I bought a public hot spring package of Klook. It takes about 1 — 1.5 hours from Taipei main station to get here. I would recommend taking the public bus to the last stop and walking the old street before going to the hot spring. Perfect to spend 1.5-2 hrs at the hot spring. The spa resort provides all robes, slippers and towels (no swimsuit allowed) and refreshments. There are a few different temperature hot spring tubs and one hot spring tub outside. Definitely worth the money and a nice reprieve from the touristy places in the city. I didn’t try the tea time or lunch/dinner here but heard it was good.

One of the greatest hot spring in this area. The ambience is superb to see the river and also providing the cleanness of room. Well attitude on the reception.

For restaurant, it's a calm, nice and quality restaurant. Staffs are nice and patient, and served in proper manner. Foods were well prepared. We could enjoy a calm and joyful family dinner for almost two hours. For SPA, it's simple. At boy side, there are warm, hot, cold, and outdoor hot bath one each and one relaxing room. That's all. If you have an idea how to kill your time with bathing only or meditating, you may stay and enjoy this SPA as long as you want. At girl side, there was a serious congestion that we had to wait at the lobby for 20-30mins, even though we booked it.

Beautiful and serene place! Food is delicious and well presented. The bath house was very clean and is perfect for bathing with a wonderful view! This place is perfect if you want relaxation and good food! Highly recommended to those traveling to taipei! The view on the way to the resort is superb!

I took public hot spring. It's very good. Relaxing. The food in their restaurant for dinner also very nice. Delicious. I bought voucher from Klook. Oh, I forgot my camera in restaurant and they bring it to me when I prepare to leave. I leave there by shuttle bus of resort. And it's just me on van. They have very good service.

Service staff love. Good attitude, Volkswagen nude soup outdoor pool slightly small, but the scenery is good, bubble can wear bathrobes to the lounge rest. The whole feeling is good.

The resort had a nice, comfortable atmosphere. We had a nice experience in the Grandview Bath Room for an hour soak in the private hot spring. The room was as pictured, and we had a beautiful view of the river. The service was attentive but not intrusive. My only suggestion is that the bottom of the tub needs to be drained better or cleaned better as it seemed a little slimey — — perhaps algae?

Great place for a relaxing hot spring bath. Right next to the river. Nice place for having tea. Windows were a little bit dirty tho.

My husband and I booked a room on Thursday night, and the price includes a romantic dinner and late night snacks. Absolutely loved the services and friendliness of the staffs here. Spa was great too. Everything here was a little pricy but it's expected. Ain't complaining cuz everything here is amazing. Only thing to be improved is that the building is a bit older and they could have remodeled the room since it's a little outdated.

My mom and me used private hot spring. Although it was rain, the scenery was very nice. And after the bath, we had lunch in volando restaurant. We really enjoyed the meal! :)

We got our reservation from a website which includes an afternoon tea/snack with the bath house. The food (snack) was DELICIOUS! They had a very friendly staff. They even offered a tour of their spa after our bath. Will definitely recommend this place.

Used one of the rooms facing the river. It was clean and nicely decorated — — falling apart a bit though. Management should be more proactive in repairs. Hot spring water was plenty and it'll definitely make you sweat. Shower to clean and rinse was easy to use. Free bottled water was nice. Very relaxing and worth the trip.

This review is for dining only. It's a very nice venue. Got one of the tables next to the windows in the dining room so was able to enjoy river & mountain view while dining. Service was impeccable. The waiting staff can speak English as well. Went for the lunch set consisted of maybe five courses at around US$50. Every dish was flavorful and very delicious! It really was a relaxing, fulfilling dining experience at a reasonable price. Gotta try their hot spring next time.
