I like the bar but not the food. The place is calm and the music is very good especially the live band on Friday.

The room was too cold and I couldn't figure out how to increase temperature. Struggled with Internet as well. The food was excellent!

Located just in the city center. Great services and food, nice lounge.

For some reason the quality of the rooms have deteriorated. They were too damp. Otherwise staff service was excellent as usual.

It is nice place especially on Friday for live band and will be good to catch up happy hours (6pm to 7:30 pm) selling every drink on half the price. Ooh the music is breathtaking after a long week from working. The place is serenity and nice people not to forget smiley attendants. Highly recommended.

After trying all other hotels. I found New Africa is best hotel in Dar es Salaam. Nice spacious harbour view rooms with bar & of course with best restaurant. Especially if you like Indian food. Hotel also have facilities like gym, swimming pool & of course Casino. Most important courteous staff always love to serve you.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Dar es salaam. You get a perfect sea view on 9th floor restaurant.

Town center hotel, nice but not so good for chilling, nice for meetings, the food was good with Lebanese chef I found.

Good for weekend get away.

As always… Rooms have been reserved for 3 years. I again old room … 3 days of cold water while showering … Key map for room. Although 4 days reserved went right second again did not. Nervously ramping up down driving reception. Reload … Internet speed better! Only plus. But often falls out … Room prices for the standard 50% too high!

The good place to have coffee or just play some casino have some relaxing time nice restaurant.

This is a very nice place. Very nice and safe location. Very neat and clean. Nice helpful and smiling staff always ready to help u. Good room service.

They are slow, servers take their time to come to the table. I has beautiful views and the food is nice but the service is not great. You have to call servers to come to take food and drinks order and then call again when you need a drink.

Stayed for 1 week… beautiful rooms… need to improve on customer service. All in all it was a great experience.

A business hotel at the heart of Dar es Salaam city. Major services are nearby. A walking distance to and from the Zanzibar ferry.

Cleanliness has to be improved. At times bad order comes into the room. Staff is very friendly.

Great experience, fantastic Indian food. The Indian Punjabi Chef is awesome and will make you feel like home. The best part is you have Indian Ghazal night on Wednesday.

The great place with nice location. With views of Dar es Salaam Harbour, New Africa Hotel is just over half a kilometer from the Zanzibar Ferry Terminal.
