Highly recommended for the 14 day Thailand arrival quarantine. We have a comfortable and spacious one bedroom suite with a large balcony and good views of the city. Food delivered to the door. Good quality. Rowing machine and dumbbells provided at a small extra charge.

Spent 10 quarantine here.

The suite is large with a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony. The staff is very kind. We enjoyed every moment. Thanks for everything.

The staff are very nice, friendly, suite is awesome and everything is cleaned. The view from the balcony of Bangkok is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I am doing my asq here. The room is nice very spacious and fully equipped. I am very happy with all the facilities in the room but the food is just terrible. 90% of all meals are chicken.
This is the special meal they serve us for our last day at quarantine. Just rice and chicken. No salad no side dish no dessert.

General Manager หน้หน้าไหว้หลังหลอก นิสัยไม่ดีมารยาทแย่มากทุเรศตอแหล! Beware! Those considering doing their ASQ Quarantine with them! I implore you to read this first and it’s imperative you heed my advice or you’ll suffer the same fate as I did!
The washer and microwave they left in my room literally belongs to the Museum; dented and soiled from inside out, it would have been better being sold for scraps!
The most repugnantly unprofessional Manager — Aekkarat & General Manager! Under the ASQ Quarantine, I waited in futile for a decent room from 9am to 4pm! Despite numerous calls from my friend, embassy and me, Aekkarat remains stoically obstinate in getting my room ready! I went without breakfast and lunch whilst waiting for my room and he doesn’t give two hoots! The management’s impertinence, indifference and nonchalance is appalling and disgusting! They just kept me waiting without any follow up with housekeeping or me! They just up and disappeared!
To add insult to injury, the General Manager decided to play victim to circumstances he created by blaming and reporting me to the authorities for breaking protocol for waiting outside the corridor for my room; trying his utmost best to incriminate me for his own incompetencies, inadequacies, negligence and shortcomings!
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here for your ASQ Quarantine or for any stay for that matter!

I will always recommend and keep coming back to Fraser Suites. The staff and management make you feel at home. Uncle Tuy and Pragya are absolute gems and the charcoal staff even the Above 11 staff Raul. The rooms and comfortable and good quality. The Pillows I love. Keep up the good service. Nice experience. Fraser Suites, Sukhumvit is quite well-connected with BTS, MRT and the boatway. Charcoal is a nice restaurant with friendly staff bit it can do with a few more options for vegetarians. Special thanks to Pragya Singh Panwar, at the hotel front desk, for going out of the way in making the stay comfortable and memorable.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were renovated and clean. However one of the rooms had cigarette smoke residue, the service staff installed an ionizer which cleaned the air. The staff was responsive and solved the problem quickly otherwise it would have spoilt our holiday. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Nana Station and we took a hotel Tuk Tuk to Terminal 21 which was very convenient. The gym is well equipped and large. Overall we are enjoying our stay.

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food. Best Indian restaurant in Bangkok.

Great place for a stay as the suite rooms were amazing and the morning breakfast at the Charcoal was delicious. We were treated really well by the staff, especially Mrs. Pragya. She was of a really sweet nature and recommended some beautiful places to visit in Bangkok. But the only problem was the tourist desk in the lobby of the hotel which provided pathetic services at a very high price and were extremely ill mannered and rude to their customers.

Very clean, and well maintained hotel. Up to date features and large rooms. The breakfast spread is just great. I ate a bunch of fruits.

Hotel is nice the only problem we had was access language and they recommend a cargo company which its in the same hotel. But the guy his name is mohammad he was rude and a big fat liar he took extra money and said our bag will arrive the same day but it arrived after 2 weeks. The hotel should not keep such kind of companies as it's bad for the hotel.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff the room I got as an executive suite was amazing. As requested by myself the room was made romantic for me at no extra charge. The city views from the balcony were out of this world. I would happily stay here again.

周りにはレストラン、ストリートフードも潤沢にありました。夜の感じはいかにもタイの雰囲気で良い所だと思います。 ホテルとしての形式はサービスアパートメントとなります。部屋は比較的広々しており、キッチンもあるので料理も可能です。また洗濯機も装備してます。滞在型の旅行にオススメです。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で内容は許容レベルと言ったところ。期待してはいけませんが、悪くはありません。 レセプションは日本語使えませんので、ある程度旅慣れしてないと不安かもという感じです。 NHKの日本語版もチャンネルに有りました。

Spacious rooms. Great restaurant onsite. Average front desk service. Pricey but value for the standard.

Good room… not the 600 sq ft as promised but need not bring anything except… shaving kit and dental kit… you have everything from flashlight umbrella weighing machine… iron box and stand locker… all the required toiletries hot plate big fridge washing machine microwave tea coffee boiler… I feel I am staying at home.

Very nice room. Roof restaurant has amazing views of Bangkok and the food was wonderful.

Hotel lobby it's elegants and cozy. And staff is well trained and helpfull. I had a studio room which is large, modern and comfortable with a stunning view from the 27th floor. Bathroom is large and I really appreciate the bathtube separated from shower. There is also a kitchenette with all the amenities and some guests will appreciate the wash/dryier machine and the many storages around the suite. Quality is superior and i'm trying now to extend for some extra days but it seems to be fully booked. Position is quite central, only 7 min walk from Sukhumvit road and BTS.

My home away from home whenever I'm in Bangkok. Amazing location, Comfortable Suits, Scenic Views from the rooftop bar and best Indian Resturant makes your stay always a memorable one. A wonderful team at the front desk led by the G. M Mr. Malik and Ms. Pragya will do anything for you to make your stay more comfortable.

One bed apartment; good size with bedroom separate. Lounge has kitchen with cooker, microwave, kettle, utensils also washing machine. Nice bathroom with separate tub and shower, toiletries supplied. Good view from window. Can hear noise from the clubs below. Air con good. Good location. 10 minute walk to Nana station. 30mins walk to Makkasan station (airport rail link). There's a bar on the roof, but it gets busy. good breakfast buffet, with egg station. Wi-Fi good but had to re-register each day but VPNs blocked.

Fraser Suites Sukhumvit, My Room no. 2005 Room are spacious. Room layout is good, lighting, comfort. Excellent large bathroom with great shower cubicle. The location is very good if you like the bars and restaurants of Sukhumvit Soi 11 Klong Toey Nua Wattana Bangkok, 10110. Restaurant is very good with good food and ambience. Staff are very courteous. A good place for Indian to stay & great value for Money. Excellent services with manners. The location is very good if you like the bars and restaurants of Sukhumvit Soi 11 without all the noise as it is tucked away a bit from all the action. It is also a handy 5 minute walk to Bumrungrad Hospital, and less than 10 minutes to Sukhumvit Road and Nana BTS station. The One Bedroom Deluxe that we booked was priced very competitively and represented good value for money. Room layout was good, lighting, comfort — even if a little on the spartan side. Excellent large bathroom with great shower cubicle. Check in was a bit inefficient as they didn't seem to have a record of our prepayment thru hotels dot com and wanted us to forward the email confirmation to them — — that's really their job to sort it out, not mine! But overall, if I wanted to be in that area again, I would happily rebook here. Very good value for money.

Everything is right. Good services with manners. Surrounded with many bars, that's why it is not a quite place even during midnight. Air-conditioner is old and worn out.

Amazing hospitality. They know how to pamper their guests.

Great all-suites hotel in good location in Bangkok Sukhumvit Khlong Toey area. Perfect for families with small children. Good services, attentive and helpful staff, free shuttle to BTS and other nearby places, good restaurants both in the hotel and nearby make this a perfect vacation hotel.

The serviced apartment was in great condition and kept super tidy, however the windows were not sealed properly. Staff is exceptionally nice. Plenty of welcome snacks. Gym is fairly well equipped. Pool is rather small and right next to a fancy restaurant.

We have been here for a long time and it has been great, the staff is extremely helpful and nice and we have been treated like royalty as well as our little dog traveling us. Everything excellent and a pet friendly hotel something not very common in Bkk. Thanks to all and we will be back for sure and recommend it to our friends.

The Fraser Suites hotel is close to Nana Metro station. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It would be nice if separated the kitchen from the living room. So we had the fishy smell in the living room after cooking. Unfortunately no window can be opened, and there is a balcony just for the expensive suites. These balconies have Sun all day and you can hardly use it.
I had been working at the Fraser suites. I haven't heard from the street and the bars. It was absolutely quiet.
That is there a new Indian restaurant on the 5th floor. I've seen many guests there.
The swimming pool is also located on the 5th floor. If you would like to use it, must you go down through the restaurant or through the fire escape from the 6th floor.
On the 6th floor is a fitness room, washrooms and 2 saunas in the dirt of the city can sweat it out.
The breakfast buffet is good and rich as Fraser at all hotels.
Liked us very well in the Fraser suites.

Everything in the hotel is perfect the location is amazing the Staff friendly the rooms are big plus thy have a nice club in the roof.

Room was huge, very modern imo — it seemed better then what we paid for. Buffet was great, as id expect. It was annoying have a sizeable crowd (4+) ordering eggs as it took them a while to come. Location is great but taxis are hard to get because of the jam during some points of the day.

Live now for 4 days in the fraser suites. Sleeping is nearly impossible. The noise of the surrounding bars, live music etc, permeates the building until 2 o'clock in the morning. An absolute nogo.

A older apartment building that has been converted into a serviced apartment and hotel. Rooms are big and good, but a bit older. Breakfast buffet was OK but not fantastic. Service of the staff was really outstanding. I would recommend this place for long term stay, not as hotel.

Sheets had holes the first day, dirty when changed, spacious room, ok service.
