My family and I had wonderful experience staying at Sun Moon Tea B&B. The rooms are super clean and the hosts are very friendly.

The location is excellent; just a short walk from the bus stop.
Sun Moon Inn was one of my favorite places I stayed at in Taiwan.

We learned that Sun Moon Lake can feel a bit busy, but Sun Moon Inn was the perfect hotel to come back to and relax!

This B&B is pet-friendly and the 7 resident cats here are all very cute!

Recommended for bicycle travellers. They have a space inside to store your bicycle and the staff are extremely helpful. Room was excellent and I will definitely stay here again.

Sun Moon Lake Shui Yang Hall is located in walking distance from Ita Thao — the main food / shopping precinct and about 20 min walk from the Cable Cars.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and provided clear, detailed instructions upon check-in. We stayed for two nights in a lake view room for four, which was both spacious and comfortable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful to book a private excursion.

One of the few Best located hotel in Sun Moon Lake. Street food stalls just next to the hotel providing many food options for lunch and dinner.

A Wonderful Stay at a Charming Family-Run B&B.
We had an excellent experience at this family-owned B&B.

Don’t stay anywhere else in Sun Moon Lake, this is the place to be. We’ve been travelling around Asia for a few months and this was by far our favourite place which we’ve stayed, it has it all.

It really is a great hotel — we loved our stay.

We are happy with the stay at Skylight. The room was clean, and the service was good. The lady boss was friendly and helpful.

Great location nearby the bus station and pier. Room is clean, nicely decorated and functional showers. Check in is at the back of 3F, entry through 趴趴走自由行 bicycle shop.

At the heart of Ita Shao, very convenient to go shopping and buy snacks. Ita Shao is a very quiet neighbourhood and their shops and restaurants close early.

Great family run B&B in ita Thao tribe area, room is clean with wood grain everywhere, breakfast on the morning is Asian taste with options of heavy favored or local light favored food.

Superb accommodation in a very convenient but quiet spot at Sun Moon lake. Very comfortable, well appointed room with great shower and bed. Staff were amazing — so kind and helpful.

Nice Hotel, very quiet and clean. We had a gekko in our room, we hope he survived and found his way out. Theres a weird smell in the lobby.

Stayed here 1 night on 12 Sept 2024. Room and bathroom was quite spacious. Only 7 mins walking distance to Shueishe Pier. Property seems new, pressumably family owned.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The room is lovely, the view is nice, the staff are friendly, and they give discounted boat tickets and free bicycle rental for 2hrs or so.

My family stayed here for two nights and we loved it! It’s a quiet, rustic homestay a 15-minute walk from the pier area.

Highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is very clean and especially the bathroom including the bathtub are very nice. The beds were very comfortable.

This B&B is located in the first row of Ita Thao Lakeside in Sun Moon Lake. The B&B adopts a self-service password check-in. This time I stayed in a 6A lake view room, which is not blocked by trees.

The owner 高先生and his Son are very hospitable. I have contacted him directly while I was around the area and was able to secure a room after that. Did not go through the platform.

I stayed here for 3 days and was blown away by the exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent room cleanliness, every detail was perfect.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Shaoguang188 when we visited Sun Moon Lake. The B&B was conveniently located near the Shuishe Pier.

The hotel was very clean and well equipped with comfortable furniture and everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Lovely place! Rooms are very modern equipped with Dyson hairdryer, spacious and light. We had a balcony.

We would return to Taiwan just to stay here again! (And that means travelling for nearly 24hrs from the UK) :)

Best location and place to stay at Sun Moon, street markets and most facilities are with 200m of walking distance, Cable car is about 800m from the place via the lake.
