaky noise. They have friendly staffs. Excellent experience overall.

Nice little hotel. Small be adequate for short stay with sufficient strappings. Great locations off Sukhumvik area and short walk from Exchange 21. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Close by to BTS and terminal 21 for food. This hotel was really good. The rooms could do with a refurbishing since the deluxe room I got had a bad keycard slot that needed immediate attention from them. Not the best first impression but the rest of my stay went well.

Avoid. Staff lazy, immature and very rude. Air conditioning does not work in room and with no opening windows, it's hotter in room than in the 40 degree heat outside. Very noisy. Staff more interested in watching youtube than acting on guests concerns. Would give zero stars if I could.

1st stay in Bangkok with this hotel. Quite statisfied. Nearby have 7-eleven and massage.

Very good, will help open doors in the lobby, luggage for security, the rooms are large, bathrobe, safety deposit boxes, room.

Stayed in many hotels around the world this one is by Far the best arrived to get a nice cold ice tea and a free upgrade to start things off. Hotel and room was really clean and came with loads of amenities and a great view of buildings. Every single member of staff is friendly and kind and goes out of there way to greet u and smile and make sure all is OK. Will stay here when I come back for sure.

A nice hotel, near a big shopping mall and quite central to the city. Near a skytrain station. Looks new and clean. Room had a couple of broken lights but nothing major.
OK. In the middle of the city, very close to the Metro station, many supermarkets are also very close. Which is very nice.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant service, great rooms. I have stayed at this hotel on most of my trips to Thailand and have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very central to most locations in Bangkok city. This hotel is definitely our first preference for accommodation whenever we go to Thailand.

The hotel is located in a convenient location and is quite clean. The biggest problem with this Hotel though is NOISE. Staff and guests here are all noisy. Nearly impossible to get any sleep at night or early in the morning at this hotel. The doors and walls are poorly built so you can hear everything in your room as if everyone was in your room. If you can sleep through anything then you will like this Hotel but if you need peace and quiet you will need to look some where else. Management should teach their staff not to talk all morning or night in front of the guest's front door in the hallways and place a sign outside for guests to keep quiet in the hallway as well.
