This hostel is clean and light. All of the staffs are really friendly. They told me helpful information about public transportation. The public area is comfortable and there are enough computers to use. They also provide free instant noodles for everyone, that's really sweet. Everything here are good and cheap do staying.

The lady at the counter was really helpful. I need to get some stuffs from a company, however, I was not able to get it as it was only available in hualien. She helped me to contact the company in hualien and laised with them to get them in before I departed. Great experience. Moreover, the place is really clean and neat. Although it was stated that no breakfast will be provided, there is bread and instant noodles available for free at the pantry.

Definitely one of the best hostels we have stayed in while travelling around Taiwan. The owner and his receptionists are incredibly nice. Everything is clean, and very safe, the key card is needed to get in to the hallways and rooms. The common room and kitchen has everything you need, plenty of couchs amd cooking facilities. In the weekends theres plenty of people to talk to, and in the week, the staff is always up for a chat.

I've visited several hostels in this city, and this one I think is the best value. Very good location, modern, clean, the bedroom have a good bed, private lockers, bathrooms have everything you need, workers are friendly and help in anything you need, and the price is reasonable. A pleasure to be here lodged.

Super friendly staffs! the hostel located near the shopping area and easy to find. I stay here for 2 nights with my friends. Don't worry for the breakfast there's some bread, jam and instant noodle for you :)

Clean, calm and pretty big, has a good public place. Can use toster prepared bread, also there are some free instant noodle. I have been there in low season so I took a great rest. Good location near by Central park. Staves are very friendly and helpful.

The hostel is really nice. The host really cares of cleanses and make people feel better. They try to do best all the time. I strongly want to get back this hostel again and stay for a while. The location of the hostel is close to the MRT station so you can get to places you want to visit. The staffs try to make smile and make people feel welcoming. And you'll get some useful information if you drop by the reception. And the value is fair compare to the other hostels. I strongly recommend you to have a few nights at this hostel. Good luck.
